This was an average undereye setting powder. I liked it when I first tried it because it is quite smooth going on the skin and is finely milled. When I looked closer at my skin, I noticed that it has pieces of glitter in it, which I didn't like. I noticed that in sunlight, the glittery pieces would show up and didn't look very natural at all. Wouldn't recommend unless you like a shimmery undereye.

I saw this and quickly bought it due to rave recommendations. It is definitely silky and very lightweight. Almost so light weight you wouldn't notice anything at all. Which I guess is a good thing. I use it on top of concealer and it def. helps keep it from budging. A very fine powder that doesn't change the colour of your face. It's a pretty awesome price so can't complain.
Tips: Perfect for under the eyes - Lightweight and not cakey!
This feels heaps like ELFs HD Setting powder. This is a super finely milled powder that has a similar texture to cornflour. It is really silky.
It wasn't until I received this from the elf website that I realised this has micro glitters in it. At first I was hesitant to use this as I can't stand anything glittery on my eyes, but the sparkles don't really translate onto your face.
I haven't used this by itself (I was actually unaware you could use it alone), but I use this to set my under eye concealer. This does a great job of setting your concealer and it makes sure that your concealer doesn't budge throughout the day.
I'm not too sure if this helps brighten your under eye area, but I do love this as an under eye setting powder. This lasts a long, long time as you really only need a small amount. Like their HD Setting powder, this has a white cast so if you use too much you're going to look a little pale. If you use a small amount then this comes across as translucent.
If I ever run out of this I will absolutely purchase it again. It's a great product for a super affordable price.
Tips: Use really sparingly.
This powder does an excellent job of setting my undereye concealer and gives a great, smooth finish. However it does have some rather large glitters which I do not like as it does look slightly like eyeshadow fallout. Also the container is not the best as the powder does tend to go everywhere and make a mess and I feel like I am loosing product. I do like this setting powder but I do think there a probably better ones. However, for the price it is a very good option.
I have read mixed reviews on this product and thought I really need to try this for myself! So I ordered it off Iherb, I thought I probably wouldn't like it, because I use so many other products under my eyes that it was going to look cakey etc.
My first impression of the packaging itself was that it was so tiny, i use a fluffy blending brush so when i get some product on there and then go to tap off the excess it just goes everywhere because the container is so small!
I started using it, i didn't dislike it but i didn't love it either, It didn't look cakey though so that was a plus! I love a dewy/bright finish, and this product is quite glittery, so if you don't like glitter, you wont like it! But for me that was a plus! It was really affordable but i just think its like any other translucent powder out there. I don't reach for it everyday just because it is an effort to use with such awkward packaging. But it does give a nice finish, so I don't regret buying it but i wouldn't be in a rush to repurchase it.
i have major problems with under eye creasing and it ruins my hole makeup look . this product is absolutely amazing it blurs my under eye creases its just one of the best products i have come across and for only $5 in new Zealand i don't see no reason not to get it ! it does have glitters in but as soon as i put this on the skin they seem to disappear i would most defiantly recommend this to anyone with any foundation /concealer creasing problems .
Tips: use a small fluffy brush using a triangle shape under the eye
I must admit, I agree with the fact that the lid of this little pot is incredibly fiddly, having to try to screw it on a couple of times to get it right. I don't think I ever even used the brush that comes with it, because it was so tiny, I just started using my concealer brush. WHen I first started to use this powder I thought it did absolutely nothing and didn't care for it much. But I decided to try it again, with just a bit more powder and fell in love with how it made my under eye concealer stay on even when I'd been balling my eyes out (birthday party gone very wrong). I find the little bits of sparkle in it is not as noticeable as some people say, and doesn't look like eyeshadow fall out, more of just a pretty face shimmer going on.
Tips: Use a better, larger brush than the one it comes with.
This is an OK product, but like many of the e.l.f products it's over rated. I don't hate it but I doubt I would purchase this again even though it's so cheap on iHerb.
Biggest problem with this powder is it is very white and needs to brushed on and blended properly else it looks silly. The glitter isn't too noticeable and I actually like that as it makes my undereye area look much fresher and brighter than without using it. BUT the effect doesn't last all day, which is something I've found with most e.l.f stuff I have purchased.
Make sure your concealer is completely dry before putting this (or probably any setting powder) on as I didn't and had these funny streaky marks under my eyes. Looked crazy!
I think it's a good product for beginners, and if like me you wanted to try something new without dropping huge money on something.
I'm glad I tried it but will look for a different brand when I've finished this pot. Which, of course, will be forever away as you only need a very small amount of product and I can see this lasting a long time.
Tips: The packaging and brush are complete poo. Throw the brush away and put it into another container if you do purchase this.
The e.l.f under eye setting powder is a lovely little addition to my makeup routine. This was an impulse purchase from Kmart, where I paid $6, although I am aware that it can be picked up for half the price on iHerb. Whether the price is $3 or $6, this is a great product.
The packaging is sleek and certainly not reflective of such an affordable product. It is however, a little fiddly. The lid doesn't screw on and off easily and the product has to be shaken before being dispensed. I also threw the brush in the bin, and I have others that I would prefer to use.
I apply the e.l.f undereye setting powder with the Real Techniques setting brush, after applying foundation and concealer. It is quick and easy to apply and there really is no excuse to skip this in my routine. I would describe this product as a light powder that diffuses the light in a flattering way. It lightens (but does not conceal) the undereye area to provide a flattering, brightened but still natural look. I am left looking less tired and more polished. By using this product I don't have to apply a heavier face powder under my eyes that leaves me looking flat. It does the same job as a face powder, keeping the products underneath in place and stop small lines or creases forming throughout the day. If it wasn't so messy, it would be a nice product to reapply throughout the day for a pick-me-up.
With such an affordable price tag I really do recommend giving this product a go. It would also be nice on no make up days.
Tips: Be careful not to over apply this product or you will be left with a purple tinge.
I love this powder, I hate that its so hard to find.
I always end up using my own brush with this as I find the one included to be finicky. Aside from that I love it for setting under my eyes and preventing creasing, its super easy to apply and doesn't wreck your overall look. Which is surprising given how cheap it is.
This has been a saviour for me when working with eyeliner that likes to bleed, preventing any embarrassing mishaps and panda eyes. The only issue I have with this product is that you only come across it once in a blue moon.
