ecostore Volumising Shampoo

The smell is pleasant and the packaging is cute. It made my hair less oily after use but I didn't really see much difference in volume unfortunately. I have very thick and long hair so people with shorter and thinner hair might see a difference. It makes my hair feel soft. I really like this brand since they don't use as many harsh chemicals like other brands in supermarkets.

I tried a deluxe sample of this shampoo courtesy of Ecostore. I chose the volumising option as my hair is very thin and fine (and currently quite long).

First up, the packaging is quite chic compared to other supermarket haircare, and it's the kind of product I would have in my imaginary guest bathroom - eco-friendly, recyclable packaging, NZ made, cute container.

The product itself is quite a thick formula for a shampoo - it's not quite translucent but close enough. There is a sort of planty scent but it's very subtle. It lathers up remarkably well for being SLS free and leaves my hair feeling clean and soft. I have observed a minor volume effect, but that is to be expected with a product you rinse out.

The main thing for me is that it leaves my hair clean and soft. I would definitely purchase the larger size, and I think I will try the other shampoos in the range.

After struggling with an itchy scalp 2 days after shampooing my hair (no dandruff) and switching to Redken to see if a more expensive shampoo would solve the issue I was still experiencing issues and having to wash my hair every night.

After talking to a few people about natural shampoos on the market in NZ and reading a few reviews I came across this one at countdown - I initially wanted the one for dry hair (it wasn't in my supermarket) I thought since I have fine hair I may as well give this a go!

I've been so happy with the results my scalp feels in the best condition it's been in a while and my hair has more life and bounce! Definitely happy I came across this gem and I will definitely be repurchasing! Awesome to support NZ companies and to see more natural products are making their way into the mainstream markets here!

It's so great to have a budget eco brand at your store, with more natural ingredients and cruelty free. I have a lot of fine hair, and this shampoo definitely gives it a little bit of lift compared to other shampoos and washes well. Plus, the smell is deliciousssss!

This is quite a nice shampoo. It has a lovely smell that isn't too overpowering. The packaging is great and it is affordable for a NZ product which I like. You don't need to use a lot of it for it to work, so it usually lasts me quite a long time. It leaves my hair feeling clean, shiny and gives it a bit of volume. I would recommend this shampoo.

I like this shampoo. It doesn't dry my hair out as other organic shampoos have done. It also lasts a long time since it's quite concentrated and you really only need to use a little bit for each wash. The only somewhat negative thing I would have to say that it did not really make a big difference with the volume of my hair. Overall, it's a good product that I will definitely use again.

I have been using this shampoo for about 4 months now and my hair loves it. It gives my fine and flat hair softness, shine, and bounce.

I love how cheap and easily accessible it is for such a brilliant product. The packaging and smell are great, and the bottle lasts me ages because I only need to use a little bit.

This shampoo gently cleanses to protect against breakage and replenish fine hair, while building body and shine. The shampoo is transparent and has no colour. It does have a gorgeous natural fragrance of bergamot & orange that is simply divine. It lathers up nicely leaving hair feeling clean without the dry stripped feeling. Hair feels light and incredibly clean. What's really nice is that my hair had the subtle fragrance of bergamot and orange for two days.
