I recently purchased an elf Stipple Brush and I'm so pleased with the results! The brush is made with soft bristles that make it easy to apply makeup, giving a natural, airbrushed look. The brush is also very affordable and works just as well as more expensive brushes. The packaging it arrived in was also great - it was very secure and well presented. I highly recommend this brush for anyone looking for a quality stipple brush at a great price.

I bought my e.l.f. Small Stipple Brush from Kmart, and it has a unique two-layer two-tone black and white bristle design with soft textured layers, which help to create an almost airbrushed effect when used to apply foundation.
The brush makes it easy to create a sheer to light application by swirling the brush around in circles, spreading the foundation over the skin, and can also be used to build up coverage to medium or full by dabbing or "stippling" the foundation in areas that need extra coverage. The design of the bristles makes it easy to get into those hard to reach places around the corners of the nose and under the eyes.
This brush is perfect to use with cream, liquid and even powder products, and the bristles remain soft even after many washes, just be careful not to get the ferrule wet (the metal part that holds the bristles onto the handle), as getting water inside the ferrule will cause the glue to soften and weaken, which causes bristles to fall out.
For a cheap, affordable brush, I was quite surprised that it worked so well. It's great for use on oily and combination skins, although I'd be a little wary of using a stipple brush on sensitive or very dry skin, as a brush can aggravate sensitive skin or highlight very dry patches of skin by lifting them (a sponge or beauty blender is usually best to use on very dry skin).
Tips: Clean it regularly with Micellar Water or Baby Shampoo and lay it flat with the handle slightly raised, bristles pointing down (to prevent water running into the ferrule) to dry.
I purchased the elf Stipple Brush at the end of last year when I was looking for a brush for my liquid foundation. However, I found this brush terrible for the job! Although the bristles are soft, have had zero fallout so far, and the brush itself is visually quite chic, the bristles were simply not dense enough to apply liquid foundation. I found the product was very difficult to apply and blend in, and I ended up having to use my fingers to compact the brush in order for the bristles to be tightly packed enough.
However, I found this brush worked great for powder and blusher! So would recommend for those products, and not for liquid makeup.
Most stippling brushes can be more on the pricey side , luckily for us the E.L.F has an affordable one for any girl in any price range.
This brush is multi purpose you can use it for your liquid foundation or your powder blush. I have a few and I use it for all sorts of products.
I love using it with a light to medium coverage foundation as it gives it a nice air brush motion.
This brush is great for extremely pigmented blushes as it won't pick up too much excess product.
Tips: If you're just starting with makeup and don't know what type of brushes to get, a stippling brush is multi purpose.
I love this stipple brush and find myself reaching for it more than my other more high end makeup brushes. Its lovely and sturdy, feels comfortable in hand. The stipple brushes on here are smaller than other brands i have tried, making it better for concealer rather than foundation.
Tips: to avoid streaks in your makeup - bounce the brush, don't drag
