Wow this would have to be one of the worst foundations I have used, I had it in the lightest shade Porcelain and it was so dark on my skin, it felt so tacky and sticky, I couldn't wait to take it off. Definately not good for my dry skin and not a big fan of Elf products.

This made me break out and was horrible, it made my skin not flawless and although its cheap, wasn't worth it at all. It felt like it slipped on my face during the day. Im sure this works for some types of skin but i have sensitive skin and oily skin and it just didnt work for me.
Tips: Try a primer and setting powder to keep it in place
Even though this is recommended for people with oily skin, I found this to not be the case. It's extremely heavy and thick when you apply it, that I found using a beauty blender was the best way to apply it. It is also very very tacky when you apply it, even when I did leave it for 10 minutes after application, it was still quite tacky so definitely needs to be set with powder.
It does have good coverage but there is a mild scent to it which I wasn't too fond of. It's a bit stronger smelling than most other foundations (not in a good way) so if you don't like anything with a scent, then I wouldn't recommend this.
I have oily skin and found that even with a primer, my face still got quite shiny during the day, especially in my t-zone. It also caused me to breakout so if you have acne prone skin it probably wouldn't be good for you either.
Before I started to experiment with purchasing higher end foundations, this was my holy grail. The price and the way this product performed were what made me buy this over and over. After using more expensive foundations my opinion has changed on this but it is still a decent foundation.
The price is insane. You really can't beat it and even though this isn't my favourite foundation, if I needed something budget friendly I would buy this. The packaging mimics a lot of higher end foundation - this comes in a heavy frosted glass bottle and it has a pump.
The consistency for this is quite thick but it isn't like cement or anything. It just isn't liquidy. The coverage is medium and I found that - on my skin at least, it didn't really like to be built up. My skin is dry so this may have something to do with it.
Although the description claims this is a semi matte finish, on my skin this came off as slightly dewy. This could be down to the primers I used, but this is definitely dewy on my skin. In saying that - if you don't like a dewy look then setting powder would eliminate that.
This is easy to blend either with a brush or beauty blender. If my skin wasn't hydrated I found this did cling to dry patches, so if you have dry skin make sure it is moisturised. The wear time on this was ok, I would manage about 6 hours before it started to break down a little bit. Even though it started to break down on my skin this wasn't super obvious and even by the end of a 12hour day it wasn't glaringly obvious, although it had faded a bit.
As I mentioned above, I would purchase this if I needed an inexpensive foundation. It is excellent quality for the price. Whilst this isn't my favourite foundation, I still have a bottle of this in case I run out of my Nars Sheer Glow and need something. If you are on a budget I definitely recommend giving it a go, and this would be perfect for teenagers or those who are new to makeup.
I bought this for a few dollars online so super affordable for what it is. However there is a limited amount of shades and therefore it's difficult to find the exact shade for some people. I bought this in sand (when I really should have bought porcelain) so it's a bit orange on me. It goes on the skin quite well and blends quite well too. Can get a bit cakey if you put too much on and has medium coverage. Not bad for the price but unlikely I'll buy it again.
This product has a nice consistency but has minimal coverage and isn't really buildable without looking like a cake face. Have tried different applications and still nothing really special. Its cheap and is a great starter foundation. I found this gave me an oily complexion which isn't my cup of tea
I got this foundation from iHerb so it was much cheaper than buying it from Kmart of other stores. I think it was $6US.
I like the packaging. It comes in a glass bottle with a pump. I was impressed by this because if e.l.f. can have a cheap foundation with a pump, how can high end brands not have one?
Anyway, the foundation itself was pretty good. The coverage is buildable too. It is a thick foundation which I was surprised about. I have oily skin and without a primer, this didn't work so well on me. It didn't last as long as I wanted to. it applies better with a primer though.
This foundation is recommended for oily skin but I found that this foundation was oily itself and for suitable for normal to dry skin the coverage was quite good but didn't last all day and began to go patchy throughout the day, overall a good foundation and comes in many different colours, it is nice to wear if youre wanting a light coverage as it is buildable
I brought this foundation when I ran out of my trusty color stay foundation by Revlon as I like the Elf brand, I have never tried an Elf foundation and I wanted to see if a cheaper alternative would do the same job as my every day foundation that was a tad bit more pricey.
I picked one of these up from Kmart. Unfortunately you cant swatch the foundation colours at Kmart so I chose one that looked like a medium shade. Fortunately for me it was a good match.
I applied this with a flat top Kabuki Brush to really work this foundation onto my skin. A pump and a half of foundation is all I required as 1 pump dosnt bring enough product out. The foundation itself was good to buff into my skin. It has a sheer-light coverage which Im not particually a fan of as I am a medium-full coverage girl. The foundation isnt really that build able and it smells a lot like sunblock. To me this foundation is more like a tinted moisturize/light bb cream.
Overall for the product and price I wouldnt purchase again unless its changed to a bb cream or tinted moisturiser.
Yes I know e.l.f is a cheap brand, and they honestly do have alot of great products, but this just isnt one of them. Coverage is below average and the foundation is very oily and only lasts an hour or so on my face. It has the scent of an ordinary foundation, which seems to be the only positive anout it. Also application with this one is extremely tricky because the foundation is extremely thin (not quite watery) means that sponges just absorb it and when you try to apply it using a brush it just ends up looking odd when you apply it.
