The Elizabeth Arden makeup remover comes in a clear plastic bottle. Inside the contents of the remover are an oil consistency and the liquid is separated into two. Before applying it needs to be shaked so that both parts mix together.
I found that applying the product to my eye area with a cotton swab and rubbing over the area a couple of times was very effective in removing my waterproof mascara and eye make up. I also use a cotton tip dipped in product to remove any smudging left under my eyes.
The only downside I find with this product is that it is quite an oily texture and leaves the skin feeling oily after using it. But when part of a skincare routine the oiliness is removed when followed by cleansing and toning afterwards.
This product works amazingly well at removing waterproof mascara or really difficult to remove liquid lipsticks but it’s so greasy that I would only use it for incredibly stubborn makeup and not for the rest of my face as it would likely make my skin breakout
