Elizabeth Arden Advanced Ceramide Capsules Daily Youth Restoring Serum Review

I love elizabeth arden. I have fond memories of mum using this brand growing up . Every so often Auckland has an elizabeth arden sale. My sister and I would go and buy products which would last me a very long time. I decided to pick this one up as a try for half the retail price.

Packaging is reflective of elizabeth arden brand . Classic chic timeless through the ages. Capsule itself is made of soft rubber filled with a rich oily serum. Great for dry maturing skin. I use this every night I haven’t had any skin irritations whatsoever.

In conclusion my skin still looks the same . Hydrated not completely smooth as it is ageing . I’m happy with it. Probably wouldn’t buy it again. Another overhyped product . I’m yet to meet my miracle serum. Until that day comes.

Very nice product. It’s an oil serum but not feeling oily at all on my dry skin. Well, although it hasn’t made any significant change on the skin, it’s a comfortable product and I will continually use it. It almost feels like it turns into a silky powder on skin. I also love that it’s in a ampule.

Oh wow, I absolutely love these capsules. They are so easily absorbed and instantly smoothing and softening. My favourite serum by far.

These are so amazing I received a sample and absolutely love them ! They are expensive however i I would be more than happy to pay the price for such a beautiful product! The little capsules 1 being enough for my face and neck area means when I am paying so much for a product I don’t have to worry I might use to much and not getting the most out of it. The ingredients in this don’t leave my skin feeling oily it just feels soft plump and rejuvenated I have dry skin and this product has been a life saver !

I seen and heard so much about this product on social media, and I always wondered about how good will this product be especially because it's a serum, serums can often be really hydrating, and my skin doesn't like that. and sometimes can make your skin look super glowly.

But this product was another level, I have never used anything like it, it was so nice and gentle on my skin. i loved it. I just want more and more. it didn't make my face look overly shiney and it didn't over hydrate it was just the perfect amount. It also goes really well with a rich moisturiser on top just a pea size amount it was like the perfect combo.

I received a small box of these as a sample during Beauty Week at Farmers. They come in single dose capsules. You twist off the top and then squeeze the contents into your palm. The benefit of this type of packaging is that it keeps the contents as fresh as possible. However, I do find it a bit wasteful. I think each dose is more than you actually need for a full face, neck and decolletage. I do apply it all as I don't know how well it would store and it would be difficult not to spill it. I also apply it under my eyes and on my eyelids without it causing any puffiness.

It is a clear, odourless oil. Because it feels like you are applying too much product, I let it sink in for five minutes before applying a moisturiser over it. The next morning my skin feels absolutely amazing. It is incredibly soft and velvety smooth and some of my lines actually disappear! My skin continues to feel amazing for the rest of the day. So much so that I just keep touching it as I can't believe how good it feels.

I would love to keep using this but sadly at at over $2 per capsule, a full sized box is just too expensive for me. I would definitely use it again if money was no object.
