I brought this a while ago on sale and I still have half a tube left. Everyone said how amazing this was but Im really not too impressed with this. The consistency is very thick and it's very tacky, with a very unpleasant smell. There's so many better products out there than this, I would not repurchase.

Reviews
I use this product when I have flare ups of sensitive dry patches under my eyes and sides of my mouth, and it really works wonders...it rehydrates the area and acts as a barrier to prevent further irritation, I love it!
I would only use this as a lip moisturiser myself as it's far too oily/tacky for my face although I'm a little on the fence even with that as I'm not that keen on the ingredients. I know many people love this but I'm not one of them,it's greasy and would be perfect for those with dry skin but not my cup of tea.
I only had a very small tube of this but i used it religiously on my lips. I played saxophone all through high school and it really took its toll on my lips. I tried numerous different lip balms and creams and this was the only product I had any success with. It healed them right up and took away the pain. I didn't really use it for anything else but I would definitely recommend it to anyone suffering from sore lips.
I have used it off and on for a few years, but I have never really loved it. Maybe part of the reason for its popularity is based on the Elizabeth Arden name, which was why I initially got it. But I tend to use other similar products instead. I am not that fussed on the smell, and the texture is really greasy. I don't think I would buy it again, and I would not recommend it to a friend.
I've just finished a pottle of this which lasted me for years! I find it good to use on any part of my body that's burnt, cracked or chafed as an overnight treatment. Particularly good for cracked lips as other reviewers have mentioned. It does have a thick, gooey texture and the smell is borderline medicinal. I think this product has a cult following which means it will continue to be around for years to come.
Tips: Apply with a q-tip around your finger/toe nails before painting them. It will prevent you painting over the edges of your nail and any polish can easily be wiped away giving you a more precise looking mani/pedi.
The first time I used this was about 12 years ago when I used roaccutane and my dermatologist recommended it. I would use it all over especially on my elbows and knees. But now I use it mainly on my upper chest and elbows as it's too rich for my face but I have some sun wrinkles on my chest and its brilliant for that. I also use the eight hour lipstick - not coloured especially during the winter as it's very hydrating
Tips: make sure you keep it somewhere cool as it does melt and go gooy
I'm a bit on the fence for this product. I discovered it back in 2007, as me and my friends would use it as lipbalm/gloss in class. It did keep my lips moisturised, but I don't think it's a 'super miracle' product? I also don't exactly understand how one can put it anywhere else on their body as I found it a bit too sticky/thick for my liking. I do like it for my lips though, and I may try it again, maybe the formula has changed since I last tried it a couple years ago.
I have had this for years now (it seems to last forever). I have used it for everything! Most commonly now to smooth eyebrows and on any little scratches and things that aren't healing.
Tips: Always have it on hand as you never know when you will need it!
But I am not a huge fan. I found it to be quite smelly and chemical tasting when I used it on my lips. I would rather use a natural balm like trilogy everything balm for dry skin. On the flip side, I was given the 8 hour lip balm free with a purchase recently and I am super impressed. It is the best lip balm I have used, hands down. My lips are lovely and smooth and it's great to apply before lipstick. Recommended!
