I have been using this cream ointment on my hands for the last 5 days. My hands are very dry from detergents and hand soaps that don't moisturise. I have applied it every time after I wash the dishes and wash my hands and just when they have been feeling dry and I can say that this ointment/balm has helped them but I do have to keep re applying it through out the day.

I found this product did what it was advertised as. My skin on the legs and face and hands certainly was softer and seem to hold in the moisture. The product was a little hard to apply.
Tips: The product seem to help the skin recover where I have Psoriasis kept the moisture in.
I think i have a tube of this in every bag I use! I use it for lips (although they need a lip friendly applicator!), itchy bites, chafe, sun burn .. have given a friend some to use on her nipples after b/feeding. I find it doesn't last 8 hours at all but none the less where I put it feels great.
Tips: Clean the lid regularly, rather disturbing what collects under it... Pawpaw is just as good for a fraction of the price.
My mum got me onto this product a few years ago, she uses it religiously, and I have to say its is pretty amazing. I used to love putting it on all the dry patches that I had before jumping into bed ( esp lip) it just works like magic. As I am a poor student now, I don't have any at the moment, but when I go home, I still sneek a bit of mums stash. The smell takes some getting used to, as its odd. but for something that good, yah get over it.
I do honestly believe it is worth investing in this product as it has many uses. I really does do what it says it does, healing sores, perhaps not always in eight hours but still in good time. It also lasts a long time as you can use it sparingly and still get good results.
Tips: Use it religiously.
i was bought this for Christmas last year from a friend as i had been in hosp and my skin was pretty bad.. i used Elizabeth Arden face wash and then used this cream my face was red and raised irritated alot.. but after a week of this my face is clear and smooth and no irritation.. i use it twice a week now to keep my face feeling fresh
Tips: apply after washing your face.. feeling fresh is great
It works like magic. I suffer from terribly dry hands and with constant hand washing it strips the oils but I put this on overnight and it was instant results. I couldn't believe that this could help my dry flaking hands and I have super sensitive skin and it worked perfectly with no bad results
I know people swear by this but for me the taste and smell really put me off this product as they are not pleasant. It is very effective on dry lips and skin irritations but I only use it when I have to as it isn't my favourite and I think there are other more natural and nicer smelling products that have a similar effect such as paw paw ointment. This is also very expensive and although it lasts a long time as you only use a small amount at a tip this is also true for paw paw ointment which is a fraction of the price. Will not be repurchasing this.
I have used this cult classic cream for years and it really is wonderful. Although $35 can seem quite pricey, a little goes a very long way and the rather large tube will last a long time.
The packaging is very sleek, and its tube design allows for minimal product wastage and control over the amount of product. I generally don't leave the house without a tube in my bag.
The cream is very thick, slightly greasy at first touch but the greasiness tends to absorb quite quickly. The apricot colour makes for a lovely lip tint with a glossy finish.
My only complaint with this is the smell. I really dislike it but haven't found a product that does even half as good a job. I am aware Elizabeth Arden have released a Fragrance free version so will be trying that next time.
Overall, I love this product. It's so multi purpose and really works well. Definitely worth the money and overcoming the scent!
Tips: Apply generously on dry skin before bed, works a charm!
Was fantastic on my sons sunburn . Within two days the burn had gone and no peeling .Great for dry cracked feet too. I used it last thing at night. The lips idea worked a treat!
Tips: Put it on last thing at night.
