essano Body Lotion

This received good reviews so I was keen to try it. I ended trying the 20ml travel as well as the larger pump (which I have for guests in the bathroom now). I used this after washing my hands at work and needing a nice smell to follow the toxic soap in the bathrooms. I chose the intensive as I thought it would be rich. I guess I should have realised a body lotion is for lighter application over the whole body. Anyway I have had to replace my cream at work but it works really well in the guest bathroom at home now and the fragrance is lovely. I am now keen to try a proper handcream by essano as I liked the frangrance and look and it wasn't too greasy or chemical like.

Got a bottle of this in a recent beauty box and I think it would easily be one of the best products I have received! This moisturiser immediately became a favourite for me.

The bottle is a elegant brown colour with a lovely pink label. It boasts it's NZ made, cruelty free and contains none of the nasty stuff which is great.

The first thing to stand out was the smell - coconut was the main scent but you also get a hint of frangipani in there as well and it's amazing. Such a tropical summery smell.

It rubs into the skin easily and does not feel greasy or slimy after which I like. I could pretty much carry on with what I was doing without needing to wait for it to dry. And after only a few days using it my skin feels so soft and smooth. This is one I will most likely buy again.

I've been eagerly waiting for my existing body lotion to run out so I could start on this new Essano one. Finally the day came I got to open it up and give it a try, and boy was it worth waiting for!! The smell is absolutely divine, lasts all day too, I kept getting wafts of the coconut scent during the day which is absolutely lovely. You don't need a lot of it so it's going to last a while, also as the other reviewer said it seems to absorb really quickly (much like the other Essano products) and doesn't require overly vigorous rubbing in.

Packaging is lovely as are all the Essano products, matches my Bliss Coconut Body Wash (can you see a trend here...) and looks lovely on the dressing table along with the other pink/brown Essano bottles.

It comes in a huge brown bottle with a pump and screw on lid. It is a natural plant based product with elderflower and chamomile which is fantastic.

The consistency is sick and the colour is white. The scent is a mild organic sent which is Pleasant.

Instructions are simple and clear apply day and night or whenever desired. The body lotion is formulated to gently hydrate and soothe skin which I felt it definitely did.

I have just finished my bottle and it lasted me roughly 1 month but other members of my family we also using it therefore it is great value for money.

It absorbs nicely into your skin and does not leave any greesy, oily feeling. I was able to put my make-up on quickly after applying the lotion and it did not affect that at all.

This is the first time I have tried a Essano product and I am eagerly keen to try and more in their range. Would highly recommend.

Another favourite product for this year. I received this in the Thanks For... box from Best Beauty Box Ever. The packaging is classicly rose pink and matches the rest of the product line. What stands out to me apart from the colour is that it is NZ made and best of all Cruelty Free!

This lotion is fast absorbing, not greasy and has a lovely sent that is not overpowering. My number one body lotion I will be repurchasing.

I fell in love with the matching Essano body wash, so went and purchased the lotion. Quite pricey but I was lucky to pick up a bottle for $12 on special at countdown. I just Love Essano products. It's nice, it's light and leaves the skin looking moisturised. I don't really moisturise my body as much as I should so my skin still looks a little scaley still but that's my fault and I would recommend using this lotion twice a day. In my opinion it smells different to the matching body wash. Will definetely purchase again because I love natural skincare products.

This moisturiser is good but not for dry skin I reckon. My skin is pretty dry and it felt tight on my face after I use it. Usually, i prefer moisturisers that don't feel this way on the skin. Comparing this to other moisturisers I feel that other ones last longer and hydrate the skin longer and better than this one. It was given to me as a gift so I have used it sometimes but wouldn't purchase again. If you have oily skin maybe this would be a good one because it's not too hydrating. Smells nice and cute packaging tho

One thing that I have noticed with body lotions is that you don't need to spend a lot to get a decent one and this was no exception. I bought this on a whim at the supermarket as it was on special for $12.99. I'm normally a body butter girl but thought I'd give this a try and I'm definitely glad I did. It's lightweight so maybe not great if you have very dry skin or are after something more moisturising. It has a beautiful tropical scent that definitely reminds me of being on an island sipping a Pina Colada. I love it but I could see others finding the smell quite intense. At the end of the day it's a great value for money body lotion and leaves my skin feeling soft and smelling great so I'm happy

This is it! I never need another body lotion again. It smells incredible, the packaging is gorgeous, and most importantly, it does a fantastic job at moisturising. Immediately peps up dry skin and over time it has reduced the dry flaking I used to sometimes get. It makes me feel like I'm at a spa. I'm in love.
