I have quite oily sensitive skin and other products have dried my skin out whereas this moisturiser is amazing and helps control my oil levels without drying my skin out.

Great product
A very lightweight moisturiser that worked well. Cannot fault this product, it did what it said it would and never had a problem with it :) Smells amazing too!

Works well on dry skin
Even though I have dry skin, I use this moisturiser every day. It isn't greasy and soaks into the skin, leaving it feel plump and hydrated. It sits really well under my primer and foundation. It's one of the best moisturisers I've come across so far. Since using it, my skin tone has become more even and it has improved my pimples.

Great summer moisturiser
I love to use this moisturiser in Summer as it is hydrating but not at all greasy and helps to keep me matt even on hot humid days. It almost has a slight primer feel to it and helps to hydrate dry areas (often gel type moisturisers don’t work on these patches for me).
Tips: Not the best choice if you have super dry skin but oily or combination this is your summer go to!

light weight and not very oil control
this is like a gel cream texture and very easy to apply which means you dont need to use a lot at a time and it spreads very well , it mattifies the skin instantly after apply ,but after a while my oily skin just return to normal .

My skin has become a greasy mess this summer, even though I spend majority of the day in a building with aircon, Id be shiny by lunch time and my foundation would look awful by mid afternoon.
I read a few reviews on the Essano Clear Complexion range after spotting it at my local supermarket. For some reason I can be snobby when it comes to what I put on my face (I’m working on that) and have doubts that supermarket range skin care is any good.
However I decided to pick up the oil-control moisturiser as I needed something to see me through till I ordered something else online or went to Mecca. My expectations were low, to the point I that was already mourning the loss of money that I hadn’t spent yet on a high-end mattifying primer.
Not going to lie, I’m usually right about most things. But this was one of those rare times I was wrong AND I was happy about it! This moisturiser does some sort of sorcery to my skin. My face is less shiny. My foundation is still foundation-ing well past 5pm. To I think I spent a mere $20 on this bad boy. Oh, and did I mention the scent? I’d imagine baby Jesus, watching down on his from his cloud throne would smell somewhat similar (it’s nice).
