I got sent this alongside the rest of the collection to review and trial. I will admit this was the thing I used the least because even though I can be so strict with my skincare using a pimple gel is one thing I always forget. While I didn’t find I needed to use this much on the skincare range, my time of the month popped up so I was able to get a few trials of this and I found when applied to a pimple it seemed to make it be at that white pus stage where it looks ready to pop quicker!

Tips: Clear gel so you could even apply over makeup!
I used this when I was a teen and my skin was going through hell and breaking out really bad. This spot treatment help clear it up not all tho but my skin was really bad. So I say it did a pretty good job and smell really nice and was easy to apply.
Tips: Only use on the spots that need it don't use it like a serum. Because that's what I did when I was younger and it didn't help as much then I started to only put it on the break outs instead of my whole face lol.
There are pros and cons to this product, however none stand out enough from each other to make me love it or hate it. I like the packaging of this blemish control gel, it has a wee nozzle head which allows you to get a good amount for what you need. You do not need heaps, a little goes a long way. It doesn't smell too bad which is a nice change from some of the other products in this Clear Complexion range.
It wasn't a stand out for me, I think it did help to shorten the cycle of my breakouts and maybe helped to reduce the size of my spots, but it did not work to the level I had hoped.
It is refreshing to see a blemish gel that isn't a bottle of salicylic acid. My skin was particularly clear whilst trialling this range so I didn't have a lot of use for this product; however, I did use it on one blemish and it significantly reduced the redness. It was a lot less harsh than other products (no tingling or clinical smell) and didn't leave a residue or white mark. These factors would make it a great option for teenagers with blemishes who are new to skincare or anyone looking for a more natural, gentle yet effective option.
I've never been too confident in blemish gells - do they actually work?? Well this one did a decent job. Of the pimples that I got over the course of using the Essano Collection I'd say that they cleared up quicker than if I hadn't put anything on them at all. Not too much quicker but not bad. I was glad that there wasn't really a smell and the packaging was quite cute. The tube was good for application but if you squeezed too hard it would get pretty messy.
This 'rapid action' blemish gel didn't act as fast as I thought it would because my pimples didn't look very different after applying it to them after a few days, but then on one instance when I popped two pimples then applied the gel they both didnt flare up red despite me just attacking them. It claims to visibly reduce the appearance of inflammation and redness, so yes it did indeed! Maybe this gel sort of freezes pimples in their place before they get any worse. It's antibacterial and contains Salicylic Acid so i'm sure it's good for blemishes anyway. The packaging is cute and small because a spot treatment doesn't need to be massive, but I think that it should be cheaper than $15.99 because I would not pay that much. Overall I was happy to use this blemish gel but I don't think that it's a miracle product.
Tips: Apply it to freshly popped pimples to reduce redness.
very pricy ,its doing something to my spots , but takes time ,because essano this brand is sourced from natural gentle ingredients , so its safe and sutible for sensitive skin ,
Not something I would purchase again with my own money, in fact, I feel like this actually made the appearance of my blemishes worse than better. I noticed when I used this on active pimples there would be smaller ones pop up very close to the original, this stopped happening when I ceased using the product. The texture isn't great from the get go and the smell is average, it's not bad, but it's not good either. All in all I would say this was a bit of a flop for me and I would be reluctant to try this again.
This year I have been getting more pimples than ever before so have been actively using these types of products. I purchased this online and generally have had a positive experience with most of the brands products I have tried, and I have used quite a few now.
The packaging is a smaller toothpaste type tube style that is white with rose pink. This coincides with the rest of the Clear Complexion range.
This has a faint scent. I have used this at all stages of pimple production. From a bump just showing up to a full fledged nasty sucker. I found that it can stop a pimple from becoming worse and reducing the redness, though it was accomplished over days of use instead of one day, two days max.
It did not accomplish the results I have had with other similar products and would not be a product I would repurchase in future.
I am on the edge with this blemish gel as I've used a couple of other brands before. It is definitely a gel like consistency but I think it rather slowed the process of blemishes occurring rather then lessening them being there in the first place. For my existing pimples it kept the swelling down but compared to other creams I've tried this is the slowest fixing solution. It is very wet and takes a while to absorb in so I cant just finish with my moisturiser on the top. However it is very gentle and does the trick eventually and I think that will appeal to some people.
