Essano Rosehip Exfoliator has very fine particles which makes it very gentle and non-irritating on my skin. I like to use this exfoliator in the shower and massage a small amount on to damp cleansed skin before rinsing off. The scent is pleasant due to its botanical extracts and is not overpowering. It is a really effective exfoliator that leaves my skin glowing and I like to use it once per week on "self-care Sunday".

Tips: If you use hairstyling products, especially hairspray, make sure to use this exfoliator right up to the hairline as it can help to keep pores unclogged which otherwise lead to blemishes!
Lovely face wash and lovely brand. So gentle and smells amazing. Nice and hydrating not for a deep clean.
I purchased the product for the bargain price of $10 at Countdown, so I'm already impressed with it as rose-hip based products are usually quite pricy. However the quality of this product is phenomenal. It's fine granules lightly exfoliate while the rose-hip soothes and softens your skin. I have used it twice a week for a couple of weeks now and I have noticed that my skin has become noticeably softer to the touch. I do still use a gentle moisturiser after I exfoliate however.
The packaging is gorgeous, a nice dusky pink with black white and gold lettering. The amount of product inside is generous and the lid on the bottom style packaging ensures that you will be able to get every drop out of it!
Tips: A 20c coin size dollop of product is more than enough! Also, be sure to exfoliate your neck and clavicle a little bit too!
I bought this scrub because I wanted an affordable one with natural ingredients. I'm very wary about scrubs that have particles or beads that you can feel when you use it because I've read a lot of articles saying they scratch the skin not just buff it and ones that have plastic beads are bad for the environment and the fishies.
Its got the usual scrub feeling but doesn't leave your skin tight after you've washed it off, which is nice. The smell is pleasant for a natural product, it still has a hint of essential oil but not as strong. Overall a great scrub to use about once or twice a week.
Tips: Use a generous amount so it doesn't feel scratchy but the beads tend to roll around which doesn't feel so harsh.
This is a great gentle exfoliator. It keeps your skin smooth without being too rough or over drying your skin. For me I would prefer a not so gentle scrub, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to people after something gentle!
I am a big fan of Essano and rosehip in general so was quite excited to try this. The description is correct that it is quite gentle to use with the bits being small and not too gritty. The only thing I noticed is that sometimes it doesn't exfoliate my nose as well as other brands but my skin does have a bit of a glow afterward which is nice as it is hard to find something for sensitive skin that doesn't end up reacting badly. I love the packaging, which is modern but feminine and is cohesive with the rest of the brand. This product is also quite affordable and easily accessible as you can pick it up on special at the supermarket or The Warehouse. All in all one of my top two exfoliator
Tips: I like to open my pores before using, either by steaming my face or using in the shower to give my skin a thorough clean. I follow up with a cleanser if my skin is still feeling a bit rough.
I initially purchased this product solely as I needed something small to fit in my toilet bag - this turned out to be arguably the BEST skincare purchase I've ever made, totally by chance!
Upon use you can really feel the product exfoliating your skin and removing dirt/oil; however, it's not harsh at all like many other exfoliating products. Additionally, only a minimal amount of product is required to achieve a deep cleanse. The rosy scent is also relatively minimal which is particularly nice seeing as the product is used on your face, where those scents can become quite overpowering.
I have very dry skin and often after washing my face my skin becomes rough, tight and uncomfortable very quickly. However, this product left my skin feeling incredibly soft which was quite impressive given its thorough exfoliating effects.
Couldn't recommend more highly if you're after an exfoliating product which still leaves your skin soft. The only downside is the price - at around $12 you don't get a huge amount of product for the money and if I can find a cheaper alternative I'd probably switch but it'd have to be VERY good to match this!!
Tips: Massage into areas where clogged pores are prominent to achieve optimal softness.
This gentle exfoliator does exactly what it says. It's gentle enough to use every day which I like as you don't have to use a cleanser every day and then a harsher exfoliator once or twice a week. I like how it doesn't strip you dry like a lot of cleansers as cleansers shouldn't make you feel like the Sahara desert when you finish showering. For someone with super dry skin, this is good. One thing I'm not particularly fond of is the smell. But all in all, this is a good product that I would use again.
Another awesome product from Essano, comes in a nice tube with its flip top lid that's easy to squeeze the goodies out, this is a caramel coloured cream cleanser quite thick in its texture containing tiny rosehip bio granules. A very mild scent reminding me of vanilla gone wrong. I rub this around gently on wet skin on my face and neck after I've cleansed it. I'm finding this to be a gental exfoliater not harsh on my skin yet still does a good job of removing dry skin and cleansing. It is like a combination of a creamy cleanser and exfoliant in one. I'm loving this it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth and glowing. Doesn't give you that extra lets scrubb it all off feeling though and sometimes I'm after that feeling. Price wise this is a good quality product so for me value for your money and it's not like your going to use it all up in a hurry as a bit the size of a walnut does the job so it will last a while.
Tips: Apply to cleansed wet skin and gently work it around pat dry I then go for the rosehip oil and my skin is happy.
Natural again my favourite. I jave very sensetive skin and a to harsh scrum makes my skin break out. I love how gentle the essano face scrub is. Its creamy so while exfoliating it also hydrates mu skin. I like the musky smell and after srubing it put on my roship oil and it absorbs into my skon so fast and my skin feels and looks healthy hudraited and smooth.
