This scrub is very fine-grain, so is really gentle. But at the same time, it is also very effective. It's not at all drying either, which is nice.

I have always been a big fan of Essano products.I was extremely excited to try this exfolitor.
First time trying this out , straight away I did notice the difference how my skin felt. My skin totally felt smooth & really soft. This definitely moisturize my skin, leaving it feeling so hydrated. Really gentle on the skin and suitable for skin type.
I really do recommend this product. You can find this in your local supermarket.
Tips: A little goes along way :)
Im not usually one to use exfoliators but I did enjoy using this product. It smells delicious - I only used a small amount (probably the size of a 20c coin) and once I had rubbed it on my face I still had a bit left so rubbed on my arms. I don't like the feel of my skin after use - my skin felt a little bit dry. All and all I would probably buy this again as it is a good priced product and didn't irritate my skin.
Tips: Only use once or twice a week :)
I really enjoyed using this product. Afer usuing it once a day for five days i found my skin feeling really smooth, it looked brighter and well moisturised. it also did a good job at removing my make up. It smells, nice and has small exfoliating beads in it, I will keep using this product as my skin feels and looks great.
Tips: only need to use a small amount as it spreads well.
I really like this product. The colour of the tube is nice and not like another product out there (that I've seen anyway!) I like the little gold at the bottom however I struggled to actually know who it was made by because its in small font at the bottom!
The big one for me is that it is natural and made in New Zealand - love supporting local products over imported brands any day!
Originally when I first used this, the colour surprised me. Its brown! I wasn't expecting that haha. However, it smells lovely. Almost a little lemony to me which I really liked. Probably is supposed to smell like rose so maybe my nose is broke!
I have to say, my face does feel really lovely - very smooth! However I have had a breakout of pimples on my chin. Its probably because my skin is freaking out about having something good used on it!
I think it is a really good price too. Its NZ made so that is value.
I really like this exfoliator and definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Or buy myself when mine runs out!
Thanks for another awesome trial, BR xo
I really really liked this product. It wasn't as harsh as I was expecting, so really gentle on the skin. Upon washing off I was left with very very soft skin that seemed to be drinking in all the nutrients. Felt very moisturised afterwards and not oily. Would definetly use again and being able to purchase from the supermarket is a added bonus :)
Tips: Would only use once or twice a week. Only a small amount is needed.
I love love love this product, First off, I love the girly packaging and it smells super yummy. When using it you only need a really small amount to do entire face and neck and it feels amazing on my skin. The first time I used it my skin felt really dry but after I used it again I was hooked. My face has not felt this soft in years. I love it and have been using it every night. I will never use another exfoliator on my face again, I'm hooked
Tips: Don't use a lot as a little goes a long way
I am unashamedly in love with Essano products. There, I said it. Despite this being a supermarket product, it makes me feel like a million bucks. First off, the dusty pink packaging has an upmarket feel. For someone (me) looking to use more natural products, this range is a godsend. You will notice on reading the label that it's made in NZ and contains no nasties. The smell is lightly rosey (nothing overpowering here), the exfoliating beads are tiny and not particularly abrasive, however you will definitely notice that your face is smoother afterwards (just ask my husband - he pinches my scrub when his face is dry!) I absolutely love this product, so much so that in a recent discount promo I bought 3 tubes! Long live Essano!
Tips: Gentle enough for daily use
In an easy to use tube, allowing you to only use what you need not to waste any. The cream was a thickish, brown colour with beads. I found the smell over powering to start with but as I start to apply to my face and neck it became pleasant. A small amount about the size of a 10 cent coin was more then enough and applying was simple. I felt the beads quite ruff to start with but got use to it fast. While my skin felt smooth and looked more fresh to start with, after a few days it felt dry and i broke out quite dramatically. Which I found disappointing. However I will continue to use until finished to see if my skill settles with the product. over all average to above average
Tips: A little goes along way.
I was excited to try the Essano Facial Scrub Rosehip Exfoliator as Essano appears to be a conscious supermarket brand with a lot of good points to their products and packaging. I've tried and loved other beautiful smelling rosehip products in their range.
My intention was to use it three times a week in the shower as a cleanser substitute, however as a facial exfoliator this is just too gentle. When it comes to removing dead skin and impurities you want plenty of grit and this just seemed creamy and better marketed as a cleanser.
