essano Hydrating Rosehip Rengerating Facial Moisturiser

This was included as part of the Essano rosehip kit I got from Countdown. I became interested in rosehip oil after reading so many fantastic things about it on the forum here.

I am a little fussy about facial moisturiser - I don't like to put anything really perfumed on my face as it tends to flare my red cheeks up.

This doesn't do that at all! This sinks into my skin like butter. It is so easy to blend into my skin, doesn't leave a nasty feeling residue and my skin feels soft after using this.

I love to use this at night as the cream is a little thicker than the body moisturiser. Since using this (and the rest of the range), I haven't had dry skin and my redness has slightly reduced.

I love, love, love this. I will be repurchasing it before it runs out - I can't be without it haha. I highly recommend using this or at least giving it a go. It's amazing.

I decided to try this after reading through great reviews. I have combination dry / oily skin but at the same time is quite sensitive and most creams react. Being this is more natural without all those nasty chemicals I was more swayed to try them. I am loving the product my blemishes and dry skin have completely gone, it's non - greasy.i have been using for the past month and I now have great glowing radiant skin I like the pump bottle so you only use what you need so no wastage and the large bottle last longer and at $19 a good price.

I purchased this as part of the Essano Rosehip Kit in a 30ml sample size. I have oily, acne-prone skin so normally I tend to purchase facial moisturisers specifically aimed to treat this but after hearing so many ladies rave about the range on here and reading about the benefits of rosehip oil I wanted to give this a go.

The packaging of the product is both stylish and functional, the brown plastic colour scheme with rose coloured label displays beautifully on the counter. The moisturising cream is easily dispensed with a pump while the plastic cap is secure enough that it can be easily stored without worrying it will go everywhere.

Like the rest of the range this product is lightly scented with just a hint of rosehip, the fragrance sweet and feminine but not overpowering which suits me well as I don’t like overly perfumed products for my face. The formula itself is a lightweight lotion well suited for a daily moisturiser. I applied a small amount of this to my face and neck and it absorbed easily. I had expected my skin to feel greasy as most moisturisers I have tried that weren't specifically formulated for my skin type end up making me look a shiny mess, but instead my skin just felt soft and nourished.

This is a great product if you're want a cruelty-free moisturiser that will work with most skin types. I probably won't be purchasing this again just right now as I'm still wanting to focus on more acne-treating products but when I no longer want these I would definately repurchase this.

I had been searching for a product that my skin would not react to after doing my research on the ingredients to this one I tried it out and I will never use a different product again as long as this one is made, I raved about it on Facebook and a friend of mine asked me to do a review for her beauty web page which I was happy to do, which even Essano® posted the link to on their Facebook page (I'm quite proud of that).

Rosehip oil has a fantastic reputation and for a very good reason, I have never had my skin look as fantastic as it does now thanks to switching to this product. This will be a staple in but lotion department for as long as they make it and sell it as a reasonably affordable price. Here’s hoping that they don’t go all “boutique” on us and price themselves out of business.

It is fantastic for use on dry skin as it hydrates wonderfully but I have also found that it improves the overall condition of my skin (that’s the rosehip oil working) I have witnessed an improvement in my skintone on my face, which I didn’t actually realise was an issue for me before I saw an improvement after using this.

Basically you come up smelling like roses, if you are the kind of person to react to things then this is your saviour. If you have an uneven skin tone (which I didn't know I had until it got fixed by this stuff) then the rose-hip oil that goes with it is the thing for you. A little goes a long way with this stuff and my skin is looking so good and feeling so soft.

Not only does it tick my natural, cruelty free, organic, parabens/SLS free boxes but it smells like roses and a little of this stuff goes a long way, you’ll only need maybe half a pump to do your whole face and neck area.

The skin on my face is sensitive but I decided to try this moisturiser after hearing such great reviews. It has a nice smell to it. To me it smells like lemonade! It is nice to put on but my face feels a little stiff afterwards. However, the results are work that. My pigmentation is starting to disappear! Like resolve! The redness is disappearing in little parks so I am really looking forward to seeing the long term results. Unfortunately the packaging, a plunge bottle, is quite inconvenient for taking anywhere but they make a testers pack so the facial moisturiser from that works for travelling. I got the plunge bottle delivered with my online shopping and it had leaked everywhere!

I purchased this in the miniature kit that Essano sells as I wasn't sure I would love it...well I did!

First of all, I love the packaging of this product! Why can't all products have a pump like this! So much more convenient and mess-free.

The moisturiser itself has a nice botanical rose scent (I don't love the smell of rosehip oil and this was a lot nicer scent wise than the oil) and a small pump is sufficient to cover my entire face and neck. It absorbs quickly into the skin making it suitable for under makeup without effecting the end result of makeup application and wont slow down the process (like some which seem to sit on the skin for a long time).

I have sensitive dry skin so am glad to say this did not cause any irritation. It provided sufficient hydration so that my skin wasn't feeling like it still needed moisture, but, didn't feel like it was covered in a film either.

I am very happy I decided to try this out as I think it is fast becoming a new favourite and is something I will be repurchasing. I love that it is far more natural than some other products I enjoy and free from the less beneficial ingredients they often include.

Would recommend this to all with dry sensitive skin in need of some natural nourishment!

Wow this is such a beautiful moisturiser it left my skin so soft and silky and feeling hydrated, smells divine and I can buy it at the supermarket so easy.

This moisturises nicely without being greasy at all. I also love the scent, it's soft and I found I loved it as a handcream which is unusual as I more often than not hate scented hand cream. My skin is super soft after using this so I will continue with it and also give a few of their other products a try too.

This moisturiser is my absolutely be-all-end-all-holy grail moisturiser. I've had unpredictable temperamental acne prone sometimes oil slick sometimes Sahara dry skin for as long as I can remember and this moisturiser has changed eveything. It is beautifully rich and moisturising yet absorbs so so fast. It keeps my skin hydrated without being greasy and works well as both a night and a day cream. It hasn't disrupted any of my foundations and his minimised the fine lines around my eyes and also drastically reduced the size of my pores. I now no longer have to wear primer under my foundations as this has completely levelled my sebum production. I cannot recommend this enough. It's such a reasonably priced product that's readily available at your nearest countdown and performs better than its super expensive trilogy skincare cousins, in my opinion. A must have.

I use this daily under my makeup - and you only need a small amount which is fantastic. It leaves my skin feeling really silky and smooth - and I've had no breakouts since using it. Highly recommend! And its cheap :)
