I normally love essano products, so I figured I'd give this a go. I used to have super oily skin but am finding my skin is more oily combination now, but often gets quite dry in summer due to all the air conditioning. The packaging on this is gorgeous. It comes in matte brown pump bottle with a beautiful pink label. The pump is lockable which is great for traveling. I like that this is generously sized for the price and a little product goes a long way. The moisturiser is white and quite thin in consistency. I normally love the smell of essano's rosehip products but this one just had a musty rose smell to me and I didn't enjoy it. I find this takes a really long time to absorb into my skin, which is frustrating when you're getting ready in the morning and want to be able to do your base make up. As this takes a long to absorb, you'd think it would be really hydrating but I found this wasn't the case. I didn't find this hydrated my skin at all, and it didn't seem to do anything really at all to my skin, aside from clog my pores a bit. I'm not sure why my experience with this product has been so different from others, I normally find face moisturizers amazing or average, but I don't usually find they're like this and don't do anything at all. I wouldn't use this again as it just didn't do anything, and the downside of the packaging being so generous is its taking me forever to use this up.

I do love most products from Essano however this one didn’t catch my eye. I used it for a bit but it seemed to just break me out and make my skin even more dry. Wasn’t for me but everyone is different
Started using with the other rosehip hydrating products unfortunately this has really flared up my psoriasis and i have to stop using immediately
I got this the other day, its not quite what I expected, the bottle is plastic, and the cream has a light pink tinge, however it does not exactly smell like roses. I use 2 pumps and find that is a good amount, but I think it absorbs into the skin really fast before I have had time to apply it to the whole face.
I tried the Essano Rosehip skincare range and unfortunately it just didn't agree with my skin! Not sure if it was a particular ingredient in the product or what, but it just didn't work for me. It left my skin feeling more oily than usual and I kept getting breakouts.
It's great how it's in pump form, and the packaging is great. I think other people might have more luck with this but it's just not for me.
Now for me this would be yet another average facial moisturizer. And I have to say I was a tad disappointed because I was believing all the hype and thought this was the miracle product.
Lets start with the the consistency, it was just too sticky for me. Well once it was on my face it just felt really sticky. In the bottle (yes I opened it) it seemed a little thin also when pumped in the hand it felt the same.
I did not think this was super moisturizing, it was pretty average. I myself would recommend this to normal skin. Also I did not noticed any "help" from the rose-hip oil either.
Now to the best thing with this product, the scent! The scent is to die for! Who doesn't love the rose like feminine scent. This really put up my rating up on the product. Its all because it makes me feel really womanly.
This facial cream have a nice creamy smooth consistency. However, it didn’t work on my skin like the Essano night cream did. Not sure why this cream works differently on my facial skin in comparison to most other reviews I have read on this product. I realised each time I use this product, it gets absorbed easily by my hands afterwards, but for my face and neck, it’s another story.
The cream tends to stay put on my face and neck for many hours.. and also gives me this sticky feeling. This cream tends to last on my face forever... or maybe i tend to put too much on that my face absorbs it very slowly. It does however keep my skin hydrated through the day... so probably a good product for me to use during the drier and cooler months. However, due to the stickiness i get, it makes it feel like my face is perspirating hahaha. So i tend to use it when i’m resting at home, when i’m not using any make up.
Maybe this moisturiser is a little too rich for me... It’s not something i would use on my face during the warmer months... but it’ll probably be good to use on my face when i get my dry patches, or I can even use it as a night cream.
I'd tried a trial set of the vitamin C moisturiser and so when I needed to purchase a new moisturiser, the rosehip version ticked every box. I was really underwhelmed with the product though. It had a thick consistency and didn't seem to provide much moisture. I found myself reaching for other products to either add moisture or just replace. I love essano but just not this moisturiser unfortunately.
The smell of this lotion is great. Although upon using this product a few times my skin was extremely dry and became a bit flaky. I also started to break out after using!
Tips: Would recommend this product for people who don’t have sensitive skin
I used this product for a month - didn't even finish the body. I use a daily facial scrub in my morning shower - followed by moisturising my face with this. It was too oily for me - and i found it caused acne in my t-zone. It is however very affordable and attainable!! I may pull it back out and give it another go :)
Tips: Maybe i was using wrong quantity?
