essano Hydrating Rosehip Rengerating Facial Moisturiser

I had high hopes but have been a little bit let down. This cream is too thick and is barely absorbed by my skin. It is gentle and I don't get irritated too much - it causes my eczema around my eyes to flare up a little but nothing too drastic.

I was a little disappointed that it isn't SPF (I clearly didn't read the packet properly) and I see now that there is a SPF added to the brand. So I use this as a night cream which works well due to the low absorption.

I HATE the way the pump clogs. Every day the end of the nozzle has gross crusty cream. Not sure if it's just me but I hate that.

It is a really gentle product on your skin but I didn't notice it moisturize my skin. It seemed to evaporate really fast and so my skin didn't feel any smoother or softer. Also I didn't like the smell. But it is a nice product for sensitive skin

Along with the exfoliator I got this cream. I love moisturisers. My skin is always dry more so in winter. For moisturisers I’m always looking for something that can easily go under my foundation.

Packaging is pastel pink easily identifiable as the Essano Brand. Consistency is creamy with a pleasant rosey scent . I think this roast scent is true to the Essano brand . I find it absorbs into my face nicely not leaving a greasy feeling like some other moisturisers I’ve tried .

My results from using this was hydrated skin feeling smooth and fresh . Ready to start my day off . I think the Essano gift sets would make great gifts for loved ones. I’ve popped them into presents in the past. Budget friendly brand. Definitely one to try.

This facial cream is one of the thickest facial creams I have ever tried. I really did not enjoy using this product at all. I wouldn't recommend it unless your face is so dry and flaky! Like I felt like this product is maybe better for my body than my Face just from how thick it was! I would apply less and less every time, but my skin was not absorbing this thick cream. and then it will look like I'm sweating from how thick the cream is.

I can't seem to find a face cream that doesn't slide off my face 5 minutes after application. With pandemic mask wearing and Summer this product misses the mark for me. Not the right one for me except in winter. So disappointed as I really want to love this product as I love the other essano products.

I loved how this moisturiser is in a pump bottle. No waste, and also more hygienic. I found that it didn’t do much for my skin though. Maybe if you use it with a good serum or the rosehip oil? But on it’s own my skin still felt dry.

Hi beauties, I have used this moisturiser a few times now, but still leaves me feeling the same way. It is sticky and not a nice smell, I prefer no smell or just natural. Once it dries fully skin feels great, but I think I prefer the serums and night cream x

First of all I'm a little surprised that this moisturiser is so popular just because of the smell really, I find it very over-powering and I thought lot of people wouldn't like it but apparently they do. This moisturiser has a very sharp & potent rose scent for me it's too strong and a bit sickly, however this is the only thing I don't like about it.

Aside from the fact that I don't like the smell, this is the nicest facial moisturiser i've used in a long time. The consistency is standard, it feels light & clean on my face, is super fast absorbing and brightens the appearnce of my skin tone.

Of the hundreds of products i've ever put on my skin Rosehip oil has been the best by far, the fact that this moisturiser contains rosehip is probably what makes it so good. As nice as this moisturiser is I just can't get past the smell and feel like it's clashing with perfumes which I wear every day so I won't be restocking this one.

A plastic brown bottle with a black pump keeping things nice and hygienic, no sticking fingers into it, it's in typical eassano colours, the packaging is nice and plain. This is natural no nasties lurking in this white lotion that has a faint rose scent. This is nice textured lotion that absorbs nicely into my skin. So after a good cleanse and a good squirt of this lotion I rub it in my face and down my neck, it's lovely and soothing and my skin feels great not stinging or tingling, so I clean my teeth and then I feel my skin needing more moisture, so I apply some more. The next time I use it I then resort to a cleanse then rosehip oil and apply this lotion, and doing the two together has been a nice combination. But for me just on its own was just not moisturising enough and no regeneration for me. Overall a lovely natural lotion with a fantastic smell just sadly enough my skin is too dry and too old. I'm quite unlucky to repurchase this, a shame as it's such a reasonable price.

I was a very lucky girl and got given a sample of this in my oneline shopping order – best sample I’ve received yet ! 

I absolutely adore Rosehip Oil so needles to say I was excited to slot this into my daily routine which for me at night included removing my makeup which I do using rosehip oil, washing my face cleansing then applying the Essano Rosehip Moisturiser. It does have a slight scent, nothing too overpowering I think the scent is more from the shea butter than the oils themselves but I did not mind the scent as it was very light.

It is a very light texture and one pump is enough to coat your entire face.

I did find it a little bit greasy to the touch but on the other hand it did absorb well into my skin and actually dried matte so it didn’t look oil or shiny on my skin which was a surprise.

I have sensitive skin prone to ezcema and being on the dry side and I really liked how this left my skin, it felt very light but very hydrated and moisturised at the same time and no sign of irritation. I think this was perfect for me in summer time but I don’t think in winter time that this would quite be as heavy or moisturising as I like.

I would recommend this if you like a lighter type of moisturiser or don’t require super duper hydration.
