It was extremely easy to apply- it went on like a dream! It definitely self leveled and was lovely and smooth. My nails looked lovely and shiny for about a day- shortly after the polish seemed to be developing a yellow ness to it, and if it was chipped it would peel up and off the nail extremely easily, which was satisfying but probably not want you want. It definitely was nice while it lasted but I don’t think it would extend the life of a manicure at all.

It’s nice for a day
Tips: Is not damaging to nails at all, I’d use it again to protect my nails if I was going to be scrubbing stuff actually

A Good Top Coat
I really like this Essie top coat! Personally I like to use normal nail polish on my toe nails so it's easy to change for occasions and gels on my fingers.
This top coat definitely makes a difference in the longevity of normal polish and also keeps it from chipping! I've used it now over both Essie and OPI nail polish shades and the formula didn't change on either base and lasted really nicely for around a week on my nails with no chipping before changing to a new nail colour underneath.

Does the job
This is a nice easy to apply top coat that dries quickly which is a bonus and gives a nice shine to my nails .It is on the thin side but effectively protects my nail polish from chips for several days which definitely makes my nails look good for longer and I am not having to fix my nails all the time.This product is as good to use as any on the market and yes I would re purchase. I like that is comes in a little cardboard box too so if you are giving it looks special.
Tips: You may like to apply two coats for extra protection.

So I tried this on top of an Essie colour and I have to say it went on fine but once dried I could still see the lines from the brush and it is super thin and it began to flake off the next day!! Would say 3 coats would be needed but the brush marks were still there so not a product for me I was so disappointed as I thought the bottle made it sound like the top coat I need but nope not this time unfortunately the brush is nice easy to apply fast drying but just the look and Performance didn't cut it in my opinion
Tips: Put at least 2 coats on
