I absolutely loved this foundation, i applied it before going out to a party and it was still on perfectly the next morning! My face didn't feel dry or cakey, the foundation didn't transfer. Fantastic!

I love this foundation, my skin has acne scarring and redness and the foundation covers it all up!
The staying power is fantastic, if I was to wear it out clubbing, parties etc it would never let me down! Makes your skin look flawless and youthful!
BUT!!... The colour range isn't the best, I have fair skin and I got the shade in sand beige, the lady who tried it on me said it was my shade, but I had a make up line and my neck was white, I was not impressed!! I find there foundations more orange toned..
Overall this is a great foundation except for the colour range :)
Tips: Apply quickly with foundation brush as it tends to dry fast :)
so i have very oily skin and have alot of acne scarring and i love love love this foundation it is very cream but very buildable it stays on all day
the staying power is amazing i only wear on special occasions as it is very expensive the only down fall i have on the product is the colour range is not that great i have to put a darker setting powder on top to match my skin as its slightly lighter shade if i went up a shade its totally off but overall its amazing
Tips: prime and work it in with a kabuki brush to give a flawless finish
I've never been a huge fan of foundation, I just find it too thick and obvious. But Estée Lauder is fantastic, and feels really nice. If it has one downfall I'd say it's far too expensive. But I suppose you get what you pay for.
Tips: A beauty therapist friend of mine told me this. You can blend half to half of foundation and moisturiser to make the foundation last longer and also give less coverage. Works a treat.
Lightweight and thin to medium consistency, this foundation is perfect for everyday wear and it stays onto my face all day. I find it very challenging to find the right shade for my skin tone but the trick is to try to opt for the shade closest to your skin tone. For me, I've chosen the lighter shade and I used my bronzer to sculpt my cheekbones for better definition.
Tips: Use a buffing foundation brush for application. For first time user, it best to ask for a sample at the counter before committing in a full size bottle.
This used to be the best foundation ever in my teens! But I re-purchased last year and I found that the Formula was different. It is now really thick and I found that it didn't apply very well with my skin. I tried applying with a beauty blender and flat top kabuki, neither seemed to make a difference. I found that the new one makes all the hair on my face stick out and also it makes my eyes rather puffy. It is almost like it is too thick to be anywhere near my eyes. This is my opinion though. I do know that it works for a lot of people.
For many years I struggled to find a foundation with good coverage, that stayed put all day and didn't leave me shiny and oily after a few hours. I have normal/oily skin and bad acne scarring. When I found Estée Lauder double wear I actually cried and have now been using it daily for 10 years.
This foundation is great if you have oily skin! It stays all day like it says and still looks nice at the end of the day. It is pricey but a little really does go a long way and the bottle lasts for ages. The only problem I found with this foundation is that after you have it for awhile it gets hard to blend and doesn't go on as smoothly, almost as if it goes "off". Might just be that it is getting old? As above though, great foundation for oily skin
I have really oily skin and have tried what seems like hundreds of foundations, this one by far was the most amazing i have ever tried for coverage, long wearing and anti shine. I bought it specifically for a concert because i was meeting the band afterwards, sure enough it looked mint even after hours of being in a sweaty mosh pit haha. WIN i would recommend this to everyone. Its a little more expensive than other foundations but it is So worth what you pay . I use it every day and the bottle lasts me about 4 months.
I own 15+ foundations (oops?) and this is still hands-down my favourite for coverage and staying power! My go-to foundation for work where I have to look polished, all day, and don't have time to be checking and touching up. I can put it on at 6am and come home at 6pm with it looking pretty much as good as it did when I first applied it. My skin can get very patchy and red but it's great at covering that. It also stays fairly matte, especially in areas such as the sides of my nose and my chin, where I tend to develop shine first. It is pricey but I don't regret my investment one bit
Tips: Definitely recommend getting a sample from a counter if you have any doubts - have heard that it just doesn't agree with dry skin!
My skin is fairly normal with a slightly oily t-zone but I still moisturise before applying this (and exfoliate regularly because it does pick up any patchiness from dead skin).
With a damp Beauty Blender it applies like a dream! Just couldn't get it to work with a brush. With the BB it also uses heeaps less product. I went through mine very quickly at first which annoyed me. I started challenging myself to see how little I could use, and with the BB I was pleasantly surprised at how little I needed to achieve the same amount of coverage as I was getting before. Also, I pour mine onto a flat plastic compact (etc.) before applying, as it uses so much less, and helps me to get a more even layer on my Beauty Blender.
