Love this product. Was given it as a gift and find it is so handy. All the products are lovely to use, and I find they actually last a long time because you only need a little bit. You could always refill the empty containers I guess but I haven't had to yet. Only problem is that there is no makeup remover, but the eye cream works quite well for eye makeup.

I have used this tower for a couple of holidays now, and it is all I need for skincare which is a great space saver!
I enjoyed all 6 products, including the mask for an extra moment of luxury. They have really thought of everything. Evolu have high quality natural products that are perfect for my combination skin without causing irritations. The cleanser is gentle to use being a cream cleanser, the day and night moisturisers keep me moisturised day and night. The eye cream is perfect for dryness around the eye area.
I love how easy it is to refill the different pottles, so it will last multiple times. The packaging is easy to use, and I really love how cute it looks.
First impressions are of the practical and cute packaging.
The wee tower of individual pods with each clearly marked product is a fantastic ideal perfect sized for 3-5 day trip (depending on your preferred heavy or light usage of the products) it could easily be refilled and I like that idea, placed in a handbag or toilet bag this undoubtedly will be a very handy product for travelling
. I was however less impressed with the Evolu procucts themselves. Positives - cleanser (and all the products actually) smelled pleasantly botanical and natural and felt light but more negative seemed to sap my skin of moisture. Feels like it was perhaps designed for older or oiler skin?
My favourite is the eye gel and hand cream - both products I would use again.
I so thought absolutely worth a try as the evolu products may suit your skin type. ideal handy practical and cute as little travel kit.
We all know how frustrating it can be trying to make room for all our skincare necessities in our suitcase. This is why the Evolu Travel Tower comes in so handy. It comes in a stack of 6 small pottles - a creme cleanser, facial exfoliator, eye gel, day cream, overnight cream and a hand cream that can be easily stored in your handbag or carry-on luggage. All the things you need come in one tidy, convenient package, more than enough for short trips, and they are easily refillable when needed. There's also an extra lid if you need to divide them. I have issues with dry skin, so I was very pleased with how soft my skin was after using the different products. I also liked that they are all natural and have a very pleasant, botanical scent.
I was super excited to try this product from Evolu, I hadn't heard much about this brand. The packaging is a very cute little stack of pots that screw together. The stack all together is not much bigger then my hand, great compact size for quickly throwing in a toilet bag. I also loved that it came with a spare lid which would come in handy.
Each pot contains 10mls which at first I laughed at, I didnt think there was any way I would be able to properly test out how the product would work with my skin with such little product. However I tried this travel stack for 2 weeks and used it almost everyday. I only ran out of 3 of the 6 products! I gave this travel tower the ultimate test with a weekend away, it was easy to pack away, didn't leak at all and was compact enough to keep in the limited space within a motel bathroom. These pots would be easily refilled and recycled which I absolutely love!
All of the actual product has the typical scent of more natural products. They have a fresh, herbal type of smell. I'm a massive fan of natural products so love that scent. The night cream scent was amazing!
As far as the actual product goes, I fully used just these products for the time I was trialling it with the exemption of my morning moisturiser which is couldnt bring myself to give up. I actually noticed my skin loved the products, I had 2 small hormonal breakouts and I noticed the Evolu products didn't aggrivate these spots and even seemed to help clear up the spots. The cream cleanser was nice, left skin feeling clean but still moisturised. I'm not one for cream cleansers usually but I did like this one. I got about 10 uses out of this pot of cleanser. The exfoliator was one of my favs, gentle and seemed to help with blackheads. I used this every second day and got about 8 uses out of this pot using it quite sparingly. The eye gel was my favourite product out of this stack! It is cooling and soothing in the eye area. Its moisturising and absorbs quickly. There was no horrible stinging like I've had with some eye creams before. This amount of product will last me a long time, a little goes a very long way. The day cream moisturiser I didnt get so much use out of. I only tried it on 2 days that i wasnt wearing make up as I was took scared to try a new product under make up and risk my combo-oily skin not loving it. The night cream was another fav, rich and creamy, was my favourite smelling product. A little goes a long way but I used very liberally and got about 7 uses out of this amount. The handcream was nice, absorbed quickly and moisturised well. I only got 3 uses out of this pot but I use a large amount on my dry hands. This would be the perfect amount to throw in a bag if needed for a little dry hand relief.
Obviously I love these products and would definitely recommend this adorable stack to travelling beauties and to other lovers of natural skincare!
Tips: Don't screw the pots on to each other too hard, otherwise they can be difficult to get apart especially with freshly moisturised hands ;)
Evolu tower comes with 6 skincare products in little pottles that screw together to form a tower, plus one extra lid so you could split the tower up.
I really liked the concept but not so much the products. The product would last a few days but I think you'd be out of the cleanser pretty quickly. I also had a bit of trouble trying to unscrew the right product. If I was the day cream, I keep unscrewing the ones above it. So I found it a bit fiddly.
The Cleanser: Nice, light perfume but I wasn't impressed with the product. It disappeared into my skin before I could wash it off. It didn't take off mascara.
Exfoliator: This was a nice product and did a good job. Nice soft perfume.
Eye Gel: This was quite cooling and very light. Absorbed very quickly.
Day Cream: Nice light perfume, very light moisturiser, would be good for oily skin I think. Not sure why, but when I went to put my mineral foundation over the top of this, it wasn't a nice experience, I don't quite know how to describe it. It felt odd using the brush, my skin almost hurt and the surface of my skin felt very rough. Not a nice base for makeup.
Night Cream: This again had a very pleasant fragrance and was perhaps my favourite product. Nice and creamy.
Hand Cream: Nice light fragrance and easily absorbed cream. Not a rich emollient though.
I love the idea of the tower and yes it will be very handy for small trips away. I will definitely hang on to it but I would probably fill it with other products.
A neatly presented and very handy product that is small enough to take anywhere! The only downside to presentation was that for the more OCD amongst us, the labels on the wee pots do not line up with done up. Yes yes I know to most that wont seem too big a deal at all ....and that is great news for the product. Having an extra lid included is a great idea and means that you can take just a few minis with you and leave the rest at home or, depending on your travel storage, split the tower in two.
Due to the size of the tower pottles, I cannot vouch for the efficacy of the contents as long term skin care products but certainly if you are off for a weekend (maybe even a long weekend) they are large enough to do the trick.
The relaxing creme cleanser and renewing facial exfoliator were a little more strongly scented than is my preference but I am sure that most would probably find them just fine. The soothing eye gel was my favourite product of the lot and I found myself using it frequently both at home and on weekends away. Just a small amount on the fingertip is more than enough. My next favourite was the Nourishing hand creme which came in very handy given I have spent considerable time in the garden of late and didnt always have time to do the whole 'tend to the skin' routine before I headed off for the weekend. The Balancing day and night creams were both lightly scented and left my skin feeling soft without being greasy.
Whether in my toilet bag or in my handbag (yes it really is compact enough that you can easily pop it in your handbag incase you 'might not be home tonight' ladies), I had no spillage issues and no hint of lids coming even slightly loose.
Overall I found the Evolu Travel Tower to be an excellent product (and eco-friendly too) that can be refilled and reused as often as you like, I know I will certainly be doing so with mine.
Tips: If you are going to reuse the travel tower I would suggest that you refill with good quality products that can be used sparingly and spread well or you may find yourself running out of skincare product mid-trip.
I was given one of these a few years back and really enjoyed using it. I loved that the packaging was super cute and it really was a travel sized product. I found that the product lasted me for the 3 days that I went away for.
The tower consisted of 6 products: the cream cleanser, facial exfoliater, eye gel, day cream, hand cream and night cream.
My favourite product of the lot was the eye gel. I found that it absorbed in quickly and it had a nice cooling, refreshing feel to it.
I found that the travel tower is a great way to try out the products and decide what full size products that you would like to purchase.
Tips: Don't throw your travel tower away. Refill it again and again with the products that you have in your cupboard and keep handy for when you travel.
I was lucky enough to be sent this product to trial. It came at a great time as I was about to head North for a weekend conference. In the first instance I used the product the night before my trip and found it easy to use. The fragrance is gorgeous and it had covered my complete skincare face regime in the one pack! So, instead of taking my whole makeup kit, all I did was put this Travel Tower in my bag along with mandatory make up and off I went. It is a definite to have available for these trips away and my skin has felt and looked the better for it.
I bought an Evolu Travel Tower years ago - it was on special and I was living in Welly and having to travel to see family and friends all over the place, as well as travel on the odd occasion for work, so I thought 'why not?' and I was glad I did.
The little pots are the perfect size for stashing in your toilet bag and they made keeping up your beauty routine so easy. I wasn't a regular Evolu user as it was outside of my budget, but the products were lovely and didn't cause any breakouts or dryness. Obviously there's not enough in the pots to see long term effects, but as the short term ones were good I'd have been keen to continue using them, and if I could have afforded to, I would have. The best part of this tower though was that you could refill the pots once empty with similar product (cleanser in the cleanser pot etc), so it could be used again and again.
Somewhere during the mists of time I managed to lose my Tower, but if I were to take up travelling on a regular basis again (fast forward 16 years or so when the little one is older, or perhaps fast forward 30 years to when I have Kiwisaver cash and decide to travel with my retirement money, lol) I'll definitely repurchase. Very much recommend for those who take regular trips.
