L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Filler Anti-Ageing Sheet Mask Reviews

I was curious but dubious when I received this product from Beauty Review. While I have started noticing fine lines and wrinkles on my face, they are not yet clear enough to be my major skin concern.

I'm a relative newbie to sheet masks, so I was looking forward to trying it. The product instructions read like other masks I'd seen - put it on, leave for 15 minutes, then remove the mask and rub in the serum.

Other than the fact my children told me, repeatedly, that I looked silly, all went well with the mask application. My skin felt cooled and hydrated by the serum. At the end of the 15 minutes, I removed the mask and massaged in the excess product. It absorbed into my skin without leaving a sticky residue like some products can.

Do I notice a difference in my fine lines? I don't think so, they're minor enough that even something like a 30% improvement would be difficult to spot.

Did my skin feel nourished and hydrated after the mask? Definitely.

All up, this mask is an easy way to give your skin a little nourishing treat.

This was so simple to use - not one of those fiddly masks where you spend ages peeling the fabric from the plastic. It was obvious, and easy to remove the blue backing sheet. It had full coverage on my face and once on, stayed in place. I followed the instructions and rubbed in the access gel when I removed the mask. There was a definite improvement in my skin pre and post application - it felt tighter and smoother. I would definitely use again. I do wish there was a way to warm up the gel before you place it on your face - in the summer it would be refreshing but the winter its cold so I held it between my palms for a bit to warm it up just a little!

I’m a sucker for face masks so I was incredibly excited to give this one a go too. I have just hit 30 years old and am starting to see some wrinkles so this couldn’t have come at a better time! This claims to brighten, plump and make your skin look youthful in just 15 minutes. Also has the added benefits of hyluronic acid. I found this incredibly easy to apply and use. Wasn’t as messy as I thought it would be. I left it on my face for 15 minutes. When I took it off, I rubbed the excess product into my skin like a serum. I used this at night so went straight into my night time routine after. Overall, this did plump up my skin but didn’t do much else for me. I would use to again just to see if it would give me any longer term benefits.

Lets face it, a ready to go mask that makes you look younger is a great idea. This comes in a large, 35g sachet, in typical L'Oreal style, with good explanations and info about the product and results, easy to read instructions, and full ingredient list. It's a fabric sheet that is rich in Hyaluronic Acid. Once opened, you remove the mask, hold on to a blue sheet, put the inner mask on, adjust it to the contours of your face, and leave on for 15 mins. Simple. It's cool to touch due to the high liquid content of the product in the mask. It feels silky, and is pleasant smelling. I imagine this would be really lovely in summer when your face is feeling dry after lots of beach life. After removing, just massage the remaining serum into the face. My face felt smooth and hydrated, a more 'plumped up' feeling. Defintely a nice pick me up for the skin at the end of a long week wearing make up and working in a heated office. I would use again.

I was lucky enough to receive this as a trial. I love a good face mask and was really excited to try a sheet mask for the first time. The packaging was nice but reasonably standard. I found the mask itself difficult to unfold without separating the two layers and a bit messy with slimey serum ending up everywhere but perhaps I'm a little uncoordinated. I did find it simple to apply once I got it opened up. I personally wasnt a huge fan of the whole sheet mask experience, I found it quite restricting in that you couldn't just carry on with other things while wearing it, you really had to just lay back and relax while you had it on and I found it a little uncomfortable in that it kept getting over my mouth and nose. Afterwards I massaged in the excess serum as directed and it absorbed well. My skin definitely felt firmer after application but I didnt notice a great difference in moisture or softness. I think perhaps sheet masks just might not be my thing.

The packaging is nice and simple with good info and instructions on the back. It has little nicks on the side at the top to tear it open. It ripped across easily. The package has plenty of serum in it as well as on the mask itself. I found the mask a little awkward to get out as it was super slimy with the serum. While a little messy, it was fairly easy to open the mask to apply to my face. It took a couple of tried to pull the backing? off as it was really slippery. I found the mask was a bit big for my face but just kind of put it on as best as I could. I left on for 15 mins as per instuctions, before taking off and massaging in the remaining serum. This took a few minutes but most of it massaged in. I did wipe a little off. My skin looked and felt smoother and softer after. It looks fresher/plumper with fine lines almost invisible and deeper lines minimized. Nice for a little time out for yourself. Would purchase again.

I found this a bit tricky to understand on the packet but once I got it out I figured it out easy enough. It fitted pretty easily over the contours of my face, better than other sheet masks have in the past and it wasnt too wet and drippy everywhere, so pretty clean to use. Once I got it into place, I sat back and relaxed for 15mins while it did its magic! It felt cool and soothing on my face. Once the time was up I threw the sheet mask away and rubbed in the left over serum on my face. Once my face dried I followed with my normal moisturiser. Afterwards my skin felt fresh, clean and hydrated. I didnt notice a huge difference in plumpness but I definitely had a glow and a very even skintone. I didnt think too much more about my skin until the next day my daughter asked if I was wearing foundation?...I never do and wasnt. She said my skin looked really good! So I think this mask is wonderful. My skin was smoothed, even toned and really hydrated.

This mask was excellent! I was really impressed with the results. The texture of my skin was significantly improved after using the mask. It looked plump and smooth and the serum soaked into the skin nicely once I took the mask off.

This sheet mask was quite tricky to use, the cream in it was gluggy and messy with the bit you peel off being quite fiddly. I did feel like my skin was a lot plumper, much softer and definitely hydrated after 15 minutes of having the mask on, so the product itself I was happy with and does work. Using the mask wasn’t really ideal and I would rather use a cream or serum, something less hassle. It didn’t have much of a smell and my skin didn’t get irritated or feel dry at all. Overall I wouldn’t buy this product personally due to the mask being messy but I would recommend it if you don’t mind doing the mask as the product itself felt great and I think it works well with hydrating and plumping skin.

For this trial I had both the L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Filler Sheet Mask and the Anti Aging Ampoules so I decided to split up the treatment: serum only for a few days, then use the sheet mask and continue the serum for a few days afterwards to better see any differences between using them independantly Vs. in conjunction with one another. The mask itself was a much nicer texture and feel than others I've tried before. The Japanese Cotton did not rip, and seemed to hold the product on my face far better than others I've used. I did not need to spend time snipping it to get it to fit to my face properly, only stretch it a bit around the eyes to tap it down to firmly adhere to my skin. The sachet had more than enough product to apply to the entire face and then some, even extra enough to save in a jar for use on another day. There was no unpleasant smell or added fragrances to agitate my skin By the time I tried the mask I had used a couple of the serum Ampoules and seen a slight improvement overall but the mask just amplified it all. Not just an improvement in appearance but my skin felt almost immediately softer after use and had me patting my face all evening. The added effect of using the mask has thus far lasted at least three days. If this result holds and I were to use this product frequently I might be able to stretch it out to once a fortnight rather than once a week. I would most definitely use this product again, not just for the serum that gave such a boost to my skin but definitely the cotton mask itself. The quality of it made it so much easier to manoeuvre onto my face without any ripping, was a much more comfortable fit to my face and felt much better against my skin. The product seemed to go into my skin rather than absorb back into the mask
