Rimmel's 35HR Lasting Finish Foundation claims to be sleep proof. SLEEP-PROOF. So what's a reviewer to do? I put my white pillowcases on the line and I put Rimmel to the ultimate test.

This foundation has a really lightweight formula that remains breathable even after hours of wear It doesn't transfer and it doesn't cake or dry out.

This foundation truly lives up to its name, delivering a steadfast finish that doesn't budge, smudge, or compromise comfort.

Rimmel's 35HR Lasting Finish Foundation isn't just a makeup must-have for long days; this is easy to remove with a typical makeup remover and would be a go-to for night's out or shorter periods of time.

I found it easiest to apply with a sponge. I liked how it glided over my moisturised skin and how it created a lovely canvas for concealer, blush and highlighter. It's a really lovely product.

But back to the burning question - did it hold up even through a night's sleep? In short, yes! I put this foundation to the ultimate test by wearing it to bed, and I woke up with surprisingly flawless skin, and crisp, white pillowcases

I love a foundation trial so was super stoked to be chosen for this, thanks BR! I have fair skin so chose the shade 100 Ivory. I have dry skin that can be sensitive, I get redness particularly on my cheeks and I get hormonal breakouts.

This foundation has a lot of claims! Sleep-proof, waterproof, crease-resistant and transfer-resistant just to name a few. I definitely don't go to bed with make up on and don't recommend it so didn't test out the sleep proof lol.

Before applying i prepped my skin well, cleansed, moisturised then primed and i applied using a wet beauty blender. It went on really well and didn't sit on top of my skin. Colour match was spot on! Coverage is more medium on my skin which I liked but I think you could get more coverage not using a wet sponge. It didn't look cakey and made my skin look healthy. It covered a spot I had well and my redness was gone. It feels very light on the skin.

The first day I used it I really put it to the test! It was a stinking hot day and I did yard work so really worked up a sweat. When I went inside to look I was surprised how good it still looked! It hadn't slid around my face or gone patchy at all, I was really impressed.

This wears so well throughout the day, I don't find I have to do any touch ups. It doesn't settle into any lines or accentuate my dry skin. I use micellar water to remove it and it comes off with ease. So does it live up to its claims.....yes!!! As for the 35hr wear I will leave that upto the young ones haha! This is an awesome foundation and I love it, it is going to be fantastic this Summer. Highly recommend!

I don't know why I haven't been a fan of Rimmel but I love this foundation. Never have to touch it up and have already brought this but in a darker shade as the one for this review was a tad lighter but could be good for winter. Goes on well and doesn't smear off when I touch my face. Even the hubby loves it and doesn't go all cakey or look thick like other foundations do

I had stopped using foundations a few years back as they made my face look oily and cakey, and so had switched over to BB creams. But this foundation is a pleasant surprise. It doesn’t feel heavy on my skin, has a nice texture with a very natural finish. The best part is, this foundation is not oily or cakey. Its very light and blends in well giving an even finish to the skin tone. The infusion of Hyaluronic Acid ensures my skin is hydrated all day. And to top it all, it has SPF so protects my face from the sun. End result, my face looks radiant all day long. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

This is really a stunning product. SPF 20, non sticky and really lasts long. It doesn’t come off on my clothes and is very easy to blend.

First impressions, the smell is really nice. A really good thickness and consistency. Gives a nice light coverage that lasts, doesn't rub off. Easy to blend. The pump let's out a good amount so you don't get to much for application. Over all, love it!

As someone who values a flawless finish and durability in their makeup, this foundation proved to be a worthy addition to my beauty routine. When applied on top of moisturized and primed skin, the foundation glided on smoothly, evenly, and non-patchy. The texture was lightweight, and it effortlessly blended into my skin, providing a seamless and natural look and giving me a healthy, radiant glow that lasted throughout the day.

This foundation held up remarkably well in the humidity as well, only fading slightly in areas where I tend to sweat more. It didn't settle into fine lines or wear off unevenly, providing consistent coverage that stayed intact for hours.

This is my first time using a long lasting waterproof foundation. I usually wear a BB cream which is very light so I wasn't quite sure what to expect from the Rimmel London Lasting Finish 35 Hour Foundation.

The pump bottle is easy to use and means less mess. It feels very thick when I first put it on my skin but it doesn't look like a thick layered foundation. After about 5 minutes, it settles into my skin and I don't feel it at all.

I'm so impressed at how many benefits it managed to include for a foundation. My favourites benefits are that it is Infused with hyaluronic acid, vitamin E and 2% niacinamide. Having SPF20 is awesome as my moisturiser also has SPF30 so I feel that both combined create a fantastic sun barrier for my skin.

I'm also surprised that it feels quite natural on my skin, once it has settled in, yet is extremely durable - sleep-proof, waterproof, crease-resistant and transfer-resistant. It really is a fantastic foundation and I haven't had the opportunity to try it while I'm swimming yet but that will be happening this week.

I would definitely recommend the Rimmel London Lasting Finish 35 Hour Foundation as it looks great, feels good, lasts ages, protects and nourishes your skin all at the same time.

Product looks great, very appealing. Not a fan of the smell, it's quite potent but once it is on skin smell disappears. Coverage is great, it is definitely crease-proof, transfer-proof and water-proof. Didn't come off onto my sheets but does come off using a make-up remover cloth.

I still had coverage the next morning, although not full coverage like I had just put it on. It does look natural as long as you choose the right colour. I would definitely buy again.
