Got this for my daughter when she was 8 as her first perfume when we were going through duty free. I found myself sometimes giving myself a spray as it wasn't too sickly sweet and quite refreshing. I wouldn't buy it for myself and we both aren't too keen on the other Britney perfumes. She still has the empty bottle sitting on her dresser with a few of my pretty empty bottles.

Curious by Britney Spears Review
Britney Spears' Curious is a lively, bright and effervescent fruity floral, aimed at twentysomethings with attitude. The Curious woman is romantic, independent and mischievous, one who's not afraid of risk. This is Britney Spears' first fragrance in partnership with Coty Inc., launched in 2004. It became an instant hit with the public.
The composition is based on the notes of white flowers surrounded with vanilla and musk nuances. It opens with fresh lotus, mouthwatering pear and magnolia. The intensive floral heart is composed of tuberose, jasmine and pink cyclamen. The sensual base is composed of musk, vanilla and precious woods.

Ahh I am a Britney fragrance fanatic...and lets face it ...with make up sales and farmers discounts this fragrance is so so affordable! We can all smell like Britters for less :)
So how does Curious measure up?To me this is one of her more mellow fragrances. Upon the first spray it feels very clean, delicate and fresh.
The kind of woman I associate with the smell is a classy, sophisticated kind of woman. It is way more subtle as it lacks the whole candy floss sweetness like her other fragrances.
The bottle is so beautiful a bright baby blue, hinting at the aquatic scent that lays in the bottle. It always reminds me of mermaids when I look at the bottle on my dresser!
A very affordable classy fragrance.
This frangrance is very fresh and fruity I always got lots of comments when I used to wear it. Good value for money and comes in a lovely bottle. It wouldn't be my first choice if I were purchasing a perfume but would still wear it. I think it's best suited to younger girls.
Tips: A little goes a long way - too much and it can be sickly.
This is my daily go-to perfume as it is such a basic and feminine scent. I love that the base notes of this fragrance include vanilla as thats the ingredient for a perfect scent. I brought the 100ml bottle for almost $30 on special about 3 years ago and have used it pretty much everyday of the time I have had it and there is about a third/quarter left. The scent lasts quite a long time for a 'cheaper' perfume, it lasts around 8 hours (I apply at 7am and it still smells around 3pm) but the strongest point of the base notes is around the 4-5 hour mark and from then on it starts to wear off. I love the shape of the bottle, it is an unusual shape which means that it is kind of awkward to hold when you buy it, but you soon find the easiest way.
I've been using this perfume for about 5 years now and it's one of my staple everyday wear perfumes.
I first fell in love with the bottle and packaging, which is right up my alley - beautiful, dainty, jewel encrust and the most beautiful blue bottle. Before sniffing it I was already inlove with only the look of this bottle. I own the 100ml and 30ml bottle as I purchased them as duo set. Both bottles suit my needs as my 30ml jumps in suitcase when I travel for work and the 100ml stands strong on my dressing table.
This perfume is fresh, subtle floral hints and not overpowering at all. I wear this all year round as it so versatile and when I change my perfume for day wear people (especially my colleagues) do notice because I smell different all of a sudden.
Its one of those perfumes that make me smile and want to take another sniff when I smell it on somebody else. Really, anybody could wear this perfume and smell amazing.
Its not very long lasting but will get me through a work day, and if I'm going out at night I'll either respray or change my perfume.
I believe every woman should have a scent that people identify with you (e.g everybody knows my mom as the Madame Rochas lady) and while I still sort of young, I choose Curious. This is not a pricey perfume so anybody could really afford it and is definitely worth every dollar you spend on this perfume.
Tips: Buy the body lotion to enhance the smell of perfume and to prolong the staying power of the perfume.
I didnt really like the smell of this one, not as fruity as Fantasy, and wasnt as appealing. I was given this as a Xmas present, hardly used it, bottle looks pretty on my draw though, great gift idea if your after something quick.
Tips: Try before you buy
I used to use this perfume when I was younger (tween-ish age). This is a great perfume for young people; its fresh, young and not too overpowering. However, it does not last very long (you would need to reapply during the day) and it is not one I use these days (you grow out of it quickly).
I have owned this EDP in both the 50ml and 100ml bottle - I made it to the end of both. It used to be the only scent I owned but since then I have grown out of it, I bought it myself but would have happily received it as a gift in my early teens as it is a fresh, young scent! It didn't last all day but I do like the packaging as it is very young and fun. A good price for those looking to buy their first perfume!
Overall, probably a good perfume for young people, but not one I still use today or not one I would buy again.
Tips: Good for younger people as it is a very light, fresh and young scent!
I don't know but this didn't live up to what I thought it would be like. After loving Fantasy so much I thought this would be just as nice.
I really don't like the top notes, but the middle and bottom are much more vanilla-ry and much more me, since I don't like the top notes I hardly wear it.
It's not too pricy and comes in a cute bottle so I'll keep it and hopefully grow to like the top notes a little more.
When i was young, this was the perfume my sister had, so of course i sneakily used it all the time! Isn't that what all little sisters do? It got to the point when i used this perfume more than she did.. whoops! It looks amazing, and i was always curious about it.. especially because it was featured in Britney's music videos and things.
This perfume comes in a pretty awesome box (or i box i thought was pretty awesome when i was in my young teens). The box is black, and it has cut out circles all over it. In the cut out gaps are metallic blue and pink colours. Really bright and fun so i did like that.
The perfume itself comes in a turquoise blue glass jar, which is shaped a like a giant gem. It has a circle dome lid that covers the perfume dispense. Overall, quite a gimmicky design, but it would be nice for younger target markets liike girls in their teens.
The perfume smell is actually one i never enjoyed. I just used to spray it because it was there.. and because it wasnt mine! The perfume is quite musky, but playful at the same time. I do find this fragrance floral (and i love floral fragrances), and the sweet hint of pear.. but the notes my senses pick up is the musky ones, which i am not a big fan of.
Overall, I'm lucky i was able to use this perfume from my sister, but it is not something i would purchase for myself.
I never liked this when it first came out but have been given 3 bottles of it and actually quite like it now. The bottles quite cool to have and a dresser and like Britney Spears range of fruity, floral, sweet & strong perfumes. It seems to last the day well and i often pick up clothes that still smell of my perfume which means in my book well worth the money you pay for it.
