Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Review

My partner got this this as a surprise present through duty free. I had never even heard of it before but am now totally addicted to this scent. For someone who is not big on overpowering scents flowerbomb is perfect for both night and day. I love how many comments I get when I have this on and how long the scent lasts for. You don't have to use a lot to obtain a good strength of smell meaning that it does last a lot longer than an eu de toilette. This is now my go to scent and one I will continue to buy.

I LOVE THIS PERFUME! Wow, it smells so good and the scent lasts so long on me! It's such a good fragrance, it's one that would suit so many people, young or older. For me it lasted so long because I didn't have to spray it heaps of times through out the day. The packaging is so nice aswell. This is definitely a perfume that I would recommend to anyone and I will definitely re-purchase it myself <3

I have been wanting this perfume forever but could never justify spending $230.00 on a perfume, even if it was the most amazing scent. I may have dropped a few hints to my fiancé before Christmas, and guess what was waiting under the tree for me this year.

I absolutely love it, it's not one of those scents that once you take it home you find you no longer like. It's floral and flirty yet sophisticated, and the bottle is simply gorgeous.

I love this perfume, it is my special occasion scent, or just when I feel like feeling special. Whenever I wear it, I get lots of comments and the brand is usually recognised by other women. This is a fabulous scent as it lasts all day long, and you don't need a lot on to get its full effect.

Hey girls, i´ve been working in a perfume shop so i really know a lots of parfums but definitely one of the best was this one, Flowerbomb it´s the right perfum for the girls who loves sweet smells. We all want a perfum that last for the all day and somethimes it´s really hard to find, so this one it´s a very good option, the smell stays with you all the day.

This is my favourite perfume currently. I wear the EDP everyday as I LOVE the scent. That said, I can't smell it on myself much after I have sprayed it (I'm told this is a sign of a quality perfume), but I am often complimented by others on my beautiful fragrance. I can however smell it on clothing I have worn (mostly scarves where it might have rubbed off) and also on my seatbelt, from driving to work in the morning - when I get in the car in the afternoon after a hot day, it smells divine. If you don't like a floral fragrance then this is probably not for you, but if you do like a floral scent I would definitely recommend trying it out!

Ladies - forgive me for writing this review... I know many women love this and I am a little afraid to voice my opinion... (I am kidding ;P).

As part of a Nordstrom order I did, I got a sample bottle of this. I was super excited because I had been wanting to try it out ever since I had heard friends talk about how amazing it is. Not being able to afford a full bottle, I greedily took advantage of the sample Nordstrom were offering.

I can't talk about the packaging because the bottle I got was one of those small spritz bottles. However, in store the bottle for this looks beautiful!

On me, the scent starts off as a sweet floral smell (which isn't something I like). In fact, for the first hour or so of wearing this I really, really don't like it. When the perfume develops, however, the patchoulli notes come out and this turns into a subtle musky scent which is something I really like.

Even though I am not really a fan of overpowering scents, this is much too subtle for my liking. It could be the way that it interacts with my chemistry, but unless I smell exactly where I sprayed this, I can't smell it at all. This might be something you enjoy but I personally like to be able to get a hint of the perfume I am wearing throughout the day.

Even if this were less expensive, I wouldn't buy it because it is too floral and too subtle for my taste. I prefer something more spicy and sexy that has a little more punch.

Beautiful fragrance, I own the 100ml EDP version, I have previously purchased the 100ml before and been gifted the 50ml.

I find it quite a 'heavy' fragrance due to how long intense it is and how long it lasts, I only need to apply in the morning and it is good for the whole day. I have also found that my scarves and the lapels on my winter coats also smell heavily like the perfume now too.

Flowerbomb as you may be able to guess is a floral scented perfume, as BR note in the product description the 'notes' of the perfume, I can only pick out myself from it the rose, bergamot and patchouli,

I've wanted this perfume since it was first available in stores but couldn't justify the price. Luckily, I met the love of my life and he bought it for me.

The box is aesthetically appealing- a pretty pastel pink with black ribbon printed on it and the Viktor & Rolf wax seal. Upon opening the box you find a code to be a part of the V&R secret services. (Unfortunately this hasn't reached New Zealand yet but, it was still a nice little surprise). The bottle has a silver top with a black V&R wax seal just to the side of it, like the pin of a hand grenade. the bottle itself is glass and shaped like a hand grenade with "Flowerbomb Viktor & Rolf" printed on a rose tinted rectangle panel on the front of the bottle. The perfume is translucent and has a light pink shade.

Flowerbomb smells even more gorgeous on than it does in the bottle. Flowerbomb is very floral and a little bit sweet. It is an intense scent that wears fairly well over about 6 hours and then becomes subtle.

I think this would make an excellent evening fragrance any time of the year, especially on special occasions. :)

Flowerbomb is my most favourite perfume. Its an incredibly girly scent. I wear it out on special occasions as I want it to last forever, but nearly 4 years isn't too bad so far!

You don't need much and it isn't overpowering, but the best part is that it last for ages.

It's my husbands favourite smell!
