Dolce & Gabbana “the one Desire”

Certainly my favourite perfume that I have tried in a long time. I have had so many compliments from wearing it. With a hint of sweet vanilla this perfume is perfect in any situation. Not to strong or over powering.

This fragrance has been my top fragrance over 2013. Very Feminine, warm, sophisticated. I think it would be fantastic for winter time. Sweet slighty musky.. just generally beautiful. I find when I get home after work I can still smell it.

Love this perfume ! Dolce & Gabbana always have such amazing perfumes. This one has to be my favourite. It smells so classy and powerful. I use it nearly everyday and it seems to last as well. It isn't too overpowering which I like. I love ' The one' but i have to say, i LOOOOOOVE this one even more !!

WOW! Need I say more? Absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully feminine fragrance with top notes of lilly of the valley, burgamot and citrus. Base notes of vanilla, musk, caramel and sandalwood. This is the most lovely fragrance i have smelt in a very long time. It made me feel pretty, girly, sexy, all at the same time. I felt confident wearing it and had numerous comments on it. LOVE <3

Wow wow wow, words cannot describe how much I love this perfume. What a great scent by Dolce and Gabbana! I was already sold on this perfume just by the brand (because I love all perfumes that Dolce and Gabbana makes), and the fact that the bottle is gorgeous. I have a tendency that even if I love the smell of a perfume, if the bottle is not "good looking" I will not buy it, as I love displaying perfume bottle on my bathroom vanity.

First of all I love the black bottle, with the fancy writing, and the gorgeous lid which is like a black jewel on top.

This perfume smells a-m-a-z-i-n-g and will definitely attract the men! Its such a sexy and classy smelling scent, and they will come running to you in desire!!! My partner smelt it and loves it :)

Its a lot different to any other perfumes I have had, so I love it. Its quite a strong sophisticated scent which I love, and it lasted all day. Its def a scent that would be wearable both day and night. I would describe the scent as fruity, floral and caramel all mixed together! Yum Yum!

Where do I start on this? When I opened the packaging it smelled very sweet and fruity, so divine, almost too good to waste. The initial spray revealed a stronger alcohol level but not as bad as I have had before. I did a bit of research into the notes of the perfume which are; Top- Fresh top notes of mandarin, lychee and bergamot play softly against the sweet innocence of lily of the valley. Heart -At the core of an intense heart is a trio of ultra feminine florals. The elegance of Madonna lily and the heady opulence of Indian tuberose are blended with velvety jasmine and addictively sweet plum nectar. Base- adding an indulgent richness to the base is a gourmand note of vanilla infused caramel, melded with warming sandalwood and a touch of mysterious musk and Cistus Labdanum. The caramel defiantly came out in this fragrance and it is one of the best bits of the fragrance. I applied at 7am and at 1.30pm was still very strong. By 3.30pm the fragrance had died down a bit but was still there. Desire is a long-lasting fragrance when compared to what I normally wear (Curious and Fantasy by Britney Spears) and has a much more mature feel about it, although I could still pull it off. The packaging of Desire is cute, being black with a gold cap and writing on the bottle. The bottle is a lot bigger than the actual bladder in the middle holding the perfume, which isn't unusual but certainly makes it appear as though you have more than you actually do. I saw some people on the net complain that the black bottle is a problem as you can't see how much of the fragrance you have left, but I didn't have any problems with it as you can hold it up to the light and the light sort of shines through. So overall this is a fabulous perfume if you are looking for a new scent, and although it is quite pricey, it is definitely worth it.
