Armani Si Review

While shopping one day I had no intention of buying a perfume but I love Armani diamonds and asked if I could have a sniff of Si and as they say the rest is history.. I brought the 30ml bottle for around $110

The bottle is pretty simple it's rectangular shape with Si printed in black writing, the black lid almost reminds me of a little flame.

On first spray I can't really get 1 note that I'm familiar with just a tart sweetness, but after a minute I start to get hints of rose and patchouli with a hint of vanilla. After about half an hour I can still smell the rose, vanilla and patchouli but I can now smell woody notes in the mix. This perfume lasts all day and even scents clothes after they have been washed.

This perfume is quite sweet and warming it's not really that different to flower bomb and La Vie Est Belle. Maybe a wee bit creamier but I can smell the similarities, there is nothing really wowing or mystical, it doesn't make me want to wear it 24/7. I had been enjoying it when I first purchased it but now after 1/3 of a bottle I'm kind of over it. It is nice and I am probably just being really fussy. I think it would suit both young and mature ladies

I recently purchased this during a trip to Christchurch where I went a little overboard with shopping and I love it!

I purchased the 100ml bottle in the Christmas Gift set - which was around $195 at Farmers - the same price as the 100ml by itself and came with body lotion and shower gel.

The scent to me is quite a light floral and sweet, but not over powering with sherbert-y sweetness like I find Prada Candy and sometimes the Marc Jacobs range.

One thing that I really love about this perfume is the bottle, its nice and heavy and feels like it was worth the price, the vaporiser nozzle also functions really well and the perfume comes out in a nice large cloud of fine mist.

I picked this up as a spring/summer perfume and so far it is going beautifully! I have even used the body lotion and perfume in combination and found that it helps deepen the scent and makes it last all day.

I wasn't in love with this scent at first. I found it a bit too punch when my friend was wearing it. However, the scent really mellows out after a few hours; what was a heavy winter coat is transformed into a floaty summer dress.

It is warm, feminine and sweet. It lingers on your skin all day, although it will change.

I bought this as a gift and then caught up with the person I bought it for and realised that she actually smelled AMAZING. it's a really sophisticated smell and always has people asking you what your wearing! Plus it lasts for ages, everything of mine smells like this <3

Let me start with SO EXPENSIVE!

love the simple packaging, absolutely in love with the fragrance. The blend of scents is so well put together that it is my new number one! Silage is good, not overwhelming, although I think that's more to do with my skin chemistry as I notice my skin tends to absorb the stronger scents more than my friends do. I find when my friend wears it, it smells quite different. It's long lasting and a quality perfume.

I got a gift set for Christmas which had the shower gel, body lotion and perfume and was pleasantly surprised by all three. The smell from the gel and lotion lingers on the skin all day. I found the perfume to be quite intense to start with but after 5 minutes and once it had settled, it smelt gorgeous and expensive! I love wearing this for special occasions!

I am in love with this fragrance, it is strong but not overpowering , and defiantly lasts the day in strength ! Smells sort of like a sweet vanilla rose with other hints and I love how different it is ! The price tag isn't the best though !!

I had yet to find my ultimate favorite perfume, until I stumbled across this in a Sephora in the states before it had been released in NZ.

Now I'm no perfume connoisseur so I can't tell you about the 'undertones' etc, however, in my personal preference this perfume was the combination of all the right smells. It had a hint of floral yet wasn't too over powering or sweet and if it's possible for a perfume to smell sophisticated and classy... this one does.

It's a beautiful scent, in a stunning bottle... although it's definitely on the higher end of the price spectrum, it's well worth it in my opinion.
