I must say I was quite surprised when I first tried this perfume, as musk is one of the base notes and I'm not a huge musk fan. But the musk scent is very faint and it is actually more of a woody/floral scent. My two favourite types are woody/floral and fruity/floral.
The staying power of this perfume is impressive too, it literally stays on all day and even all night if you don't shower at night. I love that it's longlasting without overpowering the senses, it doesn't knock people off their feet like "overpowering old lady perfumes" when you waft past.
The bottle is really nice too, quite compact for a 100ml,and it's a gorgeous pink colour with little sparkles like stars all over it. The perfume doesn't squirt a massive stream onto you when you give it a pump either.
When this product first came out 10 years ago (wow has it been that long??) my cousin and I were hired to promote it, we were about 13/14 years old and both loved it from the moment we smelt it! I can't believe that 10 years later, this is still a perfume I buy and use!
It has a delicious sweet smell to it - a lot of people may think that it is sickly sweet but I love it! Looking back, I was sure this would be a perfume that I would grow out of and although I do admit, I don't wear it as often as I used to, I still really love the smell!
My partner LOVES it when I wear this perfume, he loves the sweet, crisp smell on me and compliments me every time!
