Giorgio Beverly Hills Review

I love love love Giorgio! Funnily enough I bought a bottle today as I'd had trouble getting some until I found some in a perfume shop in Christchurch, then found some in the local in Farmers, So I now have two bottles. Yay!

The first time I smelt it someone else was wearing it, and it made me think of summer and fun and lightheartedness and joy, and when I spray it on myself these days I get the same feelings.

It is light and sweet, musky and sexy and very feminine - all of my favourite effects in a perfume. And it comes in yellow packaging - I love yellow!

I recently asked another woman what she was wearing, as it was so nice, and you guessed it - Giorgio, but it smelt a bit different on her.

The 90ml bottle I bought today was $60 but the bottle I bought in Christchurch was 30ml and $25. Very good for a beautiful perfume that doesn't wear off for hours.

As described in the blurb, it is timeless and classic and I will wear it until I can't buy it anymore. I hope that's a long time away, or never :)

As a lover of all things 80's, I knew I had to pick Giorgio Beverley Hills up. Managed to get this for an absolute bargain. This fragrance is something different, yet smells so familiar. It's loud and bold, yet also warm and luxurious. Its a powerhouse of perfume and only one spray is needed - has excellent sillage and longevity. I get a mix of white floral, vanilla, caramel, soft powder and a bit of a woody base.

Giorgio's really tempted me to seek out retro fragrances and be bold in my perfume selections. Will be a mainstay in my collection now as I love it. Giorgio screams power and confidence - its is a rush, whirlwind and an icon.

One of the beauty tricks I learnt off my mother was the value of a good perfume with a low price tag. The go to? Giorgio Beverly Hills.

Since then, I have tried all the similarly priced Taylor Swift and Katy Perry type perfumes and have to concede, Giorgio Beverly Hills outclasses them all for quality.

In scent, there's something light but also a hint of muskiness. It's feminine, with a hint of sexiness. It's timeless without smelling completely dated. But more than anything, a little goes a long way and it knows how to stay around. But unlike the unwanted stench that usually has the skill of stick-ability, you'll be happy to have everyone sniffing after you when you're wearing Giorgio Beverly Hills.

This is an absolute classic fragrance. Born in the 80's it has stood the test of time. This scent comes in a 90ml and 30ml bottle, a size for everyone. It is quite a floral scent, and quite a strong scent as well. It is sweet and a bit fresh so it seems to suit a lot of ladies. I feel it is suited for day or evening wear, but because it is such a strong fragrance I would use it sparingly. You will be amazed at the staying power of this fragrance. It is not one of my favorites, but I know people that will only wear this.
