I love this perfume truly . I wore this in the 90s as a teen and young Mum. The smell is just pretty, I can sniff this a mile away. It used to be called Champagne but has obviously had a name change. I still prefer the old bottle but the perfume itself is just classic . The fruity notes are what hits you first .. lots of compliments from both genders with this one.

Yves Saint Laurent Yvresse Reviews
This toast to the joy of life is personified by a smiling, joyful, warm and playful woman. It expresses itself through the bottle - emulating the champagne cork, with its transparent coat engraved with twisted champagne hoops. Dare elle shocking, this vibrant, luminous Eau de Toilette is a blend of fresh, floral and musky-woody notes.

I was gifted this perfume and initially loved the scent. It was a mature, bubbly perfume that lingers around. So you don't have to apply it too often. I used it a lot so am not sure if I got sick of the scent or if it just isn't the smell I admire anymore. I wouldn't purchase it again for myself, however, I think a specific audience would really enjoy this fragrance.
Ever since my mum was gifted a bottle of Champagne for her 40th birthday, I have loved this sent and associated it with luxury (and still have the original bottle she was given). I knew that the name had changed to Yvresse some time ago, but I couldn't find it anywhere - it's always the first perfume I look for in a perfume counter. Needless to say, when I discovered it's back, I 'snapped up' a bottle.
The smell is just as wonderful as I remember.
Tips: Be warned, this isn't for the faint hearted. It's a strong sent that pops - much like a champagne cork!
I fell in love with this smell on another lady - so much so I asked her for the name. I went out and bought it. However, on me it didn't smell as nice. It is still a beautiful fragrance but I'm thinking more for an older woman (50+). I ended up giving it to my mum - who loves it! It is light and floral (with what I think is slightly fruity although this is not how it is described)
I have a long history with this scent, from when I first smelled it on a client to every moment thereafter until my husband to be (now husband) purchased it for me as a wedding day gift I was infatuated with its fresh and uplifting yet sensual scent.
The round wire wrapped like a champagne cork obelisk bottle has been replaced more recently with an elegant yet short glass square with creamy champagne tones square top.. very understated yet sophisticated style.
The scent... It's like bubbly champagne tickling your nose at first with the fruity florals and then heavy amberesque patchouli notes leave you feeling elegant and sexy.
I was distraught when I thought it had been discontinued but alas I now have a new bottle sitting perched upon my french dressing table also gifted but this time as a wonderful wedding anniversary present.
It's a strong heady scent that lingers all day without loosing its effervescent charm. Spray lightly and enjoy the compliments you'll be receiving.
