I have tried many purple shampoo products but nothing beats this. As a naturally mousey brown hair colour I dye my hair blonde often to avoid re growth and occasionally my hair will go very yellow or golden and this purple shampoo gets rid of that completely and gives a nice ashy colour to the hair, if used to often hair does turn purple but even that still looks nice.

Fudge Clean Blonde Violet Toning Shampoo Review
Say bye bye to brassy blonde with FUDGE Clean Blonde Violet Shampoo.
Cleanse your blonde hair of unwanted yellow and brassy tones with this slightly toning violet shampoo. It neutralises unwanted tones and leaves hair with a beautiful glossy shine.
How to use
Massage into wet hair evenly then leave to do its magic for 30 seconds to 3 minutes depending on the condition and depth of colour of your hair. Then voila! Back to a cleaner, fresher looking blonde.

Tips: Use with the pruple conditioner for extra effect.
I'm a poor student with naturally dirty blonde hair, but this is wow amazing! I can only afford to get my hair done every 4-6 months, and this shampoo keeps my hair looking fresh and natural for as long as possible! It also helps give my regrowth a natural look, so it doesn't look too trashy when I can't afford to get it touched up! I highly recommend this shampoo! It far surpasses any other toning shampoo I have used!
Love this shampoo for taking out the brassy tones in my hair.
Be careful how long you leave it on for other wise it will stain it a purple tone, however if you want a temporary purple hue this works quite well at that.
Overall this is an amazing product that really does what it claims
Tips: Follow up with a rich conditioner or treatment as it can be quite drying in my experience.
I am no longer blonde, but when i was this was the only toning shampoo that showed results almost instantly. i reccomend this product to everyone wanting to tone their hair. Be careful not to leave it in too long though, because you will have a bright purple scalp
This stuff doesn't muck around - it has more toning effects than anything else I've ever tried, meaning you can use less and less often.
A couple of bonuses with this product - it is cheaper than a lot of other salon brands plus Fudge doesn't test on animals. Yay!
One downside - if your skin reacts to toner at the hairdresser, you may find you also react to this product. Try to keep it off your neck while you wash your hair.
Tips: Go easy if you don't want your newly dyed hair to end up purple-grey, but if you like that look (as I do), try to leave it in for 15 minutes before washing out to recreate the look you got at the hairdresser.
I've tried three purple toning shampoos, this product, Joico's, and John Frieda's. This is by the far the best of the three. It does exactly what it says it should, and helps bring out beautiful natural blonde tones in my not so natural bleached blonde hair. I put this shampoo down as the reason I get compliments on my hair colour looking so natural - it kind of highlights it and removes those fake brassy and yellow tones.
Tips: Make sure you rinse this out REALLY well. If you find that it stains your hair, especially light blondes, try mixing it in with your regular shampoo or conditioner to help decrease the strength a little.
I have used so many purple toning shampoos I have been blonde for years but none of them have done the job as well as fudge does. The bottle lasts me almost a year! Tones really well I use it pretty much every time I wash my hair as I like the silver blonde colour. Highly recommend this to anyone with brassy highlights
Tips: Don't leave on for too long it's really strong and catches to your lightest bits easily
I love this product, it keeps my blonde hair looking fresh and healthy. It removes that brassy yuck look instantly. I use mine once a week. It has a pleasant fragrance and leaves my hair soft and manageable. A little goes a long way, you don't have to use very much at all, I have long hair and it is very good value for money, lasts for ages. Every now and then to be a little different, I leave it in longer than suggested just to get that purple streaky effect. It washes out after a couple of normal washes. I highly recommend this to everyone
Tips: Be mindful of how long you keep it on if you don't want a purple effect left behind, make sure to have a timer near by
I love this Shampoo. I use it once a week in my blond ombre hair and it makes it look awesome. before i started using it my ombre had gone a copper colour, after using it for as few washes it was nearly back to the colour i had. I have used a few different types fo purble shampoo but come back to this one everytime
Tips: I only leave it in for 2-3 mins followed by a conditioning treatment as the shampoo drys out my hair a little.
omg where do I start? The fact that it saves me from the fresh bleach look is a good place to start. as soon as I touch up my roots with bleach I chuck this through my hair (mostly on the freshly bleached bits) and let it sit for a good 5-10mins then condition with the matching conditioner. the scent is also quite nice. its quite an intense dark purple too so it definitely works!
Tips: if you have dry hair be careful how long you leave it on for as it may grab to your hair. this can be fixed with a few applications of normal non purple shampoo
