It’s good value for money, size wise, it definitely works with making blondes less brassy, I’m unsure if it’s just my super bleached hair but I found that it dried my hair out so bad, my hair feels even more dry after using this! The only reason I’m not a fan!

Fudge Clean Blonde Violet Toning Shampoo Review
Say bye bye to brassy blonde with FUDGE Clean Blonde Violet Shampoo.
Cleanse your blonde hair of unwanted yellow and brassy tones with this slightly toning violet shampoo. It neutralises unwanted tones and leaves hair with a beautiful glossy shine.
How to use
Massage into wet hair evenly then leave to do its magic for 30 seconds to 3 minutes depending on the condition and depth of colour of your hair. Then voila! Back to a cleaner, fresher looking blonde.

This product is okay. I bought it because I have blonde hair and thought it would help my hair to have a nicer colour. It didn't really do anything for me and I kinda just used it as a normal shampoo. Won't be buying again but might be good for others!
After coloring my hair blonde from brown I found it to be a liitle brassy so used this product to help remove the gold tones. I found it stained my hands with a slight grey/ purple colour for a few hours after. It did help to remove some brassy tones but left my hair feeling extremely dry and tangled, not with a glossy shine.
Tips: Do not use on platinum blonde for longer that 30sec it will leave your hair grey. I found using gloves eliminated stains on my hands
I purchased thos recently after getting my hair blonde again and now in need of regular toning.. I used this along with the conditioner bother smelt great and worked a little bit but was never an outstanding result..my was still quite brassy though so it just wasnt enough to cover those tones with lighter blonde olive heard its ideal ..
I bought this product as a replacement purple shampoo to try something different when my usual one ran out.
It was quite well priced and the tube goes a long way (even on my booty length hair). I didn't mind the smell too much but it definitely wasn't my favourite.
I found that it dried my hair out really badly and I had to use extra treatments and serums on my hair to keep it feeling healthy. I also noticed when brushing my hair after using the shampoo that it was very tangled and I was shedding more than usual. The shampoo was also quite a 'bluey' colour rather than purple.
I found that it didn't tone my hair as well as I thought it would. Some parts stayed quite brassy while others were so cool they were almost purple silver - even after combing through (with painful knots) and making sure it was applied evenly..
I would buy it again only if I couldn't get my hands on the usual purple shampoo I buy
Tips: Make sure you use a deep conditioning and hydrating conditioner or mask after using this shampoo.
Having been blonde for a long time i'm always on the hunt for a good purple shampoo. Having heard a lot of hype about this one I thought I would give it a go. For starters the bottle is horrible, leaks everywhere, even when the lid is closed, i've lost so much product because it comes out when the bottle isn't even being squeezed. Yes it tones down yellow hair but I don't find it anything that great. Not one of my favourites.
I used this until it was finished but wouldn't purchase again. The packaging isn't very good... It leaks and the shampoo is runny and goes everywhere. And I found the tone too intense for my blonde hair. It does take out the yellow tones but I like a more mild purple shampoo, not one that turns your hair purple!! It even turned my nails a purple tinge!I found I was diluting it with normal shampoo just so it wouldn't be too intense on my hair. But this may have been just my hair perhaps it is the perfect strength for other blondes. The smell is not particularly great either. For the same price I prefer Joico purple shampoo = not as strong not as messy and smells divine :)
I used the Fudge purple shampoo as per instructions and found it too strong for my fine coloured hair. It made it very dry, although created a beautifully toned result. I also noticed that it didn’t take long to change my blonde hair to purple with its use.
Tips: If using on fine hair- leave it in for less time and make sure you rinse it well after. To reduce the strength you can mix it with a normal shampoo for coloured hair.
I recently tried this fudge shampoo recommended from my hairdresser, it does the job and it definitely brightened my hair and eliminated some brassy tones. But I found it made my hair very tangled after washing it out in the shower and when I would brush it out after the shower a lot of hair would come out in my detangler brush. I also learnt to use it twice a week as it did give me a grey/purple tone on the ashy blonde parts of my hair.
Fudge products are known to be very effective and intense I was recommend this by a hairdresser when i first ever went blonde, it's pigment is a beautiful violet/purple, the smell isn't horrible and the consistency is thick. the only thing i would say i dont like about this product is that it left my hair extremely dry and feeling horrible, It did however take the yellow tones from the hair, definitely need to use an intense conditioner afterwards. Its not up there as one of my favorite shampoos.
Tips: Definitely use with a intense conditioning treatment, and wash down the shower walls after use, as it stains!
