This shampoo is great if you need to really tone down yellow from the hair. It is one of the strongest ones I have came across. I would reccomend this more to someone who is in the process of going lighter as that is when the hair is in need of a stronger toning shampoo. With it being so strong the violet can grab, if it is the first time using this shampoo don't leave it on too long or keep an eye on it in the mirror.

Tips: If you just want a subtle toning result, mix this in with your regular shampoo to dilute the violet
This is my go to violet shampoo. The main reason being because is smells so good I've thought about eating it. Vanilla is my favorite scent of all time yum yum yum. In terms of toning, it does a great job. It's taken me a couple of times to notice the difference. ONE tip I must stress though is DO NOT leave it in for too long on white blonde, dyed hair. It will go purple. I did this to a pair of human hair extensions once and it was not fun trying to get it out haha ! Other than that it's a great product.
I was at my friends for the holidays and she was bleaching my hair. I had dark brown hair so it went really orange, i used the fudge purple shampoo about 3 times while i was there and it was amazing. It toned all the brassy yellow/orange tones in my hair and left me with the perfect blonde that i wanted. It can tend to be really messy so be careful when using it, i also noticed it made my hair so knotty and we had to use heaps of conditioner afterwards but the pay off was well worth it. However when i went home my hairdressers were out of it and i noticed my hair slowly started fading into that brassy orange tone again, so you'll need to use regularly to keep it the colour you want. I'm not blonde anymore but if i ever go back i will defiantly make sure i purchase this first!
Tips: If you leave it in for too long you'll be left with purple streaks
This is my go to shampoo! It always leaves my hair soft and shiny. My blonde is always golden and this leaves it nice and white. Also it smells so good.
Tips: For a better result leave in for a few minutes before washing out.
Probably the best purple shampoo on the market. It's a super dark violet colour and does the job. Gets rid of the unwanted brassy tones. Only downside really is that it can leave your hair really dry so use a deep conditioning treatment once a week. Good size bottle, lasts a while and isn't too expensive. You can find it online fairly cheap :)
Tips: Be careful with this product as it can leave your hair stained purple for a while (especially if you have platinum blonde hair). You can mix this with your regular shampoo if it's a bit too strong.
I love this shampoo and aa I die my hair blonde I use this and it really works and dose what it says it will do. Also 1 bottl lasts ages I only am just running out of a bottle in March (that's 3 months) this is because you only need a 20c size circle on your hand to do your whole head. I will definately go get it agai it's worth the extra $$$
This product was the most reliable out of the various products i used to get the orange pigments out of my hair when going blonde. It's quite strong so you only need to leave it in your hair for a short amount of time and you should be fine. It smells great and leaves your hair feeling good :)
Tips: Wash hands afterwards as there is a purple stain to your hands if left on your hands for too long. Or use gloves.
Love this shampoo for taking out the brassy tones in my hair.
Be careful how long you leave it on for other wise it will stain it a purple tone, however if you want a temporary purple hue this works quite well at that.
Overall this is an amazing product that really does what it claims
Tips: Follow up with a rich conditioner or treatment as it can be quite drying in my experience.
I was recommended this purple shampoo by my hairdresser, she told me its the best one out there and I definitely aggree! Just a tiny amount and your hair is a perfect blonde! My hair dresser told me that this even makes underneath the tips of your fingernails super white. It smells great and really does the trick, easy to lather and makes my hair feel great, and no funny colours. Its pretty pricey but if you use it right it should last you at least 6 months :) I reccommend the conditioner to go with it as well! Weirdly, my hair doesnt feel as smooth and soft as some of my other products but it definitely does its job with the toning and leeaves a lovely shine! Comes in a great big squeeze bottle and its easy to tell the difference between the shampoo and conditioner as each bottle is a different colour
This stuff is great and even smells wicked. You don't necessarily need to leave it on for the recommended time frame because it works so well. The only thing is, is that it can stain your hands.
