Garnier BB Cream All-In-One Perfector Even Tone SPF 50

Smells great, coverage is great, Dewey but not greasy, I got the medium with anti dark spots and it was the perfect colour, spent all day in the sun and didn't get burnt, The packaging was awesome how it was recycled and natural. Felt really different in my hands but was great. Didn't make my skin break out. I'm a fan. This will be perfect for protection and a bit of evening out while I'm camping!

I saw this had got some great reviews here, so picked it up in the vault. I really like it, it's prefect for 'no-makeup makeup' days, like weekends, and days working from home. It's pretty light coverage, but with concealer to cover dark circles, spots etc, and a dusting of powder, it's all that's needed! The high SPF is excellent, and the coverage is sheer enough that I can apply enough to get the full SPF coverage.

There are a couple of things that aren't so great though - it can really sting my eyes, so make sure to keep it away from the eye area. Also, it only comes in the medium shade, which is not ideal. The shade did work fine for me when the weather was warmer, but it's too dark for the colder weather. More shades would be great!

I also have got this in the Classic and the Anti-aging, and I think I prefer those a bit more because they have the option of Light or Medium shades. Formula-wise, I find them all quite similar, although perhaps those other two have slightly more coverage.

I was new to make up when I purchased this from my local pharmacy. Used it a few times and noticed my make up would look quite thick, very cakey. However it did cover a lot of my imperfections which was great.

As someone who hates the feeling of foundation on my skin, I love the light feel of this product. It looks like a light coverage foundation, but feels like a moisturiser. And spf 50 is an absolute bonus

Love that this is cruelty free and SPF50 but I’m disappointed to say I don’t love the product. The smell of it is almost chemical like and I smelt it all day which was unpleasant. I feel like it didn’t cover, correct and even for me personally and I even used two applications for a bit extra and it didn’t really do anything to my imperfections. On the plus side skin does feel hydrated and it’s not heavy at all. It gives a glow on the skin also not super natural as it has a orange tinge. It blends out easily. I wouldn’t buy it again personally.

I was sent this to trial, although the cream was in the colour medium and does not suit my light skin complexion, i was happy to report on other factors.

The packaging was an improvement on previous yeard in a squeezy tube, the consistency of the cream was nice and thick, holding its shape coming out of the tube and not a watery liquid mess i have seen previously. It spread nicely over my skin, leaving a nice sheen and very low coverage, i would compare it to a lightly tinted sunblock. Personally i like more coverage.

On the second time i applied the cream i applied it over freshly moisturised skin, with a primer, and i was surprised to see the bb cream split, and become lumpy over my skin.

Honestly not a fan of this product. Perhaps its good for some who are going to the beach, prefer sheer coverage, and happy with the limited colour match.

I am a big fan of products in eco-friendly packaging, so I was surprised and pleased to see that this Garnier BB cream was in packaging that had been redesigned to reduce plastic. The tube is cardboard with what I assume is a plastic layer to make it waterproof, the lid has been changed to be lighter and thinner and much of the plastic is recycled. This type of effort to reduce the effect of the packaging on the environment is a real game-changer when it comes to my purchasing decisions.

The product itself was a little yellow for my skin when first applied, but it seemed to blend in a bit as I wore it. A couple of hours later when I looked at my face it just looked like it had a healthy glow and my blemishes were minimised.

Very importantly, the product is SPF 50, which is so helpful in the NZ sun. No need to apply sunscreen that removes my makeup!

This is proving to be a really handy little product that is perfect to pop in the toilet bag for Christmas - I can't deal with makeup when it's so hot, but this BB cream will give me a bit of colour and soften my blemishes for all the Christmas holiday socialising.

Cute little tube of goodness that has prevented me getting any sunburn.

With a new dog extra walking is a must and I’ve been using this and not even the slightest shade of pink on my face my shoulders are another story.

It’s great to have just enough coverage to not feel naked but still look natural with enough coverage for any flaws

Definitely going to repurchase
