Garnier Body Superfood Watermelon and Hyaluronic Acid

The first thing I noticed when I opened this up was the delicious watermelon smell! It smells amazing and the scent stays after the cream has absorbed. It hydrates well, and absorbs almost instantly, while leaving my skin soft and mousturised. It's also super light and non greasy. No complaints from me! I'll definitely buy this again, however it's a pretty large tub so I think it'll last me a while!

Thank you so much for the opportunity to trial this product. I am a bit fussy with body moisturisers, but loved this product, and I will buy it again. My first impression is that the tub is nice and heavy! Sometimes products can be almost whipped up and feel like there is hardly anything in them, but this feels like alot of product. I like the tub, as its easy to see what is left. I am not worried about dipping my fingers in to the tub compared to a bottle or pump - as I use this straight after the shower so my hands are clean every time.

The actual product is a pale pink gel like texture rather than a cream, which I love. It absorbs into my skin so well, and doesn't go all white when you rub it in like some creamier products. The smell is a lovely slightly sweet watermelon, and stays on my skin well. It feels like summer using this!

In terms of how this product works, it is non sticky, it absorbs well, and it definitely moisturises well. My legs are feeling so much better after nearly a week of using this product - the winter dryness is nearly gone!

Overall, I love it, love the gel texture, love the smell and will buy this again!

I really love this product. I have very dry skin but struggle using heavy creams and body butters as I find they just sit on my skin, feel greasy and end up sticking to my clothing.

However, this gel cream consistency absorbed into my skin so well, and left it feeling soft but touch dry. The product felt very cooling on my skin and I can see this being great for my skin after a beach day.

The colour is a slight pale pink (almost looks like strawberry yogurt!) and smells so yummy - definitely a hint of fresh watermelon and summer. The product goes a long way, so you don’t need to use too much. I can see a tub of this lasting me well over summer - good value for money.

I’ll definitely be buying a tub for my mum - I think this will suit her skin as well and I’m sure she’ll love this as much as I am.

Overall, yes I would re purchase this again.

The Garnier Body Superfood Watermelon and Hyaluronic Acid gel-cream smells really amazing, just like sweet, juicy watermelon. It feels like a drink for my skin, very hydrating. The only thing I’m not happy about is the after feel on my hands; it’s almost like a waxy texture and I don’t like the feel of it, I need to wash my hands after each use. It doesn’t feel that way on my body so I’m happy with how hydrating it is and it soaks in well. I’m not sure if I’d use it again due to the funny feeling on my hands. I love that it’s cruelty free and vegan.

Absolutely loved this product. The packaging is good. Product size is good. The consistency of the cream is neither thin nor too thick, it’s perfect. It glides smoothly on the skin and absorbs quickly. And the skin remains moisturised for quite a long time. The smell of this product is subtle. The watermelon smell feels so refreshing. It definitely gives summer vibes. My skin really felt so soft and stayed soft for almost whole day. I would definitely recommend this product.

The tub size of 380ml and in a resealable twist top tub is so great for me and great for travel! That was one of the first things that made me really like the product. Second thing that really struck out for me was how great the product glided on and remained on for the entire day! I came home after work and my skin was still smooth. Definitely hydrating as they advertise! The product washes off nicely in the shower and I didn't have any residue as some other hyaluronic acid products do. The scent was really nice and subtle which I preferred.

My only critic would be how sticky the product is when applying - I did not really like how sticky my hands and fingers felt after applying.

Other than that, I would absolutely be buying this again as a body lotion! I love how smooth this product makes my skin and the scent is not too overbearing. The tub size and twist cap was a massive selling point for me as for travel this would come in handy!

Love this body superfood goes on super easy a little goes a long way. Love smell and the pinky colour. Absorbs well no sticky residue. I have been using once day and my skin still feels super soft.

Well well, i kind of fell in love with it the first time i opened the lid. The gel was slightly creamy looking and had a very delicate touch of pink. It’s scent was very subtle like natural. It had an appearance that looked so much like yogurt. No wonder they had a do not eat sign on it. It’s texture was surprisingly light and extremely spreadable. I felt like dipping my fingers in again and again. It was fun.

It comes in a decent sized tub container like the Garnier hairfood. The light, soft texture was amazing. It smooths off into a thin layer after spreading so don’t need a lot to cover. A little goes a long way. The gel cream has a slightly cool texture which makes it perfect for the summer season. My skin absorbed it nice and quickly. No greasy nor overly sticky feeling.

It states on the container it hydrates skin up to 10 layers deep, so will see whether my skin improves after a longer term use. It also states that it is fast absorbing and it’s exactly right. This is perfect for your quick after shower-before bed routine as it just sinks in. Gives your skin a quick drink of hydration when you need it.

Oh ... the minute I touched my Garnier Body Superfood I was intrigued. I expected a lotion and got a luxurious gel cream, which just slides onto my skin. You can feel the quenching!! My skin soaked it up easily and felt divine. I've also waited two days (to check the 48hour promise) before I tried it again, and they're right! My skin was still feeling relaxed but not dry. I will definitely be using this product as a regular "must" and like that it has not been tested on animals, is 96% natural... and is economical too!

Love love the scent of watermelon, it’s so refreshing on my skin. The consistency of the cream is thick- which means will go far and be long lasting. This is good as it has the 12m (12 months) on the side so should be used within a year. First thought it was white in colour till I had a better look and it’s a red/pink shade. Easy to apply, the lid was easy to take off without spilling the contents, a small amount on my fingers was enough to spread over my legs. This is where I thought the test would be better to try. A little goes a long way, so a 50cent size did one leg quite happily. My legs only got a coat of cream every 2 days as that was all that was necessary. The moisture was retained in my skin after the first application. I thought it might be greasy or linger on the skin, but I could get dressed immediately after applying which was the first cream I could do that with so great absorption. I viewed this cream at the supermarket and found it be be around $7.50 per container. This was a good deal considering the amount needed and it will be long lasting. The packaging is bright, easy to read and handy if dropped as it’s sturdy construction. I had a read of the ingredients and found it to be very interesting, the normal shea butter, coconut oils, but the hyaluronic acid comes from fermented soybean corn and wheat. All very natural ingredients. I was happy to see these elements incorporated in the cream. I found in the time I used the cream to be very effective for my legs and now will try on arms and body.
