I have been wary of using 'natural' products after a few friends have had skin reactions to them. I also find that sometimes they do not feel as nice or work as well as the usual products. However, I have found the shampoo was fantastic- lathered well and cleansed well without drying out the hair with the conditioner being a little disappointing as I needed to use twice as much to get the same results as my normal conditioner.I also get the added satisfaction of knowing that part of the packaging was made with recycled plastic and it is also recyclable. I will definitely try other lines in this range in the future.

As a duo I did like this Fructis aloe range. I like the simple packaging and that the two types are easily distinquishable. I like the unisex scent.
The shampoo was my preferred product as it did a great job of cleaning both my daughter's and my hair. The conditioner took a bit to get tangles out, but the result was good with tangles removed, and between the two my daughter's hair was soft and shiny, and my hair (which is short) was clean and felt good, which is all that I ask for.
I would buy these again. But especially the shampoo. I can see that becoming my go to for the two of us.
I really enjoyed trailing these products. The both work great with eachother.
The combination left my hair tangle free, shiny and alot less oily which I definitely appreciated.
I have never tried vegan free.products before but I have a feeling I will be purchasing these as they work and also leave your hair feeling light .
I would highly recommend
Tips: I can't wait to try the Aloe Food hair mask!
My normal regime is to wash my hair with a gentle shampoo and alternate with a clarifying one and I needed a good gentle shampoo to use and this one worked amazingly! My hair has been in amazing condition and I only used it once a week. Love!
These two products together is almost like a match made in heaven. The shampoo is very nice and hydrating and then following it by the light weight conditioner just makes your hair feel so smooth and bouncy. I find that i can go a few extra days without washing my hair when i use this combo since the formula is so gentle on the hair and doesn’t leave behind any residues or anything.
Tips: Following up with a hair oil/serum on the ends of my hair helps keep the hydration locked in and my hair smooth.
This is the perfect combination that you just can't go past nice fresh fragrance when used separately or together this product is a go too washed out of my hair easily and left it with a healthy shine smell and my dry ends were smoothed and not as unruly as always I will most definitely be using this combo again very happy with the product in how it preformed and also the lovely bright fresh clean packaging and then how natural the products are absolutely worth a go nice easy bottles to use
Tips: Just make sure the conditioner is throughly rinsed out
This combination of Shampoo and Conditioner is a winning duo. Absolutely love this fragrance and using it to wash and condition my hair. It's a subtle yet clean and fresh smell that evokes good feelings when you use it. I look forward to hair washing day with anticipation.
The Shampoo has a great lather leaving hair clean and fragrant. Gently cleanses any styling products without stripping the hair or feeling tight on scalp. The Conditioner is light but very hydrating, smoothing down flyaways and keeping it weightless so you still have good volume and body. Gentle on scalps, No itching or flaking.
Easy to buy online or from your local supermarket vendor, it's affordable for the whole family to use. Good packaging with a flip top lid that easily opens.
I will definitely use this again and keen to explore other products in the range. A good bonus that animals are not harmed in its production.
Tips: Wet hair and apply a small amount of shampoo about $2 coin amount. Apply to the roots through to the lengths for a good lather. Rinse and repeat for extra clean or very greasy hair.
Wring out excess water to apply Conditioner. Apply a small amount- $2 coin size is sufficient as well. Work through from roots to the end lengths and leave on for at least a minute. Rinse til all residue is removed. Squeeze out excess water and towel dry. Style as usual. Viola - beautiful smelling clean and conditioned hair with good volume and shine.
I was excited to try this duo. My hair was falling out a lot, dry, and not in a good state. My hair is thin, there's lots of it and is curly wave. I instantly noticed the difference after the first wash with this duo. After using both, my hair didn't feel like any of those things. I didn't need products to tame the mane. It felt cleaner for longer, stronger and there was significantly less fall out. The scent of both products are pleasant and not over whelming, and both lathered well. The biodegradable bottles is a huge plus for me and They look good too. I love this product - I can't wait to try the hair mask.
Tips: Definitely use the products together.
I use the Garnier Fructis Hair Food Aloe Shampoo and Conditioner together and very happy with the products. My hair feels soft and looks healthy. It smells nice and is loaded with lovely natural ingredients. The products packaging is recyclable which is a bonus. Highly recommend!
The first thing I like is the packaging! Different from the classic Garnier shampoo/condition slim bottles - it is super cute, reminds me of a juice bottle. The bottles look and feel like a premium version of the classic Garnier range. The breakdown of ingredients on the back of the bottles is easy peasy to understand, with 96-98% of natural origin products I found it an interesting read.
As all Garnier products do - it smells yummy. I wasn't quite sure what to expect with Aloe Vera, it was light and refreshing but not overpowering.
I always try to use the same brand and range of shampoo and conditioner to make sure I am getting the intended outcome. The combination works well with my hair, leaving it feeling light, fresh, and clean. The products do what they say, and as far as being a supermarket brand product it is definitely one of the better ones I've tried. I probably liked the shampoo better, it lathered well in my hair (which always feels satisfactory). I always shampoo twice and condition once. I only use the conditioner on the lower parts of my hair - the ponytail. I may have used a bit more than typical (due to it coming out the bottle quicker than expected) it left my hair feeling nice and soft.
At a 350ml volume bottle, I would expect it would last me a few weeks. It is on the smaller size, which is good if you are just wanting to try a new product out. The price point of $12.00 each!! (full price at countdown) is way more than I wouldn't want to pay for a supermarket brand hair product especially since I grew up using the classic Garnier range which on sale was $3! It is currently on sale for $8.40 which is more realistic in my opinion.
