I must admit I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised as my hair felt quite soft after. I only did use it once during my trial period as I don't need to wash my hair often, my hair is coarse and dry in the end due to bleach. I usually use salon conditioners so I am quite happy with how this was on par with the salon products I use. The only funny thing is the bottles make them look like milkshakes!

I'm undecided on this conditioner on its own. Used after the shampoo it works really well. I find you have to use quite a bit of product and once you get it in it melts away, there is no lather to it, and at times I wasn't sure if I was using enough, I was limiting my use to the equivalent of how much shampoo I would usually use and run my fingers through my hair whilst rinsing worked well.
Tips: Definitely a must have after the shampoo
Happy to see more products using natural origin ingredients, moving away from nasty chemicals. My hair used to feel quite dry towards the ends (with oily scalp - best of both worlds) however, using this conditioner I can feel the difference in the texture of my hair, feels much smoother and hydrated. Bye-bye split ends. Looking forward to trying the other products from this range.
The Conditioner is 'white chocolate' and its fragrance is most appealing (not chocolate though) fruity, clean and pleasant. I did find the contents a little dense and reluctant to flow through the cap, whilst it is ideal it is not too runny, this one needed a good hard squeeze, so I began to store it on its head.
Conditioner, as with the shampoo, disperses through the hair easily and slightly more quantity is required as seems to be the case with most shampoo/conditioner pairs (please supplier, make the conditioner bottles 20% larger!). It was a pleasure to massage through my shampooed and rinsed hair and I waited a couple of minutes before rinsing off. I did not feel any need to repeat the process, my hair 'squeaked' and felt very under control.
It was a really good feeling and towel dried easily, next wash I used a blow dryer which was straightforward as well.
My clean and conditioned hair was soft, tidy and felt really good.
Tips: It may have been our very cold weather, but be prepared to have to work on the conditioner bottle to get the contents running!
Another great winner from garnier! I feel like this is such a nice light conditioner to not weigh hair down and definitely doesn’t leave hair greasy.
It’s nice and light so if you know what the mask consistency it like it’s definitely not as thick as that. It’s a bit runnier so I would say not as rich as the mask so definitely suitable for every day use, leaving the mask for occasional.
I found this nice and light and cleansing and when we were away given I didn’t straighten my hair was so shiny and smooth and manageable despite no heat treatment so is great to help you wear your natural hair.
Again the cute bottle and handy lid which is great for pouring.
The delicious smell on par with everything else by garnier.
Just wish it was more readily available so I hope it hits shelves soon as I want more in my life.
Another great pair to add to the fruity collection.
First off, I really like this packaging. It's a slimmer, smaller bottle than most, so it's less awkward to manage when wet, and it fits more easily into the shower shelves too. I do quite like the pump top option generally, but this flip-top lid clicks solidly shut and seals well, which is great for travelling, and it's easy to dispense exactly how much product you want. Plus it's all recyclable, which is a huge plus in my book.
The conditioner itself is quite a thick, white cream, and has a mild, very pleasant, sweet vanilla-y, lightly coconut-y sort of fragrance. Not overpowering at all. Just really nice.
And I love the formula! It's great for my dry, thick, very curly hair. It feels creamy, gentle and moisturising, creating a good slip in the hair once it's worked through a bit. And – big and – it doesn't weigh down my hair at all. I mean, NOT AT ALL. That's amazing, in my experience, as so many 'intensely nourishing' or 'smoothing' or even just 'hydrating' conditioners seem to create a coating on the hair. You get the smoothness but it comes with a flattened head of limp curls. So I'm a big fan of this one.
I found I didn't need to use much product at all for it to do its job, so, yes, it's a smaller bottle than some, but it'll last well.
I would recommend this to anyone with dry or curly hair. It made my hair feel hydrated and nourished but also clean and light, making my curls really bouncy and shiny. I'm not sure I'd say they were smoother... To achieve really glossy, smoothed, highly defined curls, I need to add a leave-in cream or mousse, usually formulated with silicone, sadly. But I generally do that just when I want my hair to look extra special, so for my daily care, I'll be really happy to avoid the nasties and silicones, and keep things as natural as possible with this lovely Macadamia Hair Food. I like it so much, I'm planning to try out the leave-in conditioner in the same range.
Tips: Use less than you think you need, and give yourself a moment to work it properly through your hair.
Loved this conditioner, it's really fantastic. Made with mostly natural ingredients and no nasties, why wouldn't you not love it. Only needed to use a small amount and I have alot of hair. Pleasant fragrance and not over the top.
I loved the natural ingredients in this conditioner so decided to give it a go. I’m really happy with how soft it made my hair feel and how moisturising it was. I would definitely buy again and would recommend to friends with curly/dry hair that are looking for hydration
First of all: I own the Macadamia Hair Food treatment and LOVE it - so I wasn't sure that this could live up to that.
It's DIFFERENT, not as intense, but as a regular conditioner it's GORGEOUS.
The scent is so good you want to eat the product (don't eat the product). I loved that the packaging was different from the shampoo to make it easy to discern which is which while you're in the shower. I loved that the conditioner itself was able to go through my hair and detangle it with ease (not as much as the treatment but again it's unfair to compare the two). Compared to other conditioners I've used and loved it did just as good a job.
My hair afterwards felt silky smooth and smelt amazing! Would repurchase for sure!
My dry and unruly hair loved this product! I first notice the beautiful smell then as I'm washing it out the silkyness is different to what I'm used too! I loved how shiny and clean it felt once drying. It didn't give me dandruff either which is a good sign as having dry hair and scalp, most conditioners don't work well. I found though that after just a day I looked a bit greasy. Although this may be a bad thing for some, for me it's a sign of health because usually my hair is dry and crusty!
