I've always preferred a cream cleanser over anything as, so great to see this Ultra Soothing Cream Amino Super Berry Blend cleanser in Garnier's Green Labs range as a more affordable cream cleanser choice. Claims are cleans and nourish without stripping skin, on all skin types and tones, including sensitive skin.
The packaging is green and white in colour with Garnier's typical informational style, with a green colour cream cleanser, in a 150ml recyclable pump bottle with no lid.
With a wet face and hands, a small amount does a good job of cleansing well, with a silky, creamy texture similar to a higher end product. Skin felt nourished, not at all dry like with some cleansers, and the product cleansed skin well. Will definitely use again.
I'm very impressed with this cleanser. It's just the right consistency - not too watery it goes everywhere, but not too thick that you need to spend ages spreading it round. It's very easy to use, although I do wonder how well the pump will work when it get closer to the bottom, I suspect I might be tipping it upside down and decanting at some point. It says it's fragrance free, but to me it definitely has a smell - but it's not unpleasant. A little goes a long way. I only really wear mascara daily so a couple of little pumps is more than enough to clean that off and give my whole face a good clean, so given this, it seems it will last quite a while (I can see it going down, but not that quickly). This seems to be priced between $10 and $15 which is a good price for a quality product - I'd definitely buy it at that price. The packaging isn't that eye catching - but I'm not drawn to products with flashy packaging, I'd rather it works! After using my skin feels clean, but not tight or dry (I have used it and then left it while before using the serum). Would I recommend this to a friend - I already have!
Tips: Don't use too much!
