At first glance, the top of the pump bottle was crooked, maybe it was damaged in transit, or, not made very well in the first place? Either way, the pump worked ok but if I had to pay for it I wouldn't be happy with it. I notice that the bottle is made from recycled material which is great to see. The formula has a very light "green" scent, hard to place my finger on what it smells like but it's very faint so probably would be ok for most people. The formula is quite thick and I used quite a few pumps to have it clean my entire face. I like to leave cleansers on my face for a few minutes to get all the benefits. My skin felt a little tingly so this makes me wonder if it would be any good for people with sensitive skin (I don't have sensitive skin). It's not great at removing makeup, I had to combine other cleansers to wash off my full face. Overall I don't think I'd purchase this as I didn't see any benefits during the time I trialed this product, the only positive is that it didn't make my skin feel stripped dry. I would say that it's a good cleanser for people who do not wear make up, or very little.

Reviews
I don't often reach for Garnier but I was pleasantly surprised by the ingredient list for this cleanser. I love that it's vegan and doesn't contain all the nasties like parabens and sulphates. I find it's gentle enough for all skin types and I didn't find my skin feeling dry afterwards. I don't think it's strong enough to remove makeup despite its claims, but I always double cleanse with a cleansing balm first anyway. If you're looking for an affordable gentle cleanser then you can't go wrong with this one.
Tips: Remove your makeup first with micellar water or cleansing balm before going in with this one.
I didnt hate this cleanser it just wasnt right for me . Due to using a colour stay foundation daily i found this cleanser did not take my makeup off at all . It was lovely and gentle on my face and left my skin super soft.
Tips: Cleanse face with other makeup remover prior
“I’m not sure how this is a cleanser?” Is my final review of this product. Used 7-10x to double check I was doing it right and not from lack of use on my end. Each time I needed to use another face wash cleanser to VISIBLY remove crap from my face. After about 4/5x of usage I started to react to the product around my eyes…which could just be my semi-sensitive-but-not-really skin. After stopping usage it took 2 days for eczema looking rings to disappear from around my eye sockets LOL!! 1) Unsure of the point of this product 2) Does not remove any trace of makeup or buildup 3) Stings, seemed solely due to product usage. 4) Need to double up with another cleanser in order to feel cleansed.
Tips: Just buy a cetaphil milk cleanser from Chemist Warehouse for same price and it’ll do.
I enjoyed the smell and texture of this product, but sadly not too much else beyond what you would expect of any standard cleanser. I found I had to wipe it off with a cloth otherwise it felt like it lingered on my skin. My skin felt clean and soft afterwards, but not soft enough for me to notice a difference from anything else I’ve used. I don’t know if I’ll repurchase but I’m happy with it for now.
A nice gentle cleanser in an easy to use pump bottle. This cleanser has a creamy, silky texture that glides on the skin easily, going a long way. Only 2 small pumps were needed to do my entire face. It has a light scent reminiscent of fresh greenery. It left my face feeling clean and hydrated, not at all dry as some cleansers can do and removed my mascara no issues. Price for this cleanser seem to vary widely between retailers, so it can be found for a very reasonable price if you hunt around, but even at the highest price I found, it was still perfectly affordable.
This was so easy to use, I kept it in the shower so when I went to wash my face I could use that. The texture was light and silky and lathered up really well, felt nice on my skin and once rinsed off my skin felt refreshed and clean without feeling tight
Tips: A little goes a long way.
I'm very impressed with this cleanser. It's just the right consistency - not too watery it goes everywhere, but not too thick that you need to spend ages spreading it round. It's very easy to use, although I do wonder how well the pump will work when it get closer to the bottom, I suspect I might be tipping it upside down and decanting at some point. It says it's fragrance free, but to me it definitely has a smell - but it's not unpleasant. A little goes a long way. I only really wear mascara daily so a couple of little pumps is more than enough to clean that off and give my whole face a good clean, so given this, it seems it will last quite a while (I can see it going down, but not that quickly). This seems to be priced between $10 and $15 which is a good price for a quality product - I'd definitely buy it at that price. The packaging isn't that eye catching - but I'm not drawn to products with flashy packaging, I'd rather it works! After using my skin feels clean, but not tight or dry (I have used it and then left it while before using the serum). Would I recommend this to a friend - I already have!
Tips: Don't use too much!
I’m really starting to like Garniers green range. Firstly the cream cleanser comes in an easy to use pump bottle which is environmentally friendly. All you need is about 3 pumps to cleanse the face and neck which goes on well and is easy to wash off. It did not leave any sort of greasy residue and my skin felt pretty nice to touch. I didn’t find that it left any sort of fragrance. Overall a Nice cleanser that works well without stripping the skin. Works well for my dry and sensitive skin.
Tips: Not really a makeup remove so do remove makeup before using this cream cleanser.
As with the serum cream, I was skeptical. In my opinion, there were far superior cleansing products on the market. Whilst I wasn't as impressed as I was with the cream, I enjoyed using the cleanser as part of the Green Labs Retinol-Berry regime. The cleaner was kind and soothing to my skin and removed the remaining dirt and grime. It did not remove makeup though. It was nice to use first thing in the morning when there isn't really a lot of residue on my skin as I felt it gave me a nice clean base for makeup etc. I'd prefer my cleanser have a scent and this one has a faint, almost chemical smell but it isn't unpleasant. After a week I started to notice that the finer lines under my eyes were reduced and my overall complexion was improved. I enjoyed using this as part of the regime but if you're looking for an all-in-one cleanser then this is not the one for you.
Tips: Make sure you use a make-up remover cleanser or wipe beforehand as this will not remove make-up.
