Garnier Hair Food Shampoo Bar - Aloe

I’ve never tried a solid shampoo bar before and this was such a good experience! I try to reduce waste when I can so this will be an easy switch that reduces my packaging use. It lathered well and left my hair feeling very clean!

This ia the first time I’ve used a shampoo bar. Garnier Fructis Hair Food definitely doesn’t dissapoint! I wet the shampoo bar, and apply to wet hair, just a small rubs all over the hair and I can feel how clean my hair is afterwards. Definitely good for my hair and the environment. Recommend to all.

I wanted to love this but it fell a little short. Packaging is nice and bright and eco friendly, but branding is a little cluttered.

Smell is great and refreshing.

I found it hard to use though. It might be habit that I’m used to liquid but I just found it hard to get the lather up and really get into all the right parts of my hair.

First off nice smell out of the packaging. Not overwhelming, looks like a nice easy to hold bar.

First use foamed up nicely in my hands, not slippery at all, and easy to place in hair. Hair feels clean and nice, not dry and over shampooed.

Will I use again, yes definitely. It’s easy to hold in a great shape, and makes my hair feel clean.

When I opened the box it was posted in, the box smelled so good even before I opened the shampoo bar, to the extent that my mini me was interested to use it, too.

It's VERY foamy, doesn't take much to produce a lot of foam It definitely is a fast rinse formula, and it leaves my hair feels cleaner for longer - I didn't have to wash my hair as often as usual!

My hair likes it. Did I tell you it smells gorgeous?

I store the shampoo back in it's own box, to dry between uses. This is my new favourite shampoo now!

Talk about impressed!!!! Not only did it make my hair feel and look amazing but man did it smell fantastic!!!

This product did an amazing job on my hair and it was so simple to use. The shape of the bar of soap is perfect so it will not slip out of your hands; like it would if it would round. I was also surprised that it gave me a good amount of product and a very good lather as I rubbed it between now hands. I then applied the product to my hair just like any other shampoo. My hair felt super soft, easy to manage, looked healthy and smelt fantastic. This 1 bar will last quite a while so it's also perfect on the wallet.

I love that the packaging is cardboard and Myself and the company are helping the planet by not having plastic packaging.

This is a very cool, innovative product and I definitely will be telling people about it and using it.

I found this solid shampoo easy to use, I found it lathered easily and cleaned my hair nicely without drying out the ends. This shampoo is well suited to normal hair and it feels nourishing. It has an ergonomic shape to hold and has a pleasant smell. I would recommend this to anyone with normal to dry hair if they are interested in trying a solid shampoo.

Always been skeptical about shampoo bars so was interested to try this. First impression:scent is strong (too strong for me but not overpowering), and feels waxy almost. Once I got it wet and on my hair I was surprised how quickly and easily it lathered up. I found it reasonably easy to move around my head and get all hair soapy. My one negative other than the smell was like once I rinsed by hands and hair had a waxy feel to them which I did not like, had to wash my hands with body was to get rid of this feeling. Once dry my hair was clean, shiney and looked Great. Yes I would use again.

I hadn’t used a bar shampoo before so I was a little sceptical. I’m so glad I was chosen to try this product it really was a wonderful product to try. The scent is lovely and not overpowering It lathers so lovely and you get enough product to wash your hair with. It feels lovely when rinsed out and leaves you’re hair feeling soft and clean. I am definitely converted and will purchase this product again.

I use shampoo and conditioner bars anyway so was excited to try this. It's a perfect size and super easy to use, just wet your hair and rub the bar along your roots a couple of times then lather up with your fingers and massage thru your hair. This bar lathered up really well and rinsed out fabulously with no greasy residue left on the hair. I did this twice and on the second lather I ran a comb thru my hair just to detangle a bit. As expected it took a few tugs to get the comb thru but wasn't that bad. Comb also went thru my hair easily after towel drying. Hair felt really clean and shiny after and what impressed me most was when I went to blow dry my hair it blow dryed smoothly and no hair oil was needed to defluff my hair. The hair straightener glided easily thru as well. I wash my hair every 2nd day (sometimes 3) and my hair still felt lovely on the non was days. I was lucky as my hair has adjusted to shampoo bars and know from experience that your hair can go thru a changeover period from using normal shampoo and highly recommend keep up with the bar as it is totally worth it.
