Garnier Hyaluronic Acid Firming Ampoule Face Sheet Mask

Really enjoyed this face mask. It gave my skin a nice glow for a few hours afterwards. Like most of these masks, I wasn't completely sure on the long term benefits which could be expected, and I can't say I noticed anything particularly mind blowing BUT using the mask was simple and felt love while it was on. I rubbed the remaining serum into my face afterwards, and it was lovely and cooling. My face felt soft and moisturised afterwards.

It is hydrating, but that’s about it. The fit is amazing and it adheres very very well. If you are looking for a hydrating sheet mask then this is pretty good. I don’t see any firming benefits though

I was glad i got to try this watermelon ampoule mask. I had been quite bad with my mask routine lately as the nights have been much cooler. However, this mask have actually got me back up on my feet.

I must say not all masks are easy to unfold, but this one for me was not too bad. At least i had no problems of it over-stretching, which i find with some masks i have tried in the past. Plus it saves a lot if space due to its small packaging.

I like that fact that they warned us on the packet that it was going to be sticky. So i had a rough idea what i was expecting. Although i wasn’t a big fan of the sticky after feel especially on my fingers, i found the scent of the mask itself nice and subtle. So the mask was not only hydrating, but was also nice and relaxing.

Because of the sticky consistency, i would prefer to use it on my day off when i have time to wait for my face to absorb the rest of the essence. So this 5 min firming mask would be a wonderful treat to have for my skin in the morning after my night shifts.

I like sheet masks, but I mainly use them for extra moisture. Revitalises and firms the skin in 5mins....I instantly had my doubts. So I prepped my skin, washed my makeup for the day and exfoliated. This is what I normally do before any sheet mask. I then put the mask on. I really like the smell. I didn’t find it too overpowering. It was a light watermelon scent, but I found it refreshing. Took the mask off, and I didn’t notice any really difference....just looked really moisturised. So I decided to wait until the morning (did this just before bed). The next morning (which is now when I’m writing this), my skin looks bright and I feel my pores are visibly smoother. In terms of firmness; I don’t see a difference. But it may be a case of needed to use these often to see a difference. Did it say what it was going to do? Yes and no. Skin more firm? Not that I can see, but, with more use, it may increase fitness of skin. My skin is definitely revitalised, more smooth looking and pores smaller. Would I use this sheet mask agin? Yeah I would. I like that it’s 5mins. I like the smell, and I did see some benefits with one use. And, I do like Garnier products. I’ll definitely be getting some more of these masks

First thoughts, cute packaging and quite reflective of the product. I was surprised at how thick the sheet mask was in comparison to most of the similar masks I have used in the past. It felt good quality, was reasonably easy to pull apart (as much as they can be) so I didn't experience any tearing and could get it to sit really firm against my face. I have a bit of a pet peeve when sheets slip down while you're trying to sit with it on, but this one stayed nice and put.

As for the actual product formula part, I found the smell really refreshing, I was worried it might be that classic chemical fake watermelon, but I didn't find that at all. My other concern was that sometimes hyaluronic acids can be hit and miss, however, I found the overall hydration of my skin was improved the next day and I didn't experience little breakouts. The only downside is that I'm not a massive fan of how tacky my skin felt after I took it off, but otherwise no real issues.

Overall, I think it's a good accessible mask that I'd probably pick up for a once-a-month pick me up or the like. I'm not sure I would integrate it into my weekly routine, but it is a good little pamper product.

Love a face mask and this one was another mask to add to my commonly used list of masks.

Primarily because it is so affordable! It is definitely a go to mask for when I need a fresh face.

I also love the smell of this its very refreshing. And that is exactly how it feels on your skin too. But I agree with the others its a wee bit sticky. I am pleased I get the best out of it initially but after a while I am definitely over it. Its nice while that freshness lasts and does leave my skin feeling fresh as a daisy.

Would still use it again as its quite affordable and I love a mask plus it does meet my needs.

I’m a fan of garnier products and enjoyed trying this product. As soon as you open it the smell hits your senses it was a sweet smell. The mask was very moist and easy to place and position to the contours of the face. Removing was easy but I did have to take the advice on the back and wipe off excess. It made my face feel firm and tight. I did feel my lines were less defined however they didn’t look different in the mirror. It gave me a glossy look which I wasn’t keen on but faded fast. I would use this again but only for occasions or events.

Picked this up in the vault. Like the idea of a 5 minute mask, though I probably left this on for 10 minutes. Had it stored in the fridge ahead of time, so was wonderfully cool on application.

Packaging size is reduced, better for the environment. Easy to apply sheet mask. Does have a lovely and refreshing Watermelon scent. Skin looked firmed and hydrated after use.

I did read the back of the pack instructions and it said to wipe excess serum off with a cotton round. Even doing so, my skin was still soo sticky! I don't like the stickyness on my face.

Aside from that, I actually really enjoyed this mask and would consider picking up again in future.

I really liked this mask! It smells amazing and is super relaxing and refreshing. It is quite sticky once removed but it does make your face feel tighter, firmer and plumper and my skin looked smoother, refreshed and almost glowy. Once completely dry my face felt hydrated and smooth. I left it on for 10 minutes but it was a really great addition to my self care ritual and felt like my face was getting a real treat. Love that its vegan also!

I'm guilty of sneaking face masks into my trolley when doing the groceries - they're a cheap and easy way for a bit of me time.

I love the new small packaging, it makes sense to cut down where we can. I'm also super happy Garnier have been certified cruelty-free.

This mask is sooooooo hydrating - it just soaks your skin in a rich, cooling serum and leaves it feels rejeuvenated.

Afterwards you have that post-facial glow, its almost a shame to use this at night time when noone gets to see your amazing looking skin!

I would definitely repurchase and recommend to anyone looking for a cheap and cheerful skin treatment.
