Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Review

When the hype started about Micellar cleansing water I just had to jump onto train and find out for myself what on earth could make a product this popular! I picked it up from Countdown at $16 and what an amazing way to spend $16.

I've heard quite alot of girl complaining about the Micellar water breaking them out and causing lobster faces which made me quiver I must admit and onward we went to make the purchase... Never looking back.

I've used this Micellar water as a makeup remover and used it as a toner after cleansing because why not. Its a cleansing water? So would extra cleansing, after cleansing hurt? Dont even imagine it! My skin is looking the best its looked in years and years.

Makeup remover - At night when I remove my makeup, I saturate a medium sized cottonboll and swipe the crazy out of face. I love how this removes waterproof mascara without drama and just a few swipes takes off all the makeup. And just to make sure its all gone I'll use a second cottonball just to swipe off any extra and let me tell you the extra is microscopic cause theres almost nothing left behind. I dont do any additional cleansing and my skin is baby soft, smooth but most of all feels nourished.

As a toner/cleanser - On my no makeup days I'll use the Micellar as cleanser toner to wash off the day. When do use a cleanser I'll still grab for the Micellar water to refreshen up and wake up my face. Again, my skin is plump, soft and full of life.

This product blows me away because I have super sensitive and after seeing many girls complain about skin problems with the Micellar I was sure I was going to be another statistic. Oh no! My skin for once wants me to enjoy a product and absolutely fall in love with. This has replaced my makeup removers and toners because its so versatile so not only is it healthy for skin but I'm saving money products. Could it get any better?

I was a bit uncertain about using this micellar cleansing water as I had tried the simple skin brand and it didn't do anything for my skin. This Micellar Cleansing water is great for taking off makeup and also washing off the day in general. I find that it takes off makeup better than other makeup removers and removes almost all of my heavy eye makeup which normally takes a good 5 minutes of scrubbing with other products. I no longer feel bad about waking up and washing my face with this instead of my normal cleanser when I'm in a rush. It is perfect for sensitive skin too, and I have experienced no extra redness or rashes since using this product. I think the only problem with this product is the price. 16 dollars is a lot to pay so I try and buy it when it's on sale.

Sooo i brought this about 3 months ago only because it was something different and i love buying new things. I put it on my face every morning and night after ive washed my face. I let it dry and put moisturiser on then do my face. I have not had a single breakout since i started using it. I love it. Its amazing and it lasts sooo long.

Being fascinated by the Micelle within Micellar waters I had to try one. A lot of make-up removers and cleansers claim that they remove all dirt from deep within pores and little do you know they don't! I used Garnier Micellar water and it did exactly as it claimed, removed my full nights make-up, cleansed & toned! All i had to do was pop on some moisturizer :) Thinking it could all be in my head the next day i reverted back to my make-up wipes and cleansed my face as i usually would, to truly test the Micellar water i then went over my "clean" face and was amazed when further dirt came out of my pores, this shows the technology behind it does really work! Bottle size is great and I have got well over 200 applications out of mine so awesome value for money! If you haven't already give it a go!

Usually I am wary of Garnier products due to my skin reacting a lot to their products. But I adore this Miceller water! It removes all traces of my make up, usually I cleanse first then use miceller water on a cotton round to make sure everything is gone!

I had been wanting to try this for ages, but hadn't seen it in the shops because it's so popular. Saw it at Countdown on special, about $9.00, so yay! I cleansed my faced first with my normal cleansing wipes, then used the Garnier product on a cotton pad. I couldn't believe the amount of dirt and grime that came off my face. I didn't have to scrub hard, just lightly wiped the pad all over my face, including my eye area. No irritation, very gentle, no annoying fragrance. I only used a little bit each time, so this bottle is going to last me for ages. I actually says on the bottle over 200 aplications. Great value for money especially if you can get it on special like I did.

What a fab product at a fab price. Fast, easy and effective way to remove makeup or cleanse your face at the end of the day. Found the bottle lasted well, still using it and very happy

Had to hunt around to find this but am onto my second bottle now, I use it everyday to take my makeup off, its so gentle and takes off more than what a makeup wipe would. 100% recomend for anyone. Can do a full face of makeup and this makes sure to get every little bit back off, its truely amazing!!

Woooo I absolutely love this cleanser, I had to wait so long to buy it as everywhere was out of stock for so long and now I can see why! It's a huge bottle with a really handy flip lid but it actually looks healthy too! A little squirt on the cotton pads and simply wipe your makeup off easy as. I find it really works well on liquid eyeliner too. My skin feels clean but moisturised not dry at all. Can't wait to try in the summer as its a little cold on my skin at the moment lol. This is going to be a staple in my bathroom for sure :)
