I was looking for a more affordable moisturiser to replace my recently empty high end product. I found this to be a comparable replacement, my skin felt moisturised and plump after use, without being oily.

Reviews
Tips: It’s nice and thick so works well overnight to lock in moisture
Great hydrating moisturiser, simple to use and a little goes a long way. Not too thick or too thin, has the right consistency and rubs in easily to the skin. I can be quite sensitive to creams around my nose area, where it drys out from products. But using this for two weeks and haven’t had any issues with dryness of flaking. Has a nice natural scent, which isn’t over powering. Great for everyday use and would recommend.
Tips: Don’t use to much at a time, a little blob will go far.
Garnier Organics - Rich Argan - Nourishing Moisturiser
Firstly, this product smells amazing. Nutty and Lush with organic Argan oil and Aloe Vera, both of which are amazing products for our skin.
The cream is soft and white and I found highly nourishing yet not greasy. Designed for Dry to sensitive skin however the packaging does state it is suitable for all skin types.
The cream absorbed easily and a little does go a long way so this product is great value for money.
I found it kept my skin feeling nicely hydrated all day and sat well under make up.
Packaging is clean and simple and gives the appearance of being environmentally friendly and the product being ethically sourced.
I will definitely continue to use this product and have been more than happy with the results.
I loved the products in the garnier organics lemongrass and thyme range, but unfortunately I was not a fan of this moisturiser. My dry skin usually likes heavier moisturisers like this during winter, but every time I have used this, one or two pimples have appeared on my face (I don't normally get pimples). I am so disappointed because other than that I love this moisturiser! It is really nourishing and the smell is amazing! Unfortunately this product is just not for me :(
A pretty decent natural product for a mainstream brand, this moisturiser does feel and smell natural and chemical-free. I usually prefer thicker, creamier body moisturisers so I'm not sure it's really for me, but I do appreciate that what I'm putting into my skin is natural with this one. As with most natural products, you do really have to rub it in and although it felt a little sticky/oily afterwards, my skin did feel super hydrated and moisturised. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to my friends as a general body moisturiser but definitely would if they were after a natural product specifically.
Tips: Don't use a whole lot at once because it is quite tricky to rub in. I would also leave a bit of time for the oiliness to settle before putting something like skinny jeans on.
I have combination skin leaning dry, so was excited to try this. There are a few Garnier cleansers I enjoy, so thought this might have potential.
The tube is quite small, but of course a little goes a long way. I do like the matte green packaging too.
The first thing I noticed was the smell. Baby powder. Yuck. I know some people will enjoy this, but the fragrance was so heavy I was reluctant to put it on my face after having avoided fragrance in skincare for so long.
Nevertheless I tried it out. It is surprisingly oily - maybe I should have expected this considering the star ingredient is Argan oil. I do feel that oily skin gals won’t like it though.
The consistency is heavy and thick and smooths our nicely. It works well as an occlusive moisturiser. The dimethicone would have made it ideal for a makeup primer, but the oil sadly counteracts this by eventually breaking up your makeup.
After a few nights of using this on my face I just couldn’t handle the smell anymore, and the consistency is too greasy for me personally. I use it as a nice hand cream instead, but have given it a low rating.
I was very excited to try this product out as it sounded amazing as it had Aloe Vera and Hyaluronic Acid in it which is great for hydrating the skin.
The product is a slightly thicker face moisturiser than I normally use and it reminded me of a hand cream at first. It did take a little bit longer than normal to dry into my skin which meant I didn't like to use it in the morning as I often need to apply makeup shortly after moisturising my face. It does say that it provides 48 hours of hydration so I knew it would take a bit longer to absorb.
I found that I often reached for this more at night, once applied at night the following morning my skin felt very soft and hydrated. I would say this product is fantastic for traveling or if you work in an air-con environment. The scent is very subtle and this is something I really enjoyed about this product.
As I was lucky enough to trial this product I am unsure of the price point but depending on this I may purchase again but mainly to use before bed.
Tips: A little goes a long way! Make sure to apply in circular motions like with any face moisturiser.
I was part of the trial team for this product, and unfortunately I was highly disappointed The one thing I approve of with this product is the smell! The product smells lovely and fresh. It's fragrance really represents the organic aspect of the product well. However, I found the texture of the product super runny. I almost feel like my product has split in the packaging as it appeared to get thicker with use. My preference are definitely thicker moisturising products as I feel like my skin absorbs them slowly over a longer period of time. When I applied the product it feel very greasy on my skin. I assume this is the oil aspect of the product, but it felt like there was a heavy layer on my face. The product did absorbed pretty quickly, but left my skin feeling dry and soft, but not moisturised.
I would compare this product with a lot of sunscreens. It had the same consistency and the same texture. Personally I hate the feeling of sunscreen on my face, so would not recommend to anyone else who is of the same opinion
Tips: Even though I would not recommend this for race moisturising, I imagine it would be a sufficient body mosturiser as it's distributes easily over the body (due to being runny) and smells amazing!
I didn't like the texture and the smell. And it leves a white trail and takes a lot of rubbing for it to go away. I have combination skin and it doesn't really give me the feeling of moisture
I've used garnier since my teens so probably a good 20 years. My first product was the pure face wash and I've been hooked on their skincare ever since.
This naturals range is true to the Garnier brand always changing to adjust to the growing trends and changes. Incidentally I am now steering to more natural products which I wouldn't normally associate with Garnier. Naturally I was suspicious so many brands state they are natural until you look at the ingredients. However a good 90% of the ingredients in this product list look edible. What's more some products are certified organic and the entire product is vegan. Also importantly the argan oil is fair traded. All of this and made in France at a supermarket price. Impressive!
The cardboard outer box is a lot more toned down and recyclable which makes sense given the ingredients. I love the 50ml tube size its perfect for the make up bag and travelling. The scent of the product is very delicate, light and pleasant it definitely smells natural.
I found it a nice light weight moisturizer and definitely very hydrating finish rather than heavy and greasy. Perfect for summer and under make up. My skin is somewhat sensitive and it didnt aggravate my excema or acne.
All in all a great every day product especially for summer.
Tips: This would be amazing as a primer under make up or BB cream
No spf so you may wish to apply sunscreen or make up with spf over it
