This product smells amazing and definitely leaves skin feeling fresh and clean but it did also make my skin quite dry after use (I used this once a day). This is not unusual for me as I have oily/combination skin so I tend to find any foaming wash does this.
Other than being a little drying on my skin though, I really liked how lightweight it is and it seems to have reduced my pores particularly on my nose and cheeks.
Tips: I was fortunate to trial a day cream, night cream and serum to go with this product which I'd definitely recommend if you have a tendency to get dry patches of skin as they worked wonders to counteract the drying from the gel wash.
This stuff is great, it’s a very gentle cleanser and it’s definitely done what it says it should for my skin. It didn’t dry my face out and has a pleasant smell which I really like. I love the practicality of using a pump and seeing how much you’re using.
Tips: Maybe use half a pump (smaller amount) as it does become really foamy.
This is amazing! Super non drying and doesn't leave the skin feeling like I have just stripped all the natural oils off my face! This cleanser is very gentle on the skin and I feel like my face has been rehydrated as if I had a facial done. I did feel very refreshed after using it and would be very happy to use it as a daily cleanser.
Because it is a gel-wash, the consistency makes application really easy to smooth over and rub into the skin to cleanse and you don't need too much of the product as it spreads very nicely. There is a hint of aloe fragrance but not too overpowering so I felt like it added to the "relax spa" feel while using it.
I have used this for a little under 4 weeks now and can say, I still have just over half the bottle. This is something that will last a long time even with consistent daily use. It is definitely something I will be happy to pay for given the results I have felt on my skin and the amount of product I have barely used! Worth the price!
The packaging is just your standard cleanser bottle. Great to take on travelling trips too as the bottle closes very securely so no spills can occur!
Overall, I really liked this gel-wash. I liked how it left my face feeling refreshed and very hydrated. I will be continuing to use this for a while until I find something that can beat it!
Tips: Little goes a long way so if you have used too much just rub it down to the neck area!
Easy to apply , the pump action worked well to get the right amount of gel wash required It cleansed my skin and was easy to rinse off leaving it feeling fresh and clean

This cleanser does a really nice job of cleaning my combination skin. It’s quite foamy once you add a drop of water to one pump of the clear-ish gel and you can just wash off with warm water. I used this both morning and night and I was even surprised it removed BB cream effectively which I normally have to use a micellar to budge. After a month I do think my pores have cleared a bit around my nose and definitely enjoyed using this as a change.
I used the Garnier Skin Active Hyaluronic Aloe Gel-Wash in combination with the replumping serum, Day Jelly Moisturiser and Night Jelly Moisturiser. I have noticed such a difference in the appearance and feel of my skin - I have been using all 4 products for approximately 1.5 weeks. In this time, I have not had any breakouts, any sign of dry skin or irritation. I have psoriasis so this is a massive win for me. I used this product first thing in the morning and just before bed. I lightly splashed water on my face and then used a light pump of the gel. This product is clear and has a light scent. It is easy to lather and easy to apply. After a quick massage into skin, I then washed the product off, pat dried my face/neck and moved on to step 2 being the serum. I am so happy with this product that I have since purchased a replacement for when this runs out. The product is usually around $16.00 for 200ml however I managed to pick up at countdown as they had an introductory offer of half price.
Overall I found it to be a very gentle face wash - It is perfect for my skin type (being sensitive) as has a soothing but gentle feel to it. My skin feels soft and looks fresh and light. You don't need to use a lot of this as it is quite generous and goes a long way. I am also prone to blackheads. After using this for 1.5 weeks I have noticed that the pores appear smaller and less visible. I will add that I am a light make up wearer and this cleaned my skin well - I am not sure how this would go for someone who wears a lot of makeup.
This is a lovely cleanser if you struggle with dry skin. My skin is usually a combination of dry cheeks and oily t-zone but find that I get quite dehydrated over Winter. This cleanser certainly cleanses light makeup but I had to go over a couple times for waterproof mascara (I usually double cleanse when I wear heavy makeup anyway). I'm glad to report that my skin felt moisturised afterwards and didn't have that horrrible squeaky feeling that cleansers can sometimes give you. Love the pump as well so it doesn't get messy!
Tips: One pump is enough as it dispenses a very generous amount. Emulsify this before applying to your skin by rubbing it between damp hands to really activate the formula.
It comes in a pump, which is quite practical and handy. It feels quite cool on the skin and is foamy. It removes all dirt from the face as well as make up. However, I do have to use a make up remover for my eye makeup. After drying, it leaves the skin feeling moisturised and hydrated.
Tips: Use a toner after washing your face with the Gel-wash. It helps in keeping away the after wash tightness.
Love the fresh clean feeling after using this Hyaluronic Aloe Gel Cleanser. It has a gentle foam that leaves skin feeling clean but not drying like some foam cleansers can. Great for your morning wakeup cleanse. Nice, fresh fragrance. Works ok to remove makeup. One pump is sufficient to cleanse your face and neck, good value for money.
Tips: Use as a morning cleanser, great for waking up your skin.
Follow with a layer of Hyaluronic Aloe Serum.
Finish the routine with Hyaluronic Aloe Jelly Moisturiser for day time for perfectly hydrated skin.
I have been using this product for quite a few weeks now. My skin type is dry and love the idea of hyaluronic acid to hydrate the skin. This is a thick gel cleanser which felt really nice on the skin at the time of cleansing but it did end up making my skin quite dry after using however once moisturised it was fine.This cleanser was good at removing make up and face did feel fresh after use. I will continue to use and see if i notice any changes. Love the idea of the natural formula
