Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Anti Ageing Review

I was sent the Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream in the Anti Ageing to review. I have tried the Garnier BB Cream in the Normal formula which I did really like and thought being in my 30's that the Anti Ageing formula would be good to try. I can say that for the most part I really like this formula- it has great coverage and is hydrating. I don't necessarily feel that it made my skin feel much firmer. I don't really have many visible wrinkles at this stage so I can't comment on the claim that it reduces wrinkles. My skin tone did appear more even and as the Anti Ageing formula is a bit heavier than the Normal formula, I didn't feel the need to apply a bit of foundation over it as I normally would. My skin tends to be quite dry in the winter so I found this formula perfect for the winter season. I would probably end up using the Normal formula in the warmer months as I think this formula would make my skin a bit greasy in the warmer weather. I found the texture to be more like that of a creamy foundation than that of a moisturiser so I still used a moisturiser beforehand and the product felt much nicer applied over the moisturiser. I would use this product again.

My skin can be a little, sometimes a lot, sensitive to anything I put on it. I don't use foundations as they make me face feel like it has been wrapped in some form of cling wrap, and I'm forever just wanting to rid my skin of this horrible feeling! So, I was pretty skeptical about this trial, I figured it would more than likely be just another hyped up skincare that really didn't do what it said it would. But I really did want to find something easy to use that might give me the look of a more even skin tone. When I received my package I ripped into it to see if this 'miracle skin perfector', was going to be just another wastes of time or if in fact I may be in luck this time. So the first morning I used this BB cream I was happily amazed at how my skin still felt like it could breathe, even though I had covered my face with this cream. The cream was like a mousse and very easy to apply. The scent was really lovely, fruity and lasted for hours. My skin is generally kind of dull and yes, this product did do what it says. Once applied, my face had a healthy glow to it. My face felt fantastic all day. The BB cream left my face feeling smooth all day. This is definitely a product I will be replacing once I run out. I would and have, recommended this to friends already.

Surprisingly this was the right shade for me(good on you BR!:)), not so buildable though.I 've got a freckely complexion and I rather prefer more coverage.Nevertheless It's light, natural looking and gives a dewy, glowy look that I like. Unfortunatelly It remains sticky for some time and transferable.I haven't noticed any difference or changes in the lines of the corner of my eyes or on firming my skin. Still it's pretty good for casual day-time wear.I am going to choose this on my "no-makeup" days. If you like the look of a healthy glow with light coverage, you will probably like this product.

Well I must admit I didn't expect this product to work. I switched to mineral powder make up a few years ago because liquid foundation used to hunt out my fine lines around my eyes and and collect in them making them look worse, even after applying moisturiser first. This BB cream didn't do that in fact it actually smoothed them out. It's easy to apply, I use a damp sponge. Being used to a Matt finish I did give my face a light dusting with my mineral powder on top to remove any shine, which worked well. It stayed on all day and when I removed it at night the fine lines stayed away,yeah. I tried it with a moisturiser underneath and also without and it glided on smoothly either way. It's great to see it has a sun factor of 15 too which my minerals don't have. I'm hooked and will purchase this product regularly now, just please don't discontinue my colour

Was very happy to open my package the packaging was the usual garnier high standard glossy and you know exactly what your getting. It's a thicker consistency than what I was used to but so light and smooth to put on, not greasy at all. It has a pleasant smell also not what I was expecting. As for coverage, to my surprise! Was really good not the same as a normal foundation but I really liked it. Best of all is that it didn't melt off my face at work!!! Hot kitchen and make up doesn't really go together but this bb cream it worked or stuck should I say with enough coverage to keep me happy. I've had not adverse reaction to it no zits etc so for me it's a keeper.. Thank you BR xoxoxo

I was really looking forward to using this product having never used a BB cream before. It's a great price range and I do like Garnier products. My face has fine wrinkles and a bit of a uneven skin tone. I found the product easy to apply using my fingers to smooth over my face and found the colour match excellent. When looking in the mirror though the coverage wasn't great it was like it hadn't sunk in to the skin I could see lines on the surface.This product is so oily that it felt and looked horrible on my face. About a hour after putting it on I looked in the mirror and my face just looked really shiny with oil, I wouldn't of gone out in public looking the way I did. On day 2 of trying the product I put a powder over the cream to try and get rid of some of the oil look, this did take some of it away but still not all. The product says it looks natural on the face but the oiliness for me really made my face look horrible. I do not think it made my face feel firmer at all, but I do think it filled in the wrinkles, but overall just not a look I would go for at all and would much rather wear a foundation that has a good coverage without the oily look.

Wow, I really love using this product! I was at first worried that the Light shade would be too pale for me, but it was perfect. Leaves a really nice finish, covers, smooths but looks really natural. A really natural finish without feeling and looking heavily made up. Lovely fragrance too. Will continue to use this.

I had never used a BB cream so was so disappointed in this greasy formula. The colour light matched my skin perfectly and the subtle scent and consistency was good, a little went a long way. However it made my skin feel greasy and it was a very shiny finish. I haven't yet noticed any reduction in wrinkles or firmer skin. I broke out in a few small spots on my forehead after day 4 and I never get zits there. I had to put powder on top to tone down the shiny finish on my skin. I wonder if the SPF is what makes it so greasy?

I wish I had this product when I had young kids and no time. It is so easy to use, glides on effortlessly and doesn't have a strong fragrance.

Great for someone with sensitive skin or who suffers from hay fever. Colouring was perfect for my skin and over the week I received many compliments on my makeup. This was fabulous, not only because I only used this cream but because it made me feel good and in turn glow from the inside out. I have recently lost a lot of weight in a very short timeframe and was starting to see dreaded wrinkles appear and I can honestly say that even after a few days they have reduced drastically.

I would recommend this product to anyone.

It's very easy to apply, no smudging or edge lines, very even coverage and feels like you aren't wearing anything at all. Stays on all day - and my days are 14 - 16 hours long. I wear glasses and even when I take them off there was no telltale mark across the bridge of my nose.

I am new to BB cream and find the concept a great idea.

I have generally normal skin, with a little bit of an oily forehead and MUST apply moisturiser after every shower - though I didn't need a separate moisturiser whilst using this BB cream.

I used this product for a seven day period - every morning and found it kept my skin in good health (no unwanted outbursts!)

Over the deven day period I didn't notice any anti aging mircales - though I wasn't expecting any in such a short time period.

I did find this BB cream a little thick to spread and even though it was quite thick I didn't feel it offered adequate coverage.
