Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Oil-Free Review

I was a little bit apprehensive to try this BB cream as I have tried the other Garnier BB cream for normal skin and found it so greasy and very orange looking but I was so surprised when I first put this BB cream on as it didn't look orange on me whatsoever and gave me the perfect amount of coverage without looking like I was wearing a face full of make up, I also found I didn't need to set this with a setting powder as it's a matte finish. Usually half way through my work day I start to get shiny in my t-zone and my make up rubs off around my nose but I was happy to see that after a full day at work my face looked like I'd just applied my make up with no trace of oily skin or a red nose to be seen! The formula of the product is great, wasnt a big fan of the smell of the product as I was applying it but it's the only negative I have about this product. I'm definitely going to be repurchasing this product when it runs out which should be ages away as it only requires a small amount of product to cover my entire face!

I don't usually use makeup that much , but iv always wanted to try sumthink like this .I tried it for 4 days in a row it was amazing best product i have used soo far i just wore it by its self , my face has been breaking out a bit lately an it covered really well i was really suprised . An its the perfect colour too , i did find that it is a bit slippery if u wear glasses . but that isnt a problem for me i have recomened it to a few friends too i would defitnly use it again an buy more . a bonus is that is last ages you only need a little bit with some makeup sponges . love it !!!!

The BB Cream has a very liquidy, smooth texture. Soft floral fragrance, very perfumy.

Light to medium coverage, and very buildable. It covered my redness and I was able to use a little more in places to hide imperfections.

Lasted most of the day, not sure on the actual length, but I lost a little in oily places and it seemed to stick to the dryer places a little longer.

Makeup artists I showed it to liked it, most commenting on the coverage being consistent and the formula blending well.

I used it instead of moisturiser, and loved the fact that it had an SPF.

Had the effect of making my skin look like my face but better :)

Wonderful product, and it has become part of my morning skincare routine.

Ive tried many BB creams over the years, and hadn't had as much WOW as i did with this one...this BB cream worked wonders on my skin. Other than being an oily-monkey, I don't have very problematic skin, but the small amount of redness i have on my cheeks and the few break outs i had on my chin were immediately concealed by this bb cream alone...I didn't need concealer AT ALL!! it is a thin liquid like substance that was easy to blend out, and dried to a semi matte powdery finish- i didn't even need to set it with a powder which was an added bonus (especially if your in a rush). It had a medium coverage that could easily buildup to a med-full coverage...I could wear it for around 4-5hours before i had to do any powder touch ups WITHOUT the use of a primer underneath, and i have VERY OILY SKIN!! So I'm definitely impressed... Will definitely repurchase this BB cream..best one used so far... !!! I used the shade in Medium (I'm currently a MAC NC30-35) and the shade was a good match for my skin tone, however it did have a slight pink tone to it when i first applied it, but it oxidised nicely to suit my yellow undertone skin ...

My skin is usually oily but prone to drying out if I exfoliate too much... This product is a thin light liquid that I found very easy to apply just like your usual facial moisturisers. Gave me full coverage without being heavy, giving a more natural look. I use it before work in the morning and it lasts all day which is great! I feel you'd get your money's worth out of this stuff, you don't need to use a lot. However the only problem I found was that it was a little too easy to squeeze a bit too much out, being quite runny. But definitely lived up to its promise, made my skin appear clearer without giving it the heavy foundation look. Must add that it saved lots of time in the mornings when getting ready for work - just put it on like moisturiser and I'm done! From my experience I would definitely recommend this product, wish I had tried it sooner!

After trialling this product on its own, over moisturiser and under a full face of make up I found it to be surprisingly successful. My initial reaction was one of concern when I noticed the product was extremely runny. It didn't spread as easily as I expected it to so I do recommend dotting the product all over the face before rubbing it straight into the skin. After applying it did (as it said it would) have a shine free matte finish wish lasted me all day. Leaving it a few minutes to settle on my skin left it feeling so soft and smooth. It was as if I wasnt wearing anything at all. I have a lot of scarring which you could still see after applying the cream but it was toned down nicely so it didnt look as harsh and raw as it would have otherwise, as well as helping to even out my skin tone and giving me a slight sun kissed look. My thoughts on the packaging were 50/50. The box it came in most definitely had to many words all over it but the cute natural skintoned looking bottle it came in made up for that loss. I think its great to wear alone as a quick, casual "makeup free" look and I will continue to do so. I absolutely rate this product and will be recommending it to my friends and family :)

Omg i simply love the light tone BB cream , i clean my face dry it off and put this BB cream on and bam face looks amazing just by that one product ! Fully bends in and could almost say my face looks nothing but natural (: soo happy with it im defos gna go and buy me a another one !!!

I loved this BB cream and I'll never use anything else again! beautiful coverage which you can layer up for a more "made up" look or lovely light coverage for a super natural look.

Glides on easily, is easy to blend and isn't patchy. This BB cream really evens out skin tone and works well under a little bronzer or blusher.

I like that it has the added SPF15 too. All in all, I will continue to use this BB cream as my everyday cream, as well as when I want to get all made up!

I really liked this product. Went on like a dream, good consistency and covered up minor imperfections. Very lightweight felt great on the face and i think i'll be purchasing it for myself.

This BB cream was very easy to use, I just applied with my fingers and didn't have to do too much blending or anything as the light colour was a good match for me. It has good coverage and lasted all day quite well. I didn't get any oily or clogged feeling like I do with some thicker creams and it's a bonus that it is SPF 15. I usually use the Maybelline Pure BB Cream but would seriously consider switching to this one.
