Go Healthy Go Hair Skin Nails Review

I have tried multiple different hair, nail, skin vitamins and gave these a go as they were on special. Usually with other vitamins id notice my hair get oily faster and my leg hairs and nails grow like crazy. With these vitamins I noticed none of that it'd still take two weeks for my hair to get oily. I definetly think there ate much better products out there at the same price range as these.

I bought these to help with hair loss and took them for over 3 months to give them a fair chance to make a difference. Unfortunately I found zero change with the volume of hair falling out and sadly no new regrowth. I also didn't find any difference to my skin. But my nails are so strong and are growing very fast! They're really healthy and beautiful!

I've used these several times. I like to think that if nothing else, the silica and biotin are helping to heal my leaky gut. I'm pretty slack at taking them over a long period of time, but tend to buy some use them, then buy more several months later, so it doesn't give them a decent chance. I have to say though, I always notice an improvement in my nails so they are clearly working. I have to say they are pretty good, and a good price for a supplement. I buy mine from Healthpost.

It was one of those impulsive purchases when I was waiting for some medication at the Pharmacy, its been 3 weeks so far and the results have been questionable.

The 1 a day dosage seems easy so I take it first thing when I wake up, I haven't noticed any side effects so that is good.

My hair is looking better but I've added some new hair care products which could be the reason. My nails are stronger which I notice, they are harder to bend and I haven't broken any nails for the past 2 weeks which has been impressive. My skin hasn't been dry which is normally the case in the winter time but it is now merging into spring.

I will continue to take these until the bottle is finished and see if there's any more results to record.

the bottle says take one a day, fine, i do it with breakfast in the morning and im good to go!

however results have been... meh. im on my second bottle thinking it was a long term dealy but honestly nothing has changed. my hair still looks the same, if not a bit oily at the moment cos it needs a wash.

my nails are dont bend as much which is a plus but ive been using a revitanail polish to help that so i cant really say that these have been helping. as for my skin, ive not noticed anything new there, my skincare game is on point and i dont think that is becuase of this (more like the $100 dollar moisturizer amirite).

so yeah. dont think ill buy a third bottle!

No marked improvement to hair nails or skin sadly. I took these long time to trial the results no actual difference. I decided to go back to my regular vitamins.

I was convinced I needed to try a supplement to try and improve my hair and nail health- I gave this a good go, for two months however noticed no improvement.. I wouldn't buy again
