I think it helped my hair but I broke out bigtime
I used two bottles of the go healthy hair skin & nails, I think my skin was more soft & glowing all over and it appeared to be helping with a little bit of hair growth around my hairline (which was why i bought it in the first place) I dont think it did much for my nails as they were still quite weak, maybe slightly better than they had been. I did notice I broke out majorly on my chest and back and my scalp , some on my face too. I have since discontinued the pills and my 'acne' isn't as bad although it still there.
Tips: Give it a go and see if its for you as you may find it works for you depending on what results you are after

Good for nails
I've used these several times. I like to think that if nothing else, the silica and biotin are helping to heal my leaky gut. I'm pretty slack at taking them over a long period of time, but tend to buy some use them, then buy more several months later, so it doesn't give them a decent chance. I have to say though, I always notice an improvement in my nails so they are clearly working. I have to say they are pretty good, and a good price for a supplement. I buy mine from Healthpost.

Great for hair
I used these after my hair was cut quite a bit shorter than usual to help regrow. Friends and hairdresser commented that my hair was growing back quickly which was great. Didn't notice nails as I was focussing on my hair and genereally my nails are pretty strong anyway.
Tips: Give them a try and be patient waiting for results, they will improve.

Great for stronger longer nails.
I have been using these supplements for a while now, i used to use primrose for my hair skin and nails but decided to give these a go as i had heard really good things. I cant tell much difference in my hair but i notice my nails are growing rapidly fast! they're so strong and rarely break, im having to cut them often as i cant have long nails and they're growing so fast. I also cant tell too much of a difference in my skin.
Tips: Make sure to take them daily and give it a fair test of about 2 months atleast.

A bit on the fence with these
It was one of those impulsive purchases when I was waiting for some medication at the Pharmacy, its been 3 weeks so far and the results have been questionable.
The 1 a day dosage seems easy so I take it first thing when I wake up, I haven't noticed any side effects so that is good.
My hair is looking better but I've added some new hair care products which could be the reason. My nails are stronger which I notice, they are harder to bend and I haven't broken any nails for the past 2 weeks which has been impressive. My skin hasn't been dry which is normally the case in the winter time but it is now merging into spring.
I will continue to take these until the bottle is finished and see if there's any more results to record.

Saved my nails
I had really bad nails that peeled and broke constantly. When I started taking this I could see a change. I have bought two bottles now and my nails are better but they are not amazing.
Tips: Take this in addition with other vitamins to get better results

Best thing I did for my hair
Ok, so my hair is really brittle from dying it for about 20 years now. My hair was breaking and literally falling out. I've now been using this for about 3 months, and there is way less breakage, less hair in my hair brush, and less hair in my shower drain. I've definitely noticed a difference, and can even see new growth coming through. I can imagine I'll need to keep using this for quite some time, but its well worth the $$ paid. HOWEVER, it isnt as good as other brands I've used.
Tips: Its not a quick fix, be prepared to keep taking it for a year or more.

Was using these hair, skin and nail pills for 3 months before finding out I was pregnant, unfortunately I didn't notice much difference. I was hoping to see a difference in my hair and skin as I naturally have strong nails but I didn't notice and obvious changes.
I did like how easy these were to take and there wasn't a bad after taste but I thought after 3 months of use I would have seen a small noticeable difference in hair and skin.
