I've tried a few hair, skin and nail supplements. Some are great and some are just not even worth it....unfortunately these fall into the not worth it category.
I took these for approximately 4 months and I stopped when I got pregnant as it says they are not safe to take in pregnant or lactating mothers.
I liked that it was only 1 a day which I would have with breakfast, easy to swallow and no funky aftertaste. I was working with chemicals and my nails were suffering so the main thing I wanted to see improve was my nails.
I didn't see any improvements at all. I feel like 4 months is a sufficient enough time to at least notice some sort of change. I don't recommend these at all, much better supplements around so give these a miss!
I Thought I would give these tablets a go conveniently found in the pharmacy and cheaper than the Thompsons version I went to buy! After giving these a go for 2 months... cause in all fairness 1 month didn't feel long enough... there was no difference in my hair...skin or nails! My conditions were on the sever end of the scale so I thought this version would suffice. The product didn't achieve what it said it could maybe it's just me but wont be buyer the cheaper model ever again
Tips: I wish I could review the Thompson's range! it is ALOT better and I had result in the first month! quality not quantity is key
