I have had issues with my nails being brittle and thin for as long as I can remember, and had hoped that these pills would give me the respite I needed. Nope!
I found no difference after taking these supplements and was very disappointed that I spent money on a product that doesn't work!
I always take a skincare supplement and I will continue to take one since I saw first-hand the results of a good diet on my skin, hair and nails. While the willpower to eat raw veggies that are meant to be cooked and live off fish is gone, I still do try to eat healthy and take supplements. Sometimes I notice results, sometimes I don't. This was one of those supplements that did nothing for me. Now prior to this I was taking a different marine collagen supplement and plus taking biotin, vitamin E and zinc. I saw this included them and was more affordable so thought I could take just this instead. So I took this for 50 days and I didn't see any results. In fact, my previously strong nails chipped and split and I noticed my nail growth got slower. I didn't see an improvement in my hair or skin either or just maintenance for that matter. You know how some supplements require you to take two capsules for about 2 months minimum and then just maintain. The previous supplement had 250 mg of marine collagen and I was just maintaining it. Bottom line, I think you get what you pay for here. These may help someone who already has really good skin, strong nails and hair but I kinda doubt it since I have seen results with other supplements but not with this one. I don't plan to repurchase and I don't recommend this either.
Tips: If you're looking for something to strengthen your nails, make your hair and skin softer, spend a bit more and get something that will give you results. It could be that the dosage of the ingredients are too low to give results or maybe they aren't potent enough.
