I loved the smell of this serum. Unfortunately it didn't really deal with the frizz, it did how ever make my hair look sleek and shiny, but that's probably more due to the fact that the serum was like a lacquer, so my hair ended up with the 'wet look'.

Tips: I would use it again for the smell.
I used this for a while when i was on a budget. For the price, it's really good. It leaves your hair soft and shiney, bit I had expected better fly away control, though it did mildly reduce frizz. For what you pay though, you can't expect brilliance. I definitely get better results with higher end oils or organics.
Tips: The L'Oréal oils I found did a better job, and you can still get them at the supermarket.
Was so excited to trial this product as I have terrible trouble with frizz as I have thick curly/wavy hair. The smell is lovely and fruity but not too overpowering, what a different feel it has thought that it would weigh down my hair but very surprised that it was light and glided through my hair, I have applied when wet and dry results are the same. Did it control all my frizz, unfortunately not. I really like that it didn't leave my hair feeling greasy and that there was a lovely sheen to my hair but I still had a wee bit of frizz, one day it was very windy here in Rotorua and boof as soon as I stepped outside all results gone. I also tie my hair up at night and had high hopes that in the morning I would untie my hair and it would be sleek but no there was frizz everywhere. It did however look nicer than normal once I had brushed my hair. Would I purchase again, I'm still undecided, I have just found out that cyclopentasiloxane and dimethiconol are both other words for silicone so is that good for my hair or not, hmmmmmmmm
Tips: Really didn't need that many pumps
Just like the shampoo/conditioner, I used this solely because I liked the scent. It does make your hair shine, and look sleek, and good thing is you only need a little to achieve that, as too much will make your hair look way too oily. Didn't do anything for frizz though- I still needed to use other products to tame the frizz lol! I would use it again only because it smells so yummy!
Wow to be honest I was expecting the serum to make my hair greasy but it doesn't-though a little goes a long way. My hair is colour damaged and looking pretty dull it needs some attention but using the serum covers that and made my hair sleek and shiny just as promised. Even my husband was commenting on how good my hair looked and how nice it smelt :) I applied it from mid length to tips as I have long hair and thats where I needed the smoothing and shine. I am so impressed with how healthy it makes my hair look. This is such an affordable product and the bottle will last ages. I will be purchasing without a doubt!
I purchased this serum out of pure desperation in the supermarket because I had run out of my favourite silicone for straightening my hair. I soon realised why none of my "dry haired" friends recommended this me.
On application the smell was pleasant and I used a pump full in the palm of my hand on my blow dried hair which usually soaks up oil pretty well and sometimes wants more... but this 1 pump was killing my hair. My hair so oily like it hadnt been washed for 3 weeks and very unmanageable.
Alot of ladies love this and probably have normal hair but my hair has so many problems with dryness, frizz, oilyness when i use the wrong product so I wont be using this again.
Tips: Just use a wee bit on your first time and see if you need anymore product. The serum by itself is very oily.
This is at a really good price and the product does exactly what it says. Smells delicious, and definitely takes the frizz away, leaving it smell, look and feel amazing. My hair feels soo smooth and frizz free.
Tips: A little goes a long way, use after straightening as well.
I bought this after hearing some reasonably good stuff about it. However, it just did not work for my fine hair.
First of all, it does smell alright! But really, which Fructis product doesn't! It comes in nice packaging in a good size, with a pump for less mess.
The product itself, I used it on both wet and dry hair and neither worked for me sadly. I found the product too heavy and greasy. It left my hair feeling limp and greasy - not at all sleek or shiny (in a good way). I have naturally curly, fine hair and was hoping this product would reduce the frizz so I would feel comfortable wearing my hair natural. But it really didn't do anything for the frizz - there was little difference for me between using the product and not using it.
As such, I wouldn't bother with trying this again. It was worth a shot for the price (I bought this product on sale) but I would not recommend this product to any one with fine hair.
Tips: Start with only a little product in the ends of your hair to reduce the greasy look and feel.
I really like this product for one reason only, its gorgeous smell. However thats as far as it goes. It made my hair feel greasy even though I applied a pea size amount after washing hair, and I didn't find it made my hair sleek or shiny. Shame really because it smells so good.
Never really liked any of the Garnier products I have tried and this was no exception. It made my hair feel greasy and gross - nothing like the sleek, shininess it promised. The only upside was that it did smell great but overall I would not purchase again.
