ecostore Dandruff Control Shampoo

I was able to grab this on sale to give it ago. I like their shampoos and it does clean my hair. But I have curly dry hair. So it didn't really help with keeping my hair hydrated. I still had dandruff after using this.

It smells really nice! but that smells goes away quite quickly. I only shampoo my hair once a week because of how dry my hair is. So I wouldn't recommend this for dry hair.

This is kinda strange. I was happy that I finally found a product that successfully eradicated the 'flakes' just to find that after a while it stopped working... Very disappointed.

I use this product probably once a fortnight to keep any itchiness at bay. I've noticed that this shampoo has no scent and does not lather as well as other shampoos. It is effective in doing its job though and I usually feel my hair feeling utterly clean and itchy-free after using it. The packaging appeals to me as it is very Eco-style simple. I also love the fact that it is environmentally friendly. Keep it up, Eco!

There are days where my usual shampoo won't cut it, days when I wake up with an itchy-as scalp that leaves me terrified I've contracted nits overnight (I haven't, touch wood.) On those mornings, and for a few mornings after, I wash my hair with this particular shampoo.

The packaging is pure eco-store, simple to look at, nothing fancy. The shampoo is really light, not too thick, and quite herbaceous smelling, in a nice way. It doesn't lather up a heck of a lot, and it does a good job of cleaning the scalp. But what I love most about it, is that it stops the itching, or whatever causes the itching. I go a few weeks (I wonder if it's caused by product build-up?), the itch returns and I pull out this shampoo again.

The good bit is that it lasts a really long time, especially if you're only using it every now and then, which makes the slightly heftier price point that much more doable. And of course, it works, which makes the price point almost ignorable.

If you're an itchy-scalped princess like myself, I highly recommend you give this a go!
